<lb ed="T" n="0375b28"/><span class="tx">難云。如他用爲言顯。眞他爲意許。因名違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0375c01"/><span class="tx">差別。亦應<span style="font-size:8">ヲ以</span>有性爲言顯。離實大有是意許。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0375c21"/><span class="tx">爲差別非者。且此法差別若非意許故名</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0375c23"/><span class="tx">問。次文云。又叙舊通。如軌法師疏者。意何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0375c24"/><span class="tx">　答。文軌師疏中有問答。其問意頗似璧法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0375c25"/><span class="tx">師之難意。故彼答文自然爲通璧公之難</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0375c27"/><span class="tx">問。其軌師疏文如何　答。彼疏下卷云。問。有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0375c28"/><span class="tx">性<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>卽實<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>離實<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>異。唯違離實有因名爲<span style="font-size:8">トハハ</span>自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0375c29"/><span class="tx">相。亦應必爲含<span style="font-size:8">メトモ</span>眞假唯違眞他用名違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a01"/><span class="tx">自相因。答。五頂立<span style="font-size:8">ル</span>有<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>唯離實有。此有若成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a02"/><span class="tx">非有。實等不無宗卽無。違自相非差別。數</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a03"/><span class="tx">論他用通眞假。眞他受用義雖無。眼等他用</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0376a13"/><span class="tx">豈非自違。自許不無體是有故。璧法師難意</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0376a20"/><span class="tx">問。此難斷主如何破耶　答。次文云。此亦不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a21"/><span class="tx">然。本立宗云。有性爲宗有法。非實等爲宗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a22"/><span class="tx">法。今弟子翻難云。汝有應非有。有一實故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a23"/><span class="tx">如同異。此豈難實等不無耶。旣言非實。明</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a24"/><span class="tx">離實有。難彼成<span style="font-size:8">セシム</span>非有。故不是自違</span><note place="inline">云云</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a25"/><span class="tx">問。若不難實等不無者。何云實等不無宗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a26"/><span class="tx">卽無耶　答。其先有法云有性。卽共許有。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a27"/><span class="tx">能別云非實時。卽成離實有。今弟子難其</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a28"/><span class="tx">離實有故。所共許不無宗卽失。是則詫彼</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376a29"/><span class="tx">難彼。非謂爾故自許不無之有被難也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b01"/><span class="tx">問。次文云。又難。若云數論他用含眞假。眞</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0376b08"/><span class="tx">用之宗不失。故名違差別者。亦約有性量。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b09"/><span class="tx">有性含卽實離實。有一實故等<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>因雖違離</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0376b12"/><span class="tx">問。此難斷主如何破耶　答。次文云。此亦不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b13"/><span class="tx">然。誰言五頂有性含卽離。以五頂有唯離</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b14"/><span class="tx">實等。弟子立<span style="font-size:8">ル</span>有<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>唯卽實等故。言有時望自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b15"/><span class="tx">望他俱不得含</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">意云。言有性者。非含</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b16"/><span class="tx">卽離之有性。言有性雖共許辭。望五頂唯</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b17"/><span class="tx">離實有。望弟子唯卽實有。而何云含卽離。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b18"/><span class="tx">云離實之有宗雖無卽實之有宗不失耶</span><note place="inline">爲</note>

<lb ed="T" n="0376b20"/><span class="tx">次文云。以同異性離實等。得成非實等。以</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b21"/><span class="tx">同異性不名有故。成有非有。名俱決定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b22"/><span class="tx">者。是明一所由也。意云。同異性離實等故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b23"/><span class="tx">成有性非實之宗。又同異性不名有故。返</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b24"/><span class="tx">成有性非有性之宗。故論云俱決定也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b25"/><span class="tx">次文云。彼實等雖體不無。而不名有。何故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b26"/><span class="tx">如是。是宗計故者。是則斷家案<anchor n="0376b2602" xml:id="0C3D70376b2602"></anchor>勝論計也。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b27"/><span class="tx">意云。＊勝論本計。實德業同異和合。總言不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b28"/><span class="tx">無不言有。是則彼宗計也。故以同異性爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376b29"/><span class="tx">有性非<span style="font-size:8">トイフ</span>有性能違量之同喩。能成正比量</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0376c02"/><span class="tx">次文云。若五頂實等亦名有者。豈成自相相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c03"/><span class="tx">違。返彼量云。有應非有。有一實故。如同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c04"/><span class="tx">異性。同異性名有。何得成相違。諸過類知</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c05"/><span class="tx">者。意云。若五頂實等五句名有者。何以同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c06"/><span class="tx">異性爲有性非<span style="font-size:8">トイフ</span>有性能違量之同喩耶</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c07"/><note place="inline">爲言</note><span class="tx">諸過類知者。有所立不成。法自相相違。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c08"/><span class="tx">能立不遣等過也。意云。若同異性名有。不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c09"/><span class="tx">成有性非有性之宗故。有所立不成。又</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c10"/><span class="tx">作法自相云。有性應有性。有一實故。如同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c11"/><span class="tx">異性。又若同異性名有。爲非有性之宗爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c12"/><span class="tx">異喩有一實故ハ因轉其故。不遣能立因故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c13"/><span class="tx">有能立不遣之失也</span><note place="inline">亦有所立<br/>不成失</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c14"/><span class="tx">次文云。又五頂若許有卽實等有。今總成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c15"/><span class="tx">非實等。豈非自違。故知五頂不立卽實等</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c16"/><span class="tx">有者。意云。璧公云。亦應五頂有性含卽離</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c17"/><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">就之斷主難也。若五頂有性含卽離故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c18"/><span class="tx">五頂亦立卽實有者。言有性非實。豈無一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c19"/><span class="tx">分違宗過耶。故知五頂唯立離實有。不立</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c20"/><span class="tx">卽實有</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c21"/><span class="tx">問。次文云。三解自性差別。第三云。隨應</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c22"/><span class="tx">何法談其自體性者。說名自相。卽於此法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c23"/><span class="tx">所有別義者。名爲差別。此解不違</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">意何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c24"/><span class="tx">　答。此斷主引璧公解。許不違古德意也。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0376c25"/><span class="tx">意云。璧公釋自性差別有三重。此中第三</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0376c27"/><span class="tx">其自體名自性。若有法若法。談其別義名</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0377a06"/><span class="tx">問。不違者。何下文破之　答。其雖言有法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a07"/><span class="tx">與法各有自相差別不違古師。然不云言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a08"/><span class="tx">陳意許。云有法有別義。法有自體故破之</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0377a10"/><span class="tx">問。次又古德意云。以爭彼差別必非言顯。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0377a18"/><span class="tx">相難意許離實有。言顯卽失故。云自相失。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a19"/><span class="tx">以此云意許通言顯也。意云。知意許大有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a20"/><span class="tx">卽是言顯之有難故也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a21"/><span class="tx">問。若爾。言陳意許雜亂。豈不墮璧法師之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a22"/><span class="tx">難耶　答。不雜亂。所以者何。雖意許通言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a23"/><span class="tx">顯。所爭各別。約有法自相。尋意許大有卽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a24"/><span class="tx">難言陳有。有法差別ハ尋意許大有卽難意</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a25"/><span class="tx">許有所爭各別。曾不雜亂。又不墮璧公之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a26"/><span class="tx">難也。故次文云。言陳者名自相。意所爭者</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377a27"/><span class="tx">名差別</span><note place="inline">云云　文意易<br/>悉也</note><span class="tx">抑說此文有清記文。頗</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0377a29"/><span class="tx">問。次文云。若云依第三解。以法有法各有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b01"/><span class="tx">自體及以別義者。如立聲無常。有部可有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b02"/><span class="tx">別體。大乘如何無常等各有別體耶。意何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b03"/><span class="tx">答。此斷主先牒璧公第三解。卽次作難也。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b04"/><span class="tx">卽是難法有別體之義也。意云。汝云法有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b05"/><span class="tx">法各有自體別義。且就云法有別自體。約</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b06"/><span class="tx">聲無常量。若約薩婆多者。其能別法無常可</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b07"/><span class="tx">有別體。若約大乘者。何可云無常有別</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b08"/><span class="tx">體耶</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b09"/><span class="tx">問。何故約薩婆多可云有別體耶　答。薩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b10"/><span class="tx">婆多云離所相有爲有能相有爲體。今聲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b11"/><span class="tx">者所相有爲故。約彼有部。可云無常之法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b12"/><span class="tx">有別體也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b13"/><span class="tx">次文云。復俱不離色等自相。何故名體。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b14"/><span class="tx">緣名義者。意云。無常等義是色心等法自相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b15"/><span class="tx">上共相義。曾無別體。以何義故云無常有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b16"/><span class="tx">別體有別義耶</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b17"/><span class="tx">次文云。何故有爲之上生滅等名有自體。常</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b18"/><span class="tx">住無爲不遷不滅等卽名別義者。意云。難</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b19"/><span class="tx">轉救也。救云。今且就小乘薩婆多。云有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b20"/><span class="tx">爲之上生滅等有自體故。云聲上無常有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b21"/><span class="tx">自體也。今難云。何故其小乘唯云有爲上生</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b22"/><span class="tx">滅等有自體。約無爲上之不生滅等。不云</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b23"/><span class="tx">有自體唯云有別體耶</span><note place="inline">爲言。是兼破<br/>薩婆多計也</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b24"/><span class="tx">問。次文云。又釋自性差別有三重。初二如</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377b25"/><span class="tx">舊。第三云。談其自性名自相。談其別義</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0377c04"/><span class="tx">問。上斷主云此解不違。已云第三解亦不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377c05"/><span class="tx">違古德故。乍三重可同慈恩解。而何只</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377c06"/><span class="tx">云初二如舊耶　答。此義不爾。上此解不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377c07"/><span class="tx">違者。璧公第三重<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>云法有法各有自性差</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377c08"/><span class="tx">別。同慈恩義故云不違也。然約其云法有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377c09"/><span class="tx">法有自性差別。談自體名自性。談別義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377c10"/><span class="tx">名<span style="font-size:8">トイヒ</span>差別。全異慈恩義。不用言陳意許故。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0377c18"/><span class="tx">義何云有法。若云有法。何云別義</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0377c19"/><span class="tx">次文云。卽差別等義屬於體應說之者。是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0377c20"/><span class="tx">斷主以義判也。意云。法上差別義屬法體</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0378b13"/><span class="tx">非有緣性自體名自相耶。若是名自相。自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0378b14"/><span class="tx">相差別已以雜亂</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0378b15"/><span class="tx">次文云。又論云差別。何得稱自相者。引敎</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0378b16"/><span class="tx">破也。意云。論旣云有法差別。何違論云可</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0378c09"/><span class="tx">爲爭能緣有心。若云爭能緣心。自是別法。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0378c17"/><span class="tx">璧公之辭。案有法差別相違之道理也。意</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0378c18"/><span class="tx">云。若云有法差別相違者。本爭大有是作</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0378c19"/><span class="tx">緣大有心之境性。大有是非緣大有心之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0378c20"/><span class="tx">境性者可然。是卽有法差別相違</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>

<lb ed="T" n="0378c22"/><span class="tx">作緣有心境性。因與作<span style="font-size:8">トイフニ</span>緣有心之境性</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0378c25"/><span class="tx">緣餘性。便是難能緣心。不難有法之上差</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0378c27"/><span class="tx">云。有法差別相違者。是諍大有是作緣大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0378c28"/><span class="tx">有心之境性。大有是作非緣大有心之境</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0378c29"/><span class="tx">性。不成因。爲云作非緣大有心之境性</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0379a04"/><span class="tx">問。次文云。又更解云。或可。不成自違。緣有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a05"/><span class="tx">之心應非緣有心。但非緣有心不表緣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a06"/><span class="tx">餘性故。名自相非差別。今論說言作非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a07"/><span class="tx">有緣性。雖非緣有之自體。緣餘之義心</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a08"/><span class="tx">不失。此卽緣有緣餘。是別義故。故非自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a09"/><span class="tx">相名差別</span><note place="inline">文</note><span class="tx">意何　答。是璧公答自問之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a10"/><span class="tx">第二釋也。意云。言作非有緣性者。非是自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a11"/><span class="tx">相相違。所以者何。若論云緣有之心應非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a12"/><span class="tx">緣有之心。但遮緣有之心。不表緣餘性</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a13"/><span class="tx">故。名自相相違。而論旣云。作非有緣性。此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a14"/><span class="tx">言雖非有緣性之自體。又表緣餘之心。卽</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a15"/><span class="tx">以此緣有緣餘爲差別故。非自相相違</span><note place="inline">爲</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a16"/><note place="inline">言</note><span class="tx">問。此第二釋與初釋有何異耶　答。初</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a17"/><span class="tx">釋只云作非有緣性之言不非有緣性之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a18"/><span class="tx">自體。更表緣餘性也。今此後釋ハ作非有緣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0379a19"/><span class="tx">性之言。雖非有緣性之自體。亦表緣餘性</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0379a21"/><span class="tx">問。次文云。此亦不然。論云卽於前宗之上</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0381c05"/><span class="tx">有。但總云有。有言雖通。豈顯卽實有者。斷</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0382c18"/><span class="tx">次文云。未詳此釋。虛空不遍可不同聚。旣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0382c19"/><span class="tx">許體遍。何處別居者。斷主破也。破意云。虛</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0382c20"/><span class="tx">空若不遍諸法。可非諸法同聚。而虛空旣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0382c21"/><span class="tx">許遍色心諸法。若非同聚。何處別居耶。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0382c22"/><span class="tx">云虛空非與諸法同聚。以之爲喩辨有</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0382c24"/><span class="tx">次文云。設言非聚類可非同法處等者。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0382c25"/><span class="tx">破轉救也救云。虛空雖體遍。然非聚類</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0382c27"/><span class="tx">第六識所緣色心諸法悉同攝法處。虛空亦</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0382c28"/><span class="tx">是第六所緣故。與餘諸法同攝法處而雖</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0382c29"/><span class="tx">體遍非聚類者。與餘法同可不法處攝</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0383a12"/><span class="tx">者。大有能有空時方我意五全及地水火風</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a13"/><span class="tx">四少分。不有子孫微等二多實故。大有名</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0383a17"/><span class="tx">問。何故依其解故大有只有<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>五全四少分</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a18"/><span class="tx">可被名有一實耶　答。若云自體有自體</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a19"/><span class="tx">者。空時等九實卽可名有一實。自體空等</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a20"/><span class="tx">有自體空等故。又子孫微等名有二多實。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a21"/><span class="tx">應自體子孫微等有自體子孫微等故。而</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a22"/><span class="tx">云自體不自有。大有名有一實。明知大有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a23"/><span class="tx">只有實等九實名有一實。若有子孫等。亦</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a24"/><span class="tx">可名有二多實。旣因只云有一實故。云有</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0383a26"/><span class="tx">次文云。此亦不然。自體不自有。別爲大有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a27"/><span class="tx">有。師主之義。非弟子所許。若弟子許別爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a28"/><span class="tx">有有。便立已成。何須云大有非實等者。斷</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383a29"/><span class="tx">主破也。破意云。實等自體不有自體實等</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b01"/><span class="tx">者。五頂之義。非弟子義。弟子卽云實等自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b02"/><span class="tx">體有自體實等故。若弟子云實等別爲大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b03"/><span class="tx">有所有者。五頂之量卽有相符。何云有性</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0383b05"/><span class="tx">次文云。若弟子不許一一實上不無之有能</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b06"/><span class="tx">有<span style="font-size:8">ヲ以</span>實等名有一實。卽有一實因犯隨一不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b07"/><span class="tx">成過。何能成比量者。斷主重破也。破意云。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b08"/><span class="tx">若弟子不云實等上不無之有卽有實等</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b09"/><span class="tx">者。有一實因犯他隨一不成失。五頂何成量</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0383b11"/><span class="tx">問。何故可犯他隨一不成　答。弟子許有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b12"/><span class="tx">一實因。非許爲大有所有名有一實。許</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b13"/><span class="tx">實等上不無有卽有實等故。許有一實因。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b14"/><span class="tx">是則因<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>不分別之義也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b15"/><span class="tx">問。文云。問。若取有二實等爲因有<span style="font-size:8">トイフハ</span>不定。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b16"/><span class="tx">許一一實自能有體云有一實。取此爲因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b17"/><span class="tx">亦不定過</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">意何　答。是斷主問也</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0383b21"/><span class="tx">實。卽實故。以二多實爲因有不定者。弟子</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b22"/><span class="tx">許一一實上不無有自能有自體故云有一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b23"/><span class="tx">實故。此有一實因亦可有不定</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b24"/><span class="tx">問。本疏文旣不云爾。何更致此問耶　答</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b25"/><span class="tx">此爲通伏難更自問也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b26"/><span class="tx">問。如何難耶　答。璧公難云。汝上難我義</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b27"/><span class="tx">云。言自體不自有。師主之義。弟子云自體</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383b28"/><span class="tx">有自者。若爾。約有一實因。弟子可作不定</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0383c06"/><span class="tx">別有子孫微體。師主弟子共許故。以二多</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383c07"/><span class="tx">實爲因。有不定也。實等上不無有有自體。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0383c08"/><span class="tx">只弟子獨許。不能以不共許法作不定故。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0383c10"/><span class="tx">云爲他所有有一實歟。有自體有一實歟。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0384b09"/><span class="tx">此義不然今言有性。加和合句上能有之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0384b10"/><span class="tx">性云有性者。可如所責。然而立敵本意只</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0384b11"/><span class="tx">擧實德業三上之能有云有性也。不諍同</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0385a04"/><span class="tx">問。二俱有失。若言文軌加者。文軌先人。慈</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0385a06"/><span class="tx">公加者。文軌疏中有此文故不可加。若加</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a07"/><span class="tx">慈恩疏外者。璧公偏可破慈恩疏也　答。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0385a18"/><span class="tx">無實有二實爲因者。弟子不許大有故。可</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a19"/><span class="tx">有他隨一所依不成。觀弟子闕有法所依</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a20"/><span class="tx">故。又有性不許名有無實有二實故。此二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a21"/><span class="tx">因遍有法有性立敵不許故。亦可有兩俱</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a22"/><span class="tx">不成</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a23"/><span class="tx">問。若爾。亦有性不許名有多實故。亦可</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a24"/><span class="tx">云有多實因有兩俱不成。何故不加其耶</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a25"/><span class="tx">　答。璧公之意。只順古師取古師所引之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a26"/><span class="tx">文故。不加有多實之言也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a27"/><span class="tx">問。先旣破古人。云有無實因有兩俱不成。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a28"/><span class="tx">何今還云有兩俱不成耶　答。先弟子云</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385a29"/><span class="tx">和合上不無有有和合其實故。有其實因爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b01"/><span class="tx">弟子能成。故云無兩俱不成也。是就古師</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b02"/><span class="tx">云有性亦名有無實所難也。今此處牒取</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b03"/><span class="tx">古人之文入自立解時。有性不許名有無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b04"/><span class="tx">實故。云有無實因有兩俱不成也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b05"/><span class="tx">次文云。此亦不然。隨一所依不成可爾。弟</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b06"/><span class="tx">子不許離實等有故。何得云俱不成師主</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b07"/><span class="tx">豈可不許大有有於空等無實之實。有於</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0385b27"/><span class="tx">不成可爾。弟子不許有法所依故。約不定</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b28"/><span class="tx">且可審定。若不共不定可爾。謂有法有性</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385b29"/><span class="tx">云離實大有時。有多實之有亦成大有。若</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0385c11"/><span class="tx">望師主者。孫微雖有多實。非是大有。復</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c12"/><span class="tx">非孫微等之性故。不同同異性爲彼孫微</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c13"/><span class="tx">之性故。若大有有多實因於孫微上無。談</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c14"/><span class="tx">師主本意。說大有有多實故。有多實之有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c15"/><span class="tx">卽爲大有</span><note place="inline">爲言　是則約師主<br/>所談也</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c16"/><span class="tx">次文云。然不得言是大有有多實。無同法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c17"/><span class="tx">故。以因不應分別爲<span style="font-size:8">シハ</span>大有有<span style="font-size:8">カ</span>爲<span style="font-size:8">シハ</span>不無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c18"/><span class="tx">有<span style="font-size:8">カト</span>故。同異性得爲同喩者。斷主成本量</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c19"/><span class="tx">之意述正義也。意云。然案本量之道理。不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c20"/><span class="tx">可偏奇師主解。所以者何。有法是立敵共</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c21"/><span class="tx">許之法也。因是立敵共許之法。故不可云</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c22"/><span class="tx">大有有多實。若云大有有多實者。卽無同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c23"/><span class="tx">喩故。今因不分別大有之有<span style="font-size:8">カ</span>不無之有<span style="font-size:8">カト</span>只</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c24"/><span class="tx">云有多實。故以同異性得爲同喩</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c25"/><span class="tx">次文云。不<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>然望師主不共不定。同異非大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c26"/><span class="tx">有故。望於弟子卽隨一不成。弟子不許故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0385c27"/><span class="tx">故如<span style="font-size:8">ナラハ</span>所判更成疎略者。斷主還亦破璧公</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0385c29"/><span class="tx">實因者。如前所云。望師主有不共不定。同</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0390a13"/><span class="tx">時。意許離實有性<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>法宗之處已顯。以此義</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0390b20"/><span class="tx">有便違共許。豈是相違。如聲論者難勝論</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b21"/><span class="tx">云聲應非聲。所作性故。如瓶。違共許故非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b22"/><span class="tx">相違也。若不信有。此卽宗闕有法。因無所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b23"/><span class="tx">依。何容依此競其卽離作相違過。答。今</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b24"/><span class="tx">立宗云有性應非有者。謂五頂執有離實</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b25"/><span class="tx">等。弟子執有卽實等。今不取此以爲有法。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b26"/><span class="tx">但取共許實德業上不無之義以爲有法乃</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b27"/><span class="tx">作因依。故無宗因二不成過。故云有性。此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b28"/><span class="tx">卽有法。言應非有者。謂共許有性應非第</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0390b29"/><span class="tx">四離實等有。此卽違他不違自許。故得與</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0390c08"/><span class="tx">但非彼所立。更無所表。但牒彼計。何用極</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0390c10"/><span class="tx">成破者。璧公第二釋也。此釋意云。無義因</span>
