<lb ed="T" n="0291c16"/><span class="tx">粗拾數家之說。分爲三卷。憖以註釋。雖</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0291c18"/><span class="tx">論相違有四。謂法自相相違至差別相違因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0291c19"/><span class="tx">等。述曰下第三解相違有三。初標。次列。後</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0291c20"/><span class="tx">釋。此初二也　注曰。論具文云。相違有四。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0291c21"/><span class="tx">謂法自相相違因。法差別相違因。有法自相</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0291c29"/><span class="tx">爲他。相違法者。是敵者宗。反立者宗。故名</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0292a05"/><span class="tx">謂兩宗相反。然文多分敵名違者。違破力強。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0292a07"/><span class="tx">非因違宗名爲相違。故無宗亦違因例而</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a08"/><span class="tx">成難<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>　注曰。顯不同古師持業釋所以。所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a09"/><span class="tx">言因違宗。宗違因者</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">問。文軌師疏有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a10"/><span class="tx">二釋。一因違宗故名相違因。遮例難云。宗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a11"/><span class="tx">言常住。過失未生。因言所作。方乖所立。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a12"/><span class="tx">因說違宗無此過。二相違之因義如今疏</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a13"/><span class="tx">也。彼旣遮難。今何不用。答。云何自招過。更</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a14"/><span class="tx">致劬勞。食毒求藥。不如不食。此有三難。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a15"/><span class="tx">一宗因更互觀待難。二宗過不必待因難。三</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a16"/><span class="tx">不共不定相例難。初難云。若言過失待因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a17"/><span class="tx">生者。亦應言過待宗方顯。若不爾者。不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a18"/><span class="tx">言常住。而言所作。觀何名爲相違因耶。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a19"/><span class="tx">互待旣同。得名何別。應立量云。四六句因。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a20"/><span class="tx">非直違宗名相違因</span><note place="inline">宗</note><span class="tx">宗因相望隨一攝故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a21"/><note place="inline">因</note><span class="tx">喩如宗法。第二難云。或本不待因喩。比</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a22"/><span class="tx">量相違。不待擧因。其過方顯。何言常住。過</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a23"/><span class="tx">失未生。第三難云。若因違宗名相違者。不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a24"/><span class="tx">共不定因望本宗。亦違所立。應名相違。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a25"/><span class="tx">言所聞所作。二因行相別故例不齊者。設立</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a26"/><span class="tx">有爲法常<span style="font-size:8">ナルヘシ</span>。所作性故。是亦不共不定。非相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a27"/><span class="tx">違耶。若言彼令猶預。此令決定。是故二因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a28"/><span class="tx">得名別者。此卽自害。謂所作因。同無異有。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292a29"/><span class="tx">故成無常。令違常宗。由此二宗邪正決定。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0292b07"/><span class="tx">違自過。文軌亦許依主釋故。問改宗法。應</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b08"/><span class="tx">云。非唯與<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>相違<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>而爲因。故名相違因。答。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b09"/><span class="tx">彼師二釋。是各別解。非合二義。名相違因。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b10"/><span class="tx">是故望彼猶是自違。況諸過中。無所攝乎。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b11"/><span class="tx">如是展轉設立多比量。但是分別。非正所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b12"/><span class="tx">諍。問。何故不以反正因故名相違耶。答。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b13"/><span class="tx">邑法師作二釋。初如今疏。次如所問。故彼</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b14"/><span class="tx">抄下卷云。疏與<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>相違法<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>而爲因。故名相違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b15"/><span class="tx">因者。<anchor n="0292b1501" xml:id="0C0C70292b1501"></anchor>猶未具。所以然者。立因之法。同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b16"/><span class="tx">有異無。今此四因。同無異有。故名相違。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b17"/><span class="tx">理門云。於同有及二在異。無是因。翻此名</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b18"/><span class="tx">相違。此論亦云。此因唯於異品中有。是故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b19"/><span class="tx">相違。故知。兼此義方具矣</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">然疏主唯作</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b20"/><span class="tx">依主一釋。以之思准。頗有未可。謂邪正互</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b21"/><span class="tx">違。何獨立名。況復因中所餘十過。及闕減過</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b22"/><span class="tx">性闕初二三等。亦違正因。應名相違。今疏</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b23"/><span class="tx">主義。無此諸妨</span><note place="inline">略纂第三亦有兩<br/>解同文軌師</note><span class="tx">問。何故不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b24"/><span class="tx">言能令立者宗成相違名相違因。答。此是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b25"/><span class="tx">疏意無別所以。與相違法而爲因。故能令</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b26"/><span class="tx">立者宗成相違。能令立者成相違。故與相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b27"/><span class="tx">違法而爲因也。互更相成。故非別釋。況復</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b28"/><span class="tx">若但能令立者宗成相違。名相違者。應是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292b29"/><span class="tx">持業。非依主義。問。但可依文理。何必用依</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c01"/><span class="tx">主。答。今論文順依主釋義。謂論文處處。皆</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c02"/><span class="tx">名相違因。若相違卽因<span style="font-size:8">ナラハ</span>。但名相違。有何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c03"/><span class="tx">別意。更加因言。如六不定。約喩辯名。不成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c04"/><span class="tx">不遣。約宗因辯。體卽因喩故。不重言因喩。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c05"/><span class="tx">唯四相違。獨有此言。乃是爲顯相違之因。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c06"/><span class="tx">不爾論文便爲虛設。又近代。有以若法能</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c07"/><span class="tx">成相違所立。是相違過等文。爲依主釋證</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c08"/><span class="tx">也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c09"/><span class="tx">理門論云。若法能成相違所立。是相違過。卽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c10"/><span class="tx">名似因。如無違法。相違亦爾。所成法無。定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c11"/><span class="tx">無有故　注曰。此引文證。成相違義。此中</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c12"/><span class="tx">意云。若立因法。不成本量。能成敵宗。是相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c13"/><span class="tx">違過。今望立者。名似名過。若望敵者。是正</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c14"/><span class="tx">無過。無違法者。諸師異解。或本量因初相具</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c15"/><span class="tx">故名無違法。邑云。如此論積聚性因。且具</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c16"/><span class="tx">三相。能成眼等必爲他用名無違法</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c17"/><span class="tx">相違者。二釋同許是能違量。今謂若依此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c18"/><span class="tx">解。無違法者。是稱美言。相違法者。反成毀</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c19"/><span class="tx">訾。旣爾。豈得二量相對。本量名無違。敵量</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c20"/><span class="tx">名相違。又此總說相違通相。云何但約法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c21"/><span class="tx">差別耶。有引光師理門疏云。同喩名無違。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c22"/><span class="tx">異喩名相違。言無違法者。如同喩具能所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c23"/><span class="tx">立而顯宗。異喩亦具宗因無而顯宗</span><note place="inline">云云</note>

<lb ed="T" n="0292c25"/><span class="tx">無我理。無相違故。成無常宗之所作因。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c26"/><span class="tx">亦能成立無我等宗。四相違因。能成敵者</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c27"/><span class="tx">與常相違無常亦爾。故彼論云。所作性故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c28"/><span class="tx">能成無常及無我等。不相違故。若法能成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0292c29"/><span class="tx">相違所立。是相違過卽名似因。如無違法。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0293a04"/><span class="tx">定無有故者。結成無我無常等量正因所以。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a05"/><span class="tx">謂若彼因通在異品。便成猶預。而今此因所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a06"/><span class="tx">成法無異品之中。定無有故是正因攝非猶</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0293a11"/><span class="tx">證因定。傍反預顯喩通改依。重以今論決</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a12"/><span class="tx">斷喩義。故下文云。理門但言若法能成相違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a13"/><span class="tx">所立。是相違過。卽名似因。不說同喩亦仍</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a14"/><span class="tx">用舊。此論示法。初一改喩。後三依舊。問。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a15"/><span class="tx">理門何文證因不改。答。若法能成等四句文</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a16"/><span class="tx">爲證。問。今論四因。皆亦不改。何非證耶。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a17"/><span class="tx">答。豈得見彼五百比丘。證餘出家皆是羅</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a18"/><span class="tx">漢。然今論云。此因唯於異品中有。是故相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0293a19"/><span class="tx">違。應知。此論正顯喩通。傍顯因定。理門反</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0293c14"/><span class="tx">識三法攝故。如煖。煖是色中說不離識。故</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0293c16"/><span class="tx">一。問。後三皆非言陣所諍。旣爾何故。相違</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0295a25"/><span class="tx">以色是實有無常是假有。假實異故。所以不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0295a26"/><span class="tx">一。離色之外無別無常。所以不異</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">是故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0295a27"/><span class="tx">眞如於第二對名自相耳。由此准知。佛地</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0295a28"/><span class="tx">内明自相共相。同今初對。故彼疏云。此經不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0295a29"/><span class="tx">爾。如十一處苦無常等。雖非是一。然苦無常</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0295b01"/><span class="tx">等彼此相似名爲共相。故無相違。問。唯識疏</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0295b02"/><span class="tx">第十。問。何作意能斷惑。若總相作意斷者。旣</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0295b22"/><span class="tx">彼自體不分別。故後陳共相。是比量境。由</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0296a11"/><span class="tx">依第三對自相差別。一辯四相違。言今說。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a12"/><span class="tx">卽指論意也。或復今言。兼示自解四種</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a13"/><span class="tx">宗相不同他意。上卷云。凡宗有四。一遍所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a14"/><span class="tx">許宗。如眼見色。彼此兩宗皆共許故。二先</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0296a21"/><span class="tx">次禀承者。若二外道共禀僧法。對諍本宗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a22"/><span class="tx">亦空無果。立已成故。次義憑宗。非言所諍。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a23"/><span class="tx">此復何用。本諍由言望他解起。傍顯別義。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a24"/><span class="tx">非爲本成故。亦不可立爲正論。然於因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a25"/><span class="tx">明未見其過。旣於因過。說法差別相違之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a26"/><span class="tx">因。則傍准宗可成宗義。然非正立。今簡。前</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a27"/><span class="tx">三皆不可立。唯有第四不顧論宗。可以爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296a28"/><span class="tx">宗。是隨立者自意所樂。前三皆是自不樂</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0296c22"/><span class="tx">由此二因。顯未了義。有法自相。非宗相反本</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296c23"/><span class="tx">所諍法。更不論因。二種差別雖意所諍。生</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296c24"/><span class="tx">因旣闕故亦無了。唯法自相。言生智了二因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296c25"/><span class="tx">具足。故名正諍。同。有法言陳豈非生因。答。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296c26"/><span class="tx">旣非所諍。望何爲因。問。有法大有性。豈非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296c27"/><span class="tx">所諍耶。答。本意雖爾義不具足。尋言難故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296c28"/><span class="tx">不如二差別。宗法闕故。不如法自相故。且</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0296c29"/><span class="tx">不名本所諍也。問。上卷釋因出此生了。如</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0297c12"/><span class="tx">之。問。若爾如何唯識疏一。破勝論諸句中</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0302c08"/><span class="tx">諍。皆准此釋。所言聲上不可聞者。對可聞</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0302c17"/><span class="tx">之初。有外道出。名劫比羅。此云黃赤色仙</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0302c18"/><span class="tx">人。鬢髮面色皆黃赤故。古云迦比羅仙人訛</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0305a12"/><span class="tx">立所立宗法自相意許差別相違之義。積聚</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a13"/><span class="tx">他用宗。由他用是法自相。此自相上意之所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a14"/><span class="tx">許。積聚他用。不積聚他用。是法差別。彼積聚</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a15"/><span class="tx">因。今更不改。還卽以彼。成立意許法之差</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a16"/><span class="tx">別。積聚他用。其臥具等。積聚性故。旣爲積</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a17"/><span class="tx">聚假我用勝。眼等亦是積聚性故。應如臥</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a18"/><span class="tx">具。亦爲積聚假我用勝　注曰。此文具明</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0305a26"/><span class="tx">屬上句。云積聚他用宗或屬下句。顯意許</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a27"/><span class="tx">二種差別。先總言宗。次明其義。近代學徒。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a28"/><span class="tx">或著文者。或立義者。多叙二意許。云不積</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305a29"/><span class="tx">聚他用勝積聚他用劣爲二差別。彼數論師</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b01"/><span class="tx">意。欲成立眼等。必爲不積聚他用勝</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b02"/><span class="tx">今謂此義不然。略有三難。一差別不成難。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b03"/><span class="tx">謂本立者。欲成不成二義。相返謂之差別。彼</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b04"/><span class="tx">所欲成敵者破之。所不欲成敵者立之。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b05"/><span class="tx">差別相違其理必然。其眞用勝假用劣者。是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b06"/><span class="tx">相順義。全不乖返。同是數論所樂成立。於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b07"/><span class="tx">中豈有取一捨一。又陳那立假他用勝。則</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b08"/><span class="tx">爲竝破<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>彼<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>二<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>差別。理必應無竝破二義。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b09"/><span class="tx">是故望立敵差別義不成。二文義不順難。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b10"/><span class="tx">謂今文云。此因自相上意之所許。積聚他用。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b11"/><span class="tx">不積聚他用。是法差別。此二差別文。皆但言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b12"/><span class="tx">他用。文言旣同。不應於中以勝劣字強分</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0305b16"/><span class="tx">自宗。若不爾者。此文難消。或爲陳那立假</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b17"/><span class="tx">用劣。迂誕之甚。於此何誅。庶善思准。勿憚</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b18"/><span class="tx">改矣。三衆量相違難。謂下有法差別。作有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b19"/><span class="tx">緣性。作非有緣性。一因違三法差別<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>能有四</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0305b27"/><span class="tx">本乎。甚可咲。甚可咲。理實應言眞他用</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b28"/><span class="tx">勝。假他用勝。爲二差別。數論欲成眞他用</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305b29"/><span class="tx">勝。陳那返立假他用勝。由此應知。文中處</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c01"/><span class="tx">處。凡言他用。皆是勝用。文言雖略。義意必</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c02"/><span class="tx">然。若作此解。卽無諸過。先師慈惠大僧正。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c03"/><span class="tx">善解法義。心無偏黨。往年於大衆賢哲前。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c04"/><span class="tx">始許此解。爾來山家多有依憑。然南京學</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c05"/><span class="tx">者。確乎不改。問。數論不許眼假用勝。云何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c06"/><span class="tx">爲彼意許差別。答。彼雖不許假他用勝。爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c07"/><span class="tx">對眞用勝兼帶假用勝。此二相對。欲立破</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c08"/><span class="tx">之。意許差別。理皆如是。若自相上。本來自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c09"/><span class="tx">許。所有二義爲差別者。於中約何有取</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c10"/><span class="tx">捨耶。問。若立意中。無勝劣義。何故文云。今</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c11"/><span class="tx">者陳那。卽以彼因。<ruby chr="タメニ">與</ruby>所立法勝劣差別。而</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c12"/><span class="tx">作相違。答。是與意許二差別中。一片本許。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c13"/><span class="tx">而作相違。非是雙擧二種意許。謂上文。述</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c14"/><span class="tx">數論計云。然眼等根。不積聚他實我用勝。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c15"/><span class="tx">積聚我用眼等劣。故卽次文。指前計。云勝</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c16"/><span class="tx">劣差別而作相違。非指二意計言勝劣差</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c17"/><span class="tx">別。如下有法差別相違。雖違作有緣性。作</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c18"/><span class="tx">非有緣性存。此量亦爾。不應雙非。問。若二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c19"/><span class="tx">用勝爲二意許。假用劣義。在何處耶。答。攝</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c20"/><span class="tx">屬眞勝所樂宗中。是故文中不別擧之。問。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c21"/><span class="tx">有如大乘他對。立聲無常。意許是識變無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c22"/><span class="tx">常。以之爲差別。纂破之云。今謂不爾。如</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c23"/><span class="tx">成他用。二共許有假他替處。不失言顯。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c24"/><span class="tx">言無常者。無共許有非是識變無常替</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c25"/><span class="tx">處。亦失言顯。何名差別</span><note place="inline">已上</note><span class="tx">若數論。不許</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c26"/><span class="tx">眼等假用勝。然卽以彼爲差別者。卽違纂</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c27"/><span class="tx">主二共許有假他替處不失言顯。答。還有二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c28"/><span class="tx">難。一云。佛法不許眼假用劣。汝旣以之。爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0305c29"/><span class="tx">彼差別。是亦應違二共許文。二云。今疏所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a01"/><span class="tx">言。眼等亦是積聚性故。應如臥具。亦爲積聚</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a02"/><span class="tx">假他用勝。此文亦違二共許有假他替處。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a03"/><span class="tx">此問非。問。若爾豈非師資乖角。答。大乘全</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a04"/><span class="tx">不許非識變無常。故遮識變時。亦失言顯</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a05"/><span class="tx">相。數論。雖不許眼等假用勝。同喩臥具</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a06"/><span class="tx">等。共許假用勝。由此替處不失言顯。問。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a07"/><span class="tx">爲諸差別量不失言顯耶。答。此中應作</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a08"/><span class="tx">順前句答。若不爾者。與彼大乘識變無常。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a09"/><span class="tx">應以識變苦無常我等。而作相違。此旣不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a10"/><span class="tx">然。知必不失。問。一因違三有法差別。非作</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a11"/><span class="tx">有性有緣性。一因違四法差別。不能有實德</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a12"/><span class="tx">業離實等有性。此等豈非失言顯耶。答。此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a13"/><span class="tx">義難思。至下當悉</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a14"/><span class="tx">若不作此勝用難者。其宗<anchor n="0306a1401" xml:id="0C0FE0306a1401"></anchor>則有相符極</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a15"/><span class="tx">成。他宗眼等亦許積聚假他用故。但可難</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a16"/><span class="tx">言假他用勝。不得難言眞我用劣。違自宗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a17"/><span class="tx">故。共比量中。無同喩故。若他比量。一切無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a18"/><span class="tx">遮　注曰。此簡非顯是也。共比量中無同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a19"/><span class="tx">喩者。佛法之中。本無我故。若他比量一切無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a20"/><span class="tx">遮者。數論。臥具眞他用劣故。問。何故。不言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a21"/><span class="tx">眼等。應非眞他用勝。答。中卷違他非自現</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a22"/><span class="tx">量相違云。如佛弟子對勝論。云覺樂欲嗔。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0306a28"/><span class="tx">有有緣性耶。答。有緣性者。以體爲義故。總</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0306a29"/><span class="tx">遮彼無能別過。其非現境。及非用勝。別論</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0308a18"/><span class="tx">問。於因三相是何過耶。答。彼立因意。成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a19"/><span class="tx">非積聚他用勝。其積聚他用勝。＊則是異品。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a20"/><span class="tx">宗無同喩。佛法都無不積他故。積聚性因。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a21"/><span class="tx">於異品有。此顯定是九句之中異有同無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a22"/><span class="tx">故。成相違。闕第二相同品定有。亦闕第三</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a23"/><span class="tx">異品遍無　注曰。因三相者。一遍是宗法性。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a24"/><span class="tx">二同品定有性。三異品遍無性。一切正因。具</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a25"/><span class="tx">此三相。廣如上卷。答意可知。宗無同喩佛</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a26"/><span class="tx">法都無不積他故者。理實應言俱無同品。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a27"/><span class="tx">彼數論計。除眼等外亦無餘法我用勝故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308a28"/><span class="tx">然約全無我。故云佛法耳。上卷云。問。何故</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0308b25"/><span class="tx">積聚性故。如臥具等。諸非積聚他用勝者。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308b26"/><span class="tx">必非積聚性。如龜毛等。故今難云。諸臥具</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308b27"/><span class="tx">等兩宗共。許爲積聚他受用勝。故論雖無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0308b28"/><span class="tx">勝字。量義意必然。不須異求。應作此解</span>
