<lb ed="T" n="0393b26"/><span class="tx">義也。古師意云。大乘師對少乘者。立聲無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393b27"/><span class="tx">常。所作性故。如瓶等之時。其無常法自相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393b28"/><span class="tx">下。意許識變無常非識變無常。立者意許<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393b29"/><span class="tx">立識變無常。約此識變有三識。謂第八識</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c01"/><span class="tx">第六識及耳識也。以此三識同取聲故。而同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c02"/><span class="tx">喩瓶等雖第八識變。非耳識變物故。意許</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c03"/><span class="tx">三識變中。望一耳識變成宗異品。所作性</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c04"/><span class="tx">故<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>回轉彼。同無異有<span style="font-size:8">ニシテ</span>闕後二相故。違此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c05"/><span class="tx">意許一耳識變無常故。成法差別相違也</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0393c07"/><span class="tx">問。若爾以所作性故因立時。有此失歟</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0393c09"/><span class="tx">問。若爾。何如理師記云。擧八六耳三識同取</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0393c11"/><span class="tx">不可依。所以者何。若以八六耳三識同取故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c12"/><span class="tx">爲因。因有一分他隨一不成失。敵者小乘不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c13"/><span class="tx">許第八識故。又喩有一分能立不成失。瓶</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c14"/><span class="tx">非耳識變故。旣有此等失。何成言顯<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>無失</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c15"/><span class="tx">之量耶。故不可依</span><note place="inline">依林記清記<br/>可云之</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c16"/><span class="tx">次文云。今謂不爾。如成他用。二共許有假</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c17"/><span class="tx">他。替處不失言顯。言無常者。無共許<span style="font-size:8">セル</span>有</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0393c19"/><span class="tx">別者。纂主破古師也。破意云。如眼等必爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c20"/><span class="tx">他用<anchor n="0393c2004" xml:id="0C3DE0393c2004"></anchor>量。積聚性故<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>因雖違意許眞他用宗。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c21"/><span class="tx">亦有立敵共許假他用義故。其假他用義替</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c22"/><span class="tx">處不失言顯必爲他用･宗。故有法差別相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c23"/><span class="tx">違。今此言無常。立者大乘不立非識變無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c24"/><span class="tx">常故。無共許非識變無常。雖違意許識變</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c25"/><span class="tx">無常。更無可替處故。違識變無常。卽失言</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c26"/><span class="tx">顯無常。何云差別耶</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c27"/><span class="tx">問。立者雖不立。敵者旣立非識變無常以</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c28"/><span class="tx">其爲差別行方云替處。有何失耶　答。要</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0393c29"/><span class="tx">有二等方名差別。而立者邊無二等。何名</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a01"/><span class="tx">差別耶</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a02"/><span class="tx">問。次文云。若云以三識別。言耳識<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>取<span style="font-size:8">ラルル</span>無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a03"/><span class="tx">常<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>唯違耳識變。非三識故成差別者者。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a04"/><span class="tx">纂主牒古師轉救之詞也。救云。以三識異。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a05"/><span class="tx">聲無常<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>耳識所取無常。而同喩瓶非耳識</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a06"/><span class="tx">變故。唯違耳識變。然第八第六識變無常在</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a07"/><span class="tx">故。不失言顯自相。故名差別</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a08"/><span class="tx">次文云。亦非。若准下解有法自相相違。此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a09"/><span class="tx">亦正法自相相違。違意許有。言顯亦失故者。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a10"/><span class="tx">纂主破也。破意云。設雖有第八識第六識變</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a11"/><span class="tx">無常。非可成聲上無常故。若違耳識變無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a12"/><span class="tx">常。言顯無常亦失。故若准下解有法自相相</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a13"/><span class="tx">違云。可非識變無常者。可法自相相違。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a14"/><span class="tx">違意許耳識變無常。言顯無常失故。譬如</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a15"/><span class="tx">違意許有言顯有卽失</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a16"/><span class="tx">次文　<anchor n="0394a1601" xml:id="0C3DF0394a1601"></anchor>云。若諍無常。復是意許是識變無常</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a17"/><span class="tx">亦所諍者者。纂主又牒古師重轉救之詞也。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a18"/><span class="tx">救心<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>言顯無常是所諍。又意許識變無常是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a19"/><span class="tx">亦所諍。故猶可名違差別</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a20"/><span class="tx">次文云。卽違二因。何獨名差別者。纂主</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a21"/><span class="tx">破也。意云。若言顯無常所諍。意許識變無常</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a22"/><span class="tx">又所爭者。卽可云違法自相<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>法差別二之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a23"/><span class="tx">因。何只名違差別</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a24"/><span class="tx">問。文云。今疏解。准法師云。若立<anchor n="0394a2402" xml:id="0C3E00394a2402"></anchor>三眞我</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a25"/><span class="tx">受用眼等。卽所別不成。積聚性因兩俱不成。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a26"/><span class="tx">明前所立兩俱不成亦有所依不成等。故兩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a27"/><span class="tx">俱不成不必有法唯有<span style="font-size:8">モノニ</span></span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">意何　答。是</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a28"/><span class="tx">纂主擧本疏義明略<span style="font-size:8">セル</span>失也。意云。本疏云。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394a29"/><span class="tx">若我ヲ爲有法受用<span style="font-size:8">トイヘハ</span>眼等。便有宗中所別</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b01"/><span class="tx">不成。積聚性因兩俱不成<span style="font-size:8">アリ</span>。如臥具喩所立不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b02"/><span class="tx">成</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">然略不述所依不成。今爲纂有此</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0394b04"/><span class="tx">問。爾有此等失方何　答。數論師對佛弟</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b05"/><span class="tx">子云我受用眼等。而佛弟子不許眞我故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b06"/><span class="tx">有所別不成。又不立眞我故。無有法所依。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b07"/><span class="tx">故有所依不成。又立者不許積聚性因遍</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b08"/><span class="tx">有法眞我。又敵者不立眞我故。不許此因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b09"/><span class="tx">遍有法故有兩俱不成</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b10"/><span class="tx">問。所依不成無有法。兩俱不成有有法。無ト</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b11"/><span class="tx">有法有<span style="font-size:8">ルト</span>有法旣別。何並出來耶　答。約兩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b12"/><span class="tx">俱不成有多種。有有法兩俱不成<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>其一種。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b13"/><span class="tx">又有無有法之兩俱不成。故並無失也。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b14"/><span class="tx">疏中卷云。如薩婆多對大乘。立我常住。識</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b15"/><span class="tx">所變故。所依<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>我<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>無。能依<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>因<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>有也</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">是明</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0394b19"/><span class="tx">問。其所依不成等者。等取何失　答。有云。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0394b21"/><span class="tx">問。二說以何爲正　答。初說無失。然深尋</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b22"/><span class="tx">後說似勝。意云。本疏中說兩俱不成更有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b23"/><span class="tx">四種。謂隨一兩俱。兩俱兩俱。所依兩俱。猶預</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b24"/><span class="tx">兩俱也。雖四不成各別之失。然一兩俱中亦</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0394b27"/><span class="tx">知疏中說兩俱不成<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>亦有所依不成。旣有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394b28"/><span class="tx">所依不成。准知亦可有猶預不成。故置等</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0394c04"/><span class="tx">次文云。答。今取同異以爲同喩。望彼宗中</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c05"/><span class="tx">非實等法。卽正能成。今亦成有性。此同異性</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c06"/><span class="tx">便成異喩。此有一實因於彼遍轉。彼但同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c07"/><span class="tx">異<span style="font-size:8">ニシテ</span>不是有性。故返成宗令作非有。故成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c08"/><span class="tx">相違者。自答也。意云。今以同異性爲<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>非實</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c09"/><span class="tx">宗爲同喩。同異性亦非實故。能成同喩。今</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c10"/><span class="tx">亦成有性。此同異性<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>非實<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>同異性<span style="font-size:8">ニシテ</span>非非實</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c11"/><span class="tx">有性故。便成異喩。有一實因彼<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>轉。同無異</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c12"/><span class="tx">有<span style="font-size:8">ニシテ</span>闕後二相。故作能違云有性非有性</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0394c14"/><span class="tx">次文云。正成立<span style="font-size:8">スルトキ</span>有。以實德業和合同異</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c15"/><span class="tx">皆證爲異喩。皆非大有故。今望所成宗中</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c16"/><span class="tx">有性令離實等有有自性故。有一實因於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c17"/><span class="tx">同異有。此有一實因不無ノ能有。亦遍有法。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c18"/><span class="tx">故因無隨一<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>兩俱<span style="font-size:8">トノ</span>不成。故爲相違。卽九句</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c19"/><span class="tx">中第六句也者。自答中述量正意也。意云。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c20"/><span class="tx">今正立<span style="font-size:8">トキ</span>大有。以實等五句皆爲異喩。今</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c21"/><span class="tx">望離實等有別自性之有性。同異性旣成</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c22"/><span class="tx">異喩。有一實因轉其異喩同異性上。此有一</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c23"/><span class="tx">實因<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>立敵共許<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>不無<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>能有。故遍宗上有。無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c24"/><span class="tx">隨一不成兩俱不成等。故成相違。卽九句中</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0394c26"/><span class="tx">問。何故無隨一等　答。有一實之有<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>若大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c27"/><span class="tx">有<span style="font-size:8">ナラハ</span>者。弟子不許故。有隨一不成。若不共</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c28"/><span class="tx">許<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>有。不遍有法。可有兩俱不成</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0394c29"/><span class="tx">問。九句中第六句<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>云意何　答。第六句者。同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a01"/><span class="tx">品非有異品有非有也。今立大有時。旣無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a02"/><span class="tx">同品。實等五句皆成異喩。而此有一實因同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a03"/><span class="tx">異性上有。和合實德業上非有。故同品非有</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395a05"/><span class="tx">問。若爾。何疏<span style="font-size:8">ニ云</span>今觀後三。皆彼第四。同品非</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a06"/><span class="tx">有異品有故</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">答。且古德云。疏假述餘師</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a07"/><span class="tx">義也。今謂。疏意<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>且以疎相云爾也。謂望離</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a08"/><span class="tx">實有。以本量同喩同異性勘成<span style="font-size:8">スルニハ</span>異喩。因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a09"/><span class="tx">彼<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>轉<span style="font-size:8">シテ</span>同無異有故。云第四句也。是就文</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395a21"/><span class="tx">雖不名有。然其體不無之義<span style="font-size:8">ヲハ</span>立敵共許。卽</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395a25"/><span class="tx">次文云。如空中有<span style="font-size:8">トキ</span>鳥。空<span style="font-size:8">ヲハ</span>雖不名有。而</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a26"/><span class="tx">得說空能有<span style="font-size:8">スト</span>於鳥。同異亦爾。故因遍轉。故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a27"/><span class="tx">違所立者。纂主引喩明同異性<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>雖云不無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a28"/><span class="tx">不云有之義。喩意云。譬如虛空中有鳥時。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395a29"/><span class="tx">其空<span style="font-size:8">ヲハ</span>雖不名有。空能有鳥。同異性雖不</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395b05"/><span class="tx">次文云。答曰。雖言不無。然不名有者。答也</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395b07"/><span class="tx">次文云。若爾。成唯識云<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>實等應非實有。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b08"/><span class="tx">應是相符。彼量若成<span style="font-size:8">セハ</span>明<span style="font-size:8">ケシ</span>實等五是不無之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b09"/><span class="tx">有<span style="font-size:8">トイフコト</span>者。自徴難也。難意云。若言實等五句<span style="font-size:8">ヲハ</span></span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b10"/><span class="tx">雖云不無不名有者。唯識論第一卷中<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>破</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b11"/><span class="tx">勝論六句中。除大有句破餘實等五句比</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b12"/><span class="tx">量<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>云實等應非實有。卽可有相符失。對</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b13"/><span class="tx">不云有之人云應非實有立故。若彼量</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b14"/><span class="tx">無相符成比量。勝論<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>可實等<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>云不無有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b15"/><span class="tx">之人</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b16"/><span class="tx">次文云。解云。雖立量破云應非實有。意破</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b17"/><span class="tx">非假名實。以彼立實有實體故。然不名</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b18"/><span class="tx">有。故論破意<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>應非有實自性者。自答也。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b19"/><span class="tx">意云。彼勝論師計實等非是假實有云有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b20"/><span class="tx">實體故。立量破應非實有也。然彼師不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b21"/><span class="tx">名有故。故論破量意<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>破實等應非有實自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b22"/><span class="tx">性。故彼論量無相符失。亦彼勝論非實等<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span></span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395b28"/><span class="tx">異和合非有。云何體不無。故雖不無而不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395b29"/><span class="tx">名有者。纂主設爲答他難更作返難答</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c01"/><span class="tx">也。意云。設他師難云。約實德業三唯爲所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c02"/><span class="tx">有。爲他大有所有故。雖不無不名有耳。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c03"/><span class="tx">同異和合自爲能有。爲他大有不被有。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c04"/><span class="tx">唯名不無不名有耶。今返難答云。若云實</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c05"/><span class="tx">等三所有。爲大有所有故。雖不無。不名</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395c08"/><span class="tx">無。同異和合<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>大有<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>不所有。其體非不無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c09"/><span class="tx">故。有此返難。故不可差別難。只可云實等</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c10"/><span class="tx">五句<span style="font-size:8">ヲハ</span>總云不無不云有。彼宗本計而已</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395c17"/><span class="tx">得作有法自相相違。旣言顯以不無<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>有爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c18"/><span class="tx">有法。而同異性亦不無<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>有。何得違彼有法</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0395c20"/><span class="tx">次文云。若云由同異非大有。違<span style="font-size:8">レハ</span>意許大有。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0395c21"/><span class="tx">意許大有<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>無<span style="font-size:8">ナルヲ以</span>。卽言所顯不無之有亦復不</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396a04"/><span class="tx">有<span style="font-size:8">ナリ</span>。卽同異上<span style="font-size:8">ニモ</span>不無亦有。今喩雖違意許大</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396a06"/><span class="tx">喩力爲證。令非實等復是不無之有<span style="font-size:8">タラ</span>。同喩</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0396a07"/><span class="tx">力勝<span style="font-size:8">ルモノヲ</span>不無<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>有<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>存。何名相違者。破纂主轉</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396b27"/><span class="tx">違自宗失。自不云離實有。擧宗云離實有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0396b28"/><span class="tx">性故。又有一實故<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>因不許遍有法大有故。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0396b29"/><span class="tx">自隨一不成過也。若擧卽實有性難非有</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396c02"/><span class="tx">許卽實有。而云非有性。有違自敎失。此</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396c04"/><span class="tx">次文云。答。彼先總說。今亦總難。彼旣成立</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396c06"/><span class="tx">言同<span style="font-size:8">トモ</span>意別。故無諸過者。疏答文也。意云。先</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0396c07"/><span class="tx">師主不分別卽離。總相<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>言<span style="font-size:8">ヲ以</span>立有性卽成</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396c16"/><span class="tx">實之有者。猶有前所別等過。若非難離實</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396c19"/><span class="tx">論弟子。唯難離實之大有性。以破他宗不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0396c20"/><span class="tx">要有有法而爲所別故無宗過者。纂主顯</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0396c21"/><span class="tx">疏主意也。意云。若難離實等之問<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>非是疏</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0396c22"/><span class="tx">主正意。假叙他師義。但其次答文正疏主意</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0396c29"/><span class="tx">次文云。如破他我應亦同此。若許有我。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0397a02"/><span class="tx">量。此亦應然者。纂主引例成上義也。譬</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a03"/><span class="tx">如佛弟子對數論師。若許有我。可有違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a04"/><span class="tx">自宗無我之義失。若破我無。卽自有所依</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a05"/><span class="tx">不成。有法<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>我<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>佛弟子所不立故。又有自所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a06"/><span class="tx">別不成。自不許我故。而彼量旣成。成眞</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a07"/><span class="tx">能破。今此有法自相相違能違量亦復可然</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0397a09"/><span class="tx">次文云。由此應知。相違因者。若對敵論。不</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a10"/><span class="tx">唯一過望彼意許。亦有所別不極成<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>因無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a11"/><span class="tx">所依過者。纂主顯道理也。意云。依如上所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a12"/><span class="tx">述義道。案相違因。若對敵者顯立者意許。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a13"/><span class="tx">只非有相違一過。亦有他所別不成<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>他所</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0397a17"/><span class="tx">之所以耶。答。能違量有所別等者。就立者</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a18"/><span class="tx">意許作能違故所有失也。就其立者意許</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a19"/><span class="tx">卽所違量亦有此所別等失</span><note place="inline">爲言　約所違量云<br/>他所別不成等。</note>

<lb ed="T" n="0397a24"/><span class="tx">次文云。如法差別不唯一故者。引例也。意</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a25"/><span class="tx">云。如法差別相違。非唯一過。若顯意許時。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a26"/><span class="tx">卽有能別不成所立不成等</span><note place="inline">爲言</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0397a27"/><span class="tx">次文云。此則立者<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>望敵。是他所別所依不成。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0397a29"/><span class="tx">此義案。卽所違量有他所別等失。能違量</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0397b15"/><span class="tx">問。若爾。此有法自相相違自他共中何　答。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397b16"/><span class="tx">周記云。問。如論所陳有法自相及以差別。自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397b17"/><span class="tx">他共中何。答。若其立者卽自中共。成立自</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0397b18"/><span class="tx">義而對敵故。敵者作違。卽他中共。就他宗</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0400a14"/><span class="tx">之量故。師主不返破彼也。二云。若設師主</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0400a15"/><span class="tx">爲破弟子立量之時。可有失故不破彼</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0400a16"/><span class="tx">也。初解復蓋有此意</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0400a17"/><span class="tx">問。初解爾也。然後解如何。立量之時可有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0400a18"/><span class="tx">何失　答。師主爲破弟子立量。云實等</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0400a19"/><span class="tx">不是有之時。可有二失。一違宗失。二無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0400a20"/><span class="tx">共同喩失也。謂師主爲弟子說有實等之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0400a21"/><span class="tx">人也。而云實等非有者。卽壞自義故。有違</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0400a22"/><span class="tx">宗失。有此失故。令弟子無所承受。弟子</span>
