<lb ed="T" n="0417b12"/><span class="tx">但疏家存之因之旨。上旣<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>決定<span style="font-size:8">セリ</span>。因得果名<span style="font-size:8">ト</span></span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417b13"/><span class="tx">者還顯其源也。不同古師卽因之釋<span style="font-size:8">ニハ</span>。是故</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417b14"/><span class="tx">一往雖設例難<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>。答文之中彌成之因</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417b15"/><span class="tx">問。若爾不許相違卽因者有何過耶　答。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417b16"/><span class="tx">於内明十因。相違因名用依主釋。處處多</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417b17"/><span class="tx">同。然而章中。十因皆持業釋</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">是則因得果</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0417b23"/><span class="tx">種<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>法師。至釋名<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>者。擧人之時。不能兼法。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0417b25"/><span class="tx">問。若爾如内明相違因。竝有二釋。今疏上</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0417b27"/><span class="tx">還結上文也。知云因得果名者。付之因釋。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417b28"/><span class="tx">令宗能違之力在因處故。得其果名稱相</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0417c01"/><span class="tx">問。眼識等名是依主也。彼亦其力歸能依<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span></span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c02"/><span class="tx">識<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>哉　答。依主得名可有二類。根識相望</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c03"/><span class="tx">等。唯以識從根<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>。所依能依勢力決定故。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c04"/><span class="tx">宗因相對<span style="font-size:8">スルカ如キハ</span>等互爲主伴。或以因從宗。宗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c05"/><span class="tx">是所尊。宗<span style="font-size:8">カ</span>家<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>之因故。或以果從因。因卽能</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c06"/><span class="tx">立。因家之果故。若例内明相違因<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>。須及二</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c07"/><span class="tx">釋。然今隨顯付勝唯用一釋。其釋之中。還</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c08"/><span class="tx">示太田義亦具足</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c09"/><span class="tx">問。宗因相比。互爲主伴道理難信　答。法</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c10"/><span class="tx">門道理非無此例。所謂理事二法俱得識</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c11"/><span class="tx">名。互有主屬。若發<span style="font-size:8">シテ</span>作用緣境了別<span style="font-size:8">スルコトハ</span>。正</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c12"/><span class="tx">在事<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>。故爲識自相。以理從事<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>識之實性</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c13"/><span class="tx">故<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>名唯識。若論常恒軌持。是眞如識也。事<span style="font-size:8">カ</span></span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c14"/><span class="tx">之爲<span style="font-size:8">ルハ</span>識依彼<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>理性也。理自是識也。不待</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c15"/><span class="tx">隨事。攝相歸性推功歸本則此門也。章云攝</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c16"/><span class="tx">法歸有爲之主故。言諸法皆唯識。攝法歸無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c17"/><span class="tx">爲之主故。言一切法皆如也</span><note place="inline">云云</note><note place="inline">如<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>者識如也。<br/>自性清淨心是</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c18"/><note place="inline">也</note><span class="tx">二主互望皆實義也。又本識變種子。種子</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0417c20"/><span class="tx">問。依何證文定知之因　答。理門論云。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c21"/><span class="tx">法能成。相違所立。是相違過。卽名似因</span><note place="inline"><anchor n="0417c2109" xml:id="0C3F20417c2109"></anchor>文</note><span class="tx">此</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c22"/><span class="tx">等其證也。然猶可會今以相違因之名言。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c23"/><span class="tx">爲決定證。注釋意云因與似因名體大異。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c24"/><span class="tx">論旣云因<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>不加似言<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>。爰知<span style="font-size:8">ヌ</span>望能違宗以</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0417c26"/><span class="tx">問。於似<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>宗因喩<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>。開其過相。旣似因過也。專</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c27"/><span class="tx">可表似義。設望能違<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>雖爲正因。是猶傍</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c28"/><span class="tx">義。不如正<span style="font-size:8">ク</span>示<span style="font-size:8">ニハ</span>似因<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>體義<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>　答於三支過</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0417c29"/><span class="tx">論列其名<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>。於宗喩及因中不成不定過者。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0418a01"/><span class="tx">無宗喩等言。唯至四相違。獨置因言。可有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0418a02"/><span class="tx">深旨。與敵者量有能立力。誠是過中<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>最重</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0419b08"/><span class="tx">類。不亂體義。是以設有法中。雖寄義成。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b09"/><span class="tx">遂歸體。猶可名體<span style="font-size:8">ト</span>。設能別處雖爭其體。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0419b11"/><span class="tx">超四類。所謂能別<anchor n="0419b1106" xml:id="0C4020419b1106"></anchor>別處或成義或成體。有</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b12"/><span class="tx">法之下或諍體或諍義。則是如次四相違本</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b13"/><span class="tx">作法也。今爲四句以分體義。所謂義門之</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b14"/><span class="tx">義。義門之體。體門之體。體門之義也。但依</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b15"/><span class="tx">實言之。有法差別<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>作大有緣性<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>。大有體上</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b16"/><span class="tx">作有緣性故。且雖名體門之義。實歸大有性</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b17"/><span class="tx">之體<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>。有性之下<span style="font-size:8">ニ</span>帶其意許故</span><note place="inline">設雖能別意許<br/>傳。遂成有法</note>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b18"/><note place="inline">故不違<br/>之</note><span class="tx">唯識比量樂爲之色。卽留有法色體</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b19"/><span class="tx">故。又法差別眞他用。顯神我體。雖名義門</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b20"/><span class="tx">之體。比量能別正所成立猶未及正神我</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b21"/><span class="tx">體性故。可云成義也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b22"/><span class="tx">問。數論立神我諦。對無我宗。欲成其體。若</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b23"/><span class="tx">無<span style="font-size:8">クハ</span>我<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>體。豈有用眼等功能哉。若於眞他</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b24"/><span class="tx">用不<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>能付過。敵者必可信神我體性。何</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b25"/><span class="tx">云不成體哉。設云不直成體故者。作大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419b26"/><span class="tx">有緣性亦可同。何云作大有緣性歸有性</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0419c04"/><span class="tx">眼等體不今所諍故。重意云。有性非實能別</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419c05"/><span class="tx">方便能成有法<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>有性。眼等必爲他用量。共許</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419c06"/><span class="tx">眼等實不諍。寄眼等顯能用故。諍雖留</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419c07"/><span class="tx">能別。能別之<span style="font-size:8">ニハ</span>留于爲他用<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>義。不及眞他</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0419c08"/><span class="tx">體。望有法太有資益<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>義。許兩重故。有成</span>
