<lb ed="T" n="0339a08"/><span class="tx">因喩。若邪比量者。此三支中有若干失謂宗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a09"/><span class="tx">有九過。因有十四過。喩有十過。其因有十</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339a15"/><span class="tx">有三。一釋不成過。二釋不定失。三釋相違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a16"/><span class="tx">失。上已釋初二不成不定。今釋第三相違。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a17"/><span class="tx">此有三。謂一總標相違名。二別列相違名。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a18"/><span class="tx">三別釋四種相違也</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a19"/><span class="tx">疏云。相違義者。謂兩宗相返。此之四過不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a20"/><span class="tx">改他因。能令立者宗成相違。與相違法而</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a21"/><span class="tx">爲因。故名相違因。因得果名名相違也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a22"/><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">意何。答。此凡釋得相違名之所以也。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339a23"/><span class="tx">卽意云。言相違者。所違宗與能違宗相返</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339b06"/><span class="tx">所相違難定判。今所作性故因。不成本量</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b07"/><span class="tx">常宗。爲與常宗相違無常宗。爲因能成相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b08"/><span class="tx">違之無常宗。其無常宗被成立者。依所作</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339b14"/><span class="tx">違因有二釋。卽第一釋云。問。宗亦乖因。豈</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b15"/><span class="tx">唯因過。過不在宗何得名相。答。如言父</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b16"/><span class="tx">子相生。子不生父亦得名相。此卽宗因兩</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339b24"/><span class="tx">問。先此軌師兩問答意何。答。初問<anchor n="0339b2413" xml:id="0C1950339b2413"></anchor>意且<anchor n="0339b2414" xml:id="0C1960339b2414"></anchor>付</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b25"/><span class="tx">聲常比量。以所作性故因違常宗名因過</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b26"/><span class="tx">者。亦常宗已乖所作因。豈非宗過<anchor n="0339b2615" xml:id="0C1970339b2615"></anchor>乎。若言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b27"/><span class="tx">宗無<anchor n="0339b2716" xml:id="0C1980339b2716"></anchor>失者。何得名相<anchor n="0339b2717" xml:id="0C1990339b2717"></anchor>言也。其答意云。譬</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b28"/><span class="tx">如言父子相生之時。雖父與子相對名相。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339b29"/><span class="tx">然父能生子子不生父。如此宗因相違之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c01"/><span class="tx">時。宗與因相對名相。然因能違宗。宗不違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c02"/><span class="tx">因。故不可例難言也。重意云。問卽難不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c03"/><span class="tx">可唯言因失亦可言宗失也。答卽避此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c04"/><span class="tx">難也。次問意云。宗常義已返因所作義。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c05"/><span class="tx">只名相違因。不名相違宗言也。其答意云。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c06"/><span class="tx">且＊付一具比量。宗云聲常之時過未生。因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c07"/><span class="tx">言所作性故之時宗常義違所作。故初其失</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c08"/><span class="tx">顯。故因言相違。宗不云爾云也。重意云。問</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c09"/><span class="tx">卽難何唯名相違因。亦可名相違宗也。答</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c10"/><span class="tx">卽避此難也。問。就此義文軌師已作二釋。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c11"/><span class="tx">悉避例難。何故慈恩<anchor n="0339c1118" xml:id="0C19A0339c1118"></anchor>嫌此義<anchor n="0339c1119" xml:id="0C19B0339c1119"></anchor>給耶。答。此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c12"/><span class="tx">例難專不被避。所以者何。宗言常住之時。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c13"/><span class="tx">雖過失未生。因言所作。宗因相形之時。因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c14"/><span class="tx">違宗故過失卽生。例知宗亦違因過失可</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c15"/><span class="tx">生。故用相違卽因義之時。猶有此例難。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c16"/><span class="tx">嫌也。問。軌師第二釋<anchor n="0339c1620" xml:id="0C19C0339c1620"></anchor>如何。答。其文云。又釋。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c17"/><span class="tx">如立常爲宗。無常返常名爲相違。立因爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c18"/><span class="tx">欲成常住宗。其因乃成無常宗義。與相違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c19"/><span class="tx">爲因。故名相違因也</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">問。何故慈恩不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c20"/><span class="tx">嫌此釋。答。與自義同故不嫌。卽相違之因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c21"/><span class="tx">依主釋之義也。問。若爾慈恩不立相違卽因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c22"/><span class="tx">義耶。答。古德有二傳。卽一云亦立。<anchor n="0339c2221" xml:id="0C19D0339c2221"></anchor>二云不</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0339c25"/><span class="tx">因者。義猶未具。<anchor n="0339c2522" xml:id="0C19E0339c2522"></anchor>所以然者。立因之法同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c26"/><span class="tx">有異無。今此四因同無異有。故名相違。故理</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c27"/><span class="tx">門云。於同有及二在異無是因。翻此名相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0339c28"/><span class="tx">違。此論亦云。此因唯於異品中有。是故相</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0340a09"/><span class="tx">破他師義。何更自作別疏釋耶。智周師先</span>
