<lb n="0061c09" ed="T"/>耶識；二執識，卽阿陀那識；三塵識，卽是六識。
<lb n="0061c10" ed="T"/>果報識者，爲煩惱業所引，故名果報。亦名本
<lb n="0061c11" ed="T"/>識，一切有爲法種子所依止。亦名宅識，一切
<lb n="0061c12" ed="T"/>種子之所栖處。亦名藏識，一切種子隱伏之

<lb n="0062a01" ed="T"/>非謂無明；若不可分別，則應非有。而是有非
<lb n="0062a02" ed="T"/>無。亦由有欲瞋等事知有無明。本識亦爾，相
<lb n="0062a03" ed="T"/>境無差別，但由事故知其有也。就此識中，具

<lb n="0062a06" ed="T"/>惟、五想。以根塵識三事和合生觸。心恒動行
<lb n="0062a07" ed="T"/>名爲作意。受但是捨受。思惟籌量可行不可
<lb n="0062a08" ed="T"/>行，令心成邪成正，名爲思惟。作意如馬行，思
<lb n="0062a09" ed="T"/>惟如騎者，馬但直行不能避就是非，由騎者

<lb n="0062b08" ed="T"/>有二種，一作意遍行、二不遍行。五識於第六
<lb n="0062b09" ed="T"/>意識及本識執識，於此三根中隨因緣，或時
<lb n="0062b10" ed="T"/>俱起、或次第起。以作意爲因、外塵爲緣，故識
<lb n="0062b11" ed="T"/>得起。若先作意欲取色聲二塵，後則眼耳二

<lb n="0062b15" ed="T"/>起，唯起一識，但得一塵，皆隨因緣，是故不同
<lb n="0062b16" ed="T"/>也。如是七識，於阿梨耶識中盡相應起，如衆

<lb n="0062b20" ed="T"/>此識轉不離兩義，一能分別、二所分別。所分
<lb n="0062b21" ed="T"/>別旣無，能分別亦無。無境可取，識不得生，以
<lb n="0062b22" ed="T"/>是義故唯識義得成。何者立唯識義？意本爲
<lb n="0062b23" ed="T"/>遣境遣心，今境界旣無，唯識又泯，卽是說唯
<lb n="0062b24" ed="T"/>識義成也。此卽淨品，煩惱及境界並皆無故。
<lb n="0062b25" ed="T"/>又說唯識義得成者，謂是一切法種子識，如
<lb n="0062b26" ed="T"/>此如此造作迴轉，或於自於<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062017" n="0062017"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0062017" n="0062017"/><anchor xml:id="beg0062017" n="0062017"/>他<anchor xml:id="end0062017"/>互相隨逐，

<lb n="0062c02" ed="T"/>子，並能生自類無量諸法故，通名一切法種子

<lb n="0062c06" ed="T"/>作迴轉也。或於自於他互相隨逐者，於自則
<lb n="0062c07" ed="T"/>轉爲五陰，或<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062021" n="0062021"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0062021" n="0062021"/><anchor xml:id="beg0062021" n="0062021"/>爲<anchor xml:id="end0062021"/>色陰乃至識陰。於他則轉爲
<lb n="0062c08" ed="T"/>怨親中人，種種不同，望自五陰故稱爲他。如
<lb n="0062c09" ed="T"/>是自他互相轉作前後不同，故云互相隨逐
<lb n="0062c10" ed="T"/>也。種種所作並皆是識，無別境界。起種種分
<lb n="0062c11" ed="T"/>別等者，一一識中皆具能所，能分別卽是識、
<lb n="0062c12" ed="T"/>所分別卽是境，能卽依他性、所卽分別性，故
<lb n="0062c13" ed="T"/>云起種種分別及所分別也。由如此義，離識之
<lb n="0062c14" ed="T"/>外無別境，但唯有識義成。旣未明遣識，惑亂

<lb n="0062c17" ed="T"/>一往遣境留心；卒終爲論，遣境爲欲空心，是
<lb n="0062c18" ed="T"/>其正意，是故境識俱泯是其義成。此境識俱
<lb n="0062c19" ed="T"/>泯卽是實性，實性卽是阿摩羅識，亦可卒終
<lb n="0062c20" ed="T"/>爲論是<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062023" n="0062023"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0062023" n="0062023"/><anchor xml:id="beg0062023" n="0062023"/>摩<anchor xml:id="end0062023"/>羅識也。</p><p xml:id="pT31p0062c2008" cb:place="inline">記曰：由二種宿業熏習及
<lb n="0062c21" ed="T"/>二種習氣，能爲集諦，成立生死。二種宿業熏
<lb n="0062c22" ed="T"/>習者，卽是諸業種子，一宿業熏習、二宿業熏
<lb n="0062c23" ed="T"/>習執。宿業熏習卽是所分別，爲分別性。宿業
<lb n="0062c24" ed="T"/>熏習執卽是能分別，爲依他性。所卽爲境，能
<lb n="0062c25" ed="T"/>卽爲識，此二種業名相似集諦，能得五陰生。
<lb n="0062c26" ed="T"/>二種習氣者，卽諸煩惱，一相習氣、二麁<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062024" n="0062024"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0062024" n="0062024"/><anchor xml:id="beg0062024" n="0062024"/>重<anchor xml:id="end0062024"/>
<lb n="0062c27" ed="T"/>習氣。相卽煩惱體，是依他性，能攝前相貌。麁
<lb n="0062c28" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="beg_5" type="star"/>重<anchor xml:id="end_5"/>卽煩惱境，是分別性，境界麁顯故也。此
<lb n="0062c29" ed="T"/>二煩惱名眞諦，能集令未來五陰由此似眞

<lb n="0063a01" ed="T"/>兩種集諦。若宿業已盡更受別報，能安立生
<lb n="0063a02" ed="T"/>死。釋曰：二種宿業熏習者，一一種子備有兩
<lb n="0063a03" ed="T"/>義：所分別卽是宿業熏習、能分別卽是宿業
<lb n="0063a04" ed="T"/>熏習執。所卽分別性，能作生起種子法門故，
<lb n="0063a05" ed="T"/>說此法門名爲宿業熏習，有名而無體也。能
<lb n="0063a06" ed="T"/>卽依他性，正是起業種子，名宿業熏習執，有
<lb n="0063a07" ed="T"/>體而不眞實也。二種習氣亦爾，一一煩惱皆
<lb n="0063a08" ed="T"/>有兩義：所分別卽麁<anchor xml:id="beg_6" type="star"/>重<anchor xml:id="end_6"/>習氣，作起煩惱法門，
<lb n="0063a09" ed="T"/>有名而無體；能分別正是煩惱體，亦有而不
<lb n="0063a10" ed="T"/>眞實，是依他性。然此中所明分別、依他，與三
<lb n="0063a11" ed="T"/>無性中名字不同。三無性中說分別名相類，
<lb n="0063a12" ed="T"/>依他性名麁重。以分別性當體有其相類能
<lb n="0063a13" ed="T"/>作煩惱法門，說名煩惱也。依他性正是煩惱
<lb n="0063a14" ed="T"/>體，能得生死報，故名麁重。今此中爲明分別
<lb n="0063a15" ed="T"/>性相類麁顯，故名麁重。依他性能執前相類，
<lb n="0063a16" ed="T"/>故名爲相。各自有意。若欲轉此中<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0063001" n="0063001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0063001" n="0063001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0063001" n="0063001"/>自<anchor xml:id="end0063001"/>三無性

<lb n="0063a20" ed="T"/>他故起，立名依他性。此前後兩性未曾相離，

<lb n="0063a24" ed="T"/>是故前性於後性不一不異，若定一異則有過
<lb n="0063a25" ed="T"/>失。何耶？分別與依他定一者，分別性決定永
<lb n="0063a26" ed="T"/>無，不爲五法藏所攝依他性亦應永無。若爾，
<lb n="0063a27" ed="T"/>便無生死解脫、善惡律戒法，此爲不可。旣不
<lb n="0063a28" ed="T"/>如此，故分別性與依他性不得定一。若定異
<lb n="0063a29" ed="T"/>者，則分別性便不能遣依他性。旣由觀分別

<lb n="0063b01" ed="T"/>性是無所有，方見依他性亦無所有，故不得
<lb n="0063b02" ed="T"/>定異。又若分別性定異依他性者，分別性體

<lb n="0063b04" ed="T"/>故但說不一不異，不可定說一異也。如無常
<lb n="0063b05" ed="T"/>與有爲法，亦不得定說一異。前無後無是無
<lb n="0063b06" ed="T"/>常義。五陰是有爲法，若無常與有爲法定一
<lb n="0063b07" ed="T"/>者，無常是無，一切諸法並皆是無。旣不並無，

<lb n="0063b13" ed="T"/>一異也。兩說亦爾，若不見分別性，則不見依
<lb n="0063b14" ed="T"/>他性，是故不一不異。然一切諸法但有三性，
<lb n="0063b15" ed="T"/>攝法皆盡。如來爲衆生說諸法無性，亦有三
<lb n="0063b16" ed="T"/>種。三性如前說，前二是俗諦，後一是眞諦。眞
<lb n="0063b17" ed="T"/>俗二諦攝一切法皆盡。三無性者，卽不離前
<lb n="0063b18" ed="T"/>三性，分別性名無相性，無體相故。依他性名
<lb n="0063b19" ed="T"/>無生性，體及因果無所有，體似塵相，塵卽分
<lb n="0063b20" ed="T"/>別性。分別旣無，體亦是無也。因亦無者，本由
<lb n="0063b21" ed="T"/>分別性爲境，能發生識果。境界旣無，云何生
<lb n="0063b22" ed="T"/>果？如種子能生芽，種子旣無，芽從何出？是故
<lb n="0063b23" ed="T"/>無生也。眞實性名無性性，無有性、無無性。約
<lb n="0063b24" ed="T"/>人法故無有性，約二空故無無性，卽是非有
<lb n="0063b25" ed="T"/>性非無性故，重稱無性性也。此三無性，是一
<lb n="0063b26" ed="T"/>切法眞實，以其離有故名常。欲顯此三無性，
<lb n="0063b27" ed="T"/>故明唯識義也。若人修道智慧未住此唯識
<lb n="0063b28" ed="T"/>義者，二執隨眠所生衆惑不得滅離，根本不
<lb n="0063b29" ed="T"/>滅故。由此義故立一乘，皆令學菩薩道。若謂

<lb n="0063c07" ed="T"/>麁重卽分別性，執卽依他性。二種俱盡也，是
<lb n="0063c08" ed="T"/>名無流界，是名不可思惟，是名眞實善，是名
<lb n="0063c09" ed="T"/>常住果，是名出世樂，是名解脫身，於三身中
