<lb n="0036c05" ed="T"/>悉吒見佛經行，卽尋速疾詣婆羅墮，而語
<lb n="0036c06" ed="T"/>之言：「汝知不耶？如來今者出於靜室，堂上經
<lb n="0036c07" ed="T"/>行，我等可共詣世尊所，儻聞如來有所言
<lb n="0036c08" ed="T"/>說。」時，婆羅墮聞其語已，卽共詣世尊所，頭
<lb n="0036c09" ed="T"/>面禮足，隨佛經行。</p><p xml:id="pT01p0036c0908" cb:place="inline">爾時，世尊吿婆悉吒曰：
<lb n="0036c10" ed="T"/>「汝等二人出婆羅門種，以信堅固於我法

<lb n="0036c15" ed="T"/>而嫌責汝？」</p><p xml:id="pT01p0036c1505" cb:place="inline">尋白佛言：「彼言：『我婆羅門種最
<lb n="0036c16" ed="T"/>爲第一，餘者卑劣；我種淸白，餘者黑冥；我婆
<lb n="0036c17" ed="T"/>羅門種出自梵天，從梵口生，於現法中得
<lb n="0036c18" ed="T"/>淸淨解，後亦淸淨；汝等何故捨淸淨種，入
<lb n="0036c19" ed="T"/>彼瞿曇異法中耶？』世尊！彼見我於佛法中
<lb n="0036c20" ed="T"/>出家修道，以如此言而呵責我。」</p><p xml:id="pT01p0036c2013" cb:place="inline">佛吿婆悉
<lb n="0036c21" ed="T"/>吒：「汝觀諸人愚冥無識猶如禽獸，虛假自
<lb n="0036c22" ed="T"/>稱：『婆羅門種最爲第一，餘者卑劣；我種淸白，
<lb n="0036c23" ed="T"/>餘者黑冥；我婆羅門種出自梵天，從梵口
<lb n="0036c24" ed="T"/>生，現得淸淨，後亦淸淨。』婆悉吒！今我無上
<lb n="0036c25" ed="T"/>正眞道中不須種姓，不恃吾我憍慢之心，
<lb n="0036c26" ed="T"/>俗法須此，我法不爾。若有沙門、婆羅門，自
<lb n="0036c27" ed="T"/>恃種姓，懷憍慢心，於我法中終不得成
<lb n="0036c28" ed="T"/>無上證也。若能捨離種姓，除憍慢心，則於
<lb n="0036c29" ed="T"/>我法中得成道證，堪受正法。人惡下流，

<lb n="0037a06" ed="T"/>舌者，有惡口者，有綺語者，有慳貪者，有嫉
<lb n="0037a07" ed="T"/>妬者，有邪見者；婆羅門種、居士種、首陀羅種
<lb n="0037a08" ed="T"/>亦皆如是，雜十惡行。婆悉吒！夫不善行有不
<lb n="0037a09" ed="T"/>善報，爲黑冥行則有黑冥報，若使此報獨
<lb n="0037a10" ed="T"/>在刹利、居士、首陀羅種，不在婆羅門種者，
<lb n="0037a11" ed="T"/>則婆羅門種應得自言：『我婆羅門種最爲第
<lb n="0037a12" ed="T"/>一，餘者卑劣；我種淸白，餘者黑冥；我婆羅門
<lb n="0037a13" ed="T"/>種出自梵天，從梵口生，現得淸淨，後亦
<lb n="0037a14" ed="T"/>淸淨。』若使行不善行有不善報，爲黑冥行
<lb n="0037a15" ed="T"/>有黑冥<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037008" n="0037008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037008" n="0037008"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037008" n="0037008"/>報<anchor xml:id="end0037008"/>，必在婆羅門種、刹利、居士、首陀
<lb n="0037a16" ed="T"/>羅種者，則婆羅門不得獨稱：『我種淸淨，最
<lb n="0037a17" ed="T"/>爲第一。』</p><p xml:id="pT01p0037a1704" cb:place="inline">「婆悉吒！若刹利種中有不殺者，有不
<lb n="0037a18" ed="T"/>盜、不婬、不妄語、不兩舌、不惡口、不綺語、不慳貪、
<lb n="0037a19" ed="T"/>不嫉妬、不邪見；婆羅門種、居士、首陀羅種亦
<lb n="0037a20" ed="T"/>皆如是，同修十善。夫行善法必有善報，行
<lb n="0037a21" ed="T"/>淸白行必有白報，若使此報獨在婆羅門，
<lb n="0037a22" ed="T"/>不在刹利、居士、首陀羅者，則婆羅門種應
<lb n="0037a23" ed="T"/>得自言：『我種淸淨，最爲第一。』若使四姓同有
<lb n="0037a24" ed="T"/>此報者，則婆羅門不得獨稱：『我種淸淨，最爲
<lb n="0037a25" ed="T"/>第一。』」</p><p xml:id="pT01p0037a2503" cb:place="inline">佛吿婆悉吒：「今者現見婆羅門種，嫁娶

<lb n="0037a28" ed="T"/>知，今我弟子，種姓不同，所出各異，於我法
<lb n="0037a29" ed="T"/>中出家修道，若有人問：『汝誰種姓？』當答彼

<lb n="0037b02" ed="T"/>羅<anchor xml:id="end0037010"/>門種，親從口生，從法化生，現得淸淨，後
<lb n="0037b03" ed="T"/>亦淸淨。』所以者何？大梵名者卽如來號，如來
<lb n="0037b04" ed="T"/>爲世間眼，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037011" n="0037011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037011" n="0037011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037011" n="0037011"/>法<anchor xml:id="end0037011"/>爲世間智，爲世間法，爲世

<lb n="0037b07" ed="T"/>至眞、等正覺，十號具足，篤信於法，信如來
<lb n="0037b08" ed="T"/>法，微妙淸淨，現可修行，說無時節，示泥洹
<lb n="0037b09" ed="T"/>要，智者所知，非是凡愚所能及敎；篤信於
<lb n="0037b10" ed="T"/>僧，性善質直，道果成就，眷屬成就，佛眞弟子
<lb n="0037b11" ed="T"/>法法成就；所謂衆者，戒衆成就，定衆、慧衆、解
<lb n="0037b12" ed="T"/>脫衆、解脫知見衆成就。向須陀洹、得須陀洹；
<lb n="0037b13" ed="T"/>向斯陀含，得斯陀含；向阿那含，得阿那含；向
<lb n="0037b14" ed="T"/>阿羅漢，得阿羅漢；四雙八輩，是爲如來弟子
<lb n="0037b15" ed="T"/>衆也。可敬可尊，爲世福田，應受人<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037013" n="0037013"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037013" n="0037013"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037013" n="0037013"/>供<anchor xml:id="end0037013"/>；篤

<lb n="0037b18" ed="T"/>諸婆羅門種、居士、首陀羅種亦應如是篤信
<lb n="0037b19" ed="T"/>於佛、信法、信衆，成就聖戒。婆悉吒！刹利種
<lb n="0037b20" ed="T"/>中亦有供養羅漢，恭敬禮拜者；婆羅門、居士、
<lb n="0037b21" ed="T"/>首陀羅亦皆供養羅漢，恭敬禮拜。」</p><p xml:id="pT01p0037b2114" cb:place="inline">佛吿婆悉

<lb n="0037c03" ed="T"/>亦無晝夜年月歲數，唯有大冥。其後此水變
<lb n="0037c04" ed="T"/>成<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037021" n="0037021"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037021" n="0037021"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037021" n="0037021"/>大<anchor xml:id="end0037021"/>地，光音諸天福盡命終，來生此間。雖
<lb n="0037c05" ed="T"/>來生此，猶以念食，神足飛空，身光自照，於
<lb n="0037c06" ed="T"/>此<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037022" n="0037022"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037022" n="0037022"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037022" n="0037022"/>住久<anchor xml:id="end0037022"/>，各自稱言：『衆生！衆生！』其後此地甘
<lb n="0037c07" ed="T"/>泉涌出，狀如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037023" n="0037023"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037023" n="0037023"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037023" n="0037023"/>酥<anchor xml:id="end0037023"/>蜜。彼初來天性輕<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037024" n="0037024"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037024" n="0037024"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037024" n="0037024"/>易<anchor xml:id="end0037024"/>者，
<lb n="0037c08" ed="T"/>見此泉已，默自念言：『此爲何物？可試甞
<lb n="0037c09" ed="T"/>之。』卽內指泉中，而試甞之，如是再三，轉覺
<lb n="0037c10" ed="T"/>其美，便以手抄自恣食之，如是樂著，遂無
<lb n="0037c11" ed="T"/>厭足，其餘衆生復效食之，如是再三，復覺
<lb n="0037c12" ed="T"/>其美，食之不已，其身轉麤，肌肉堅<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037025" n="0037025"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037025" n="0037025"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037025" n="0037025"/><g ref="#CB00468">䩕</g><anchor xml:id="end0037025"/>，失

<lb n="0037c17" ed="T"/>世間，其食多者，顏色麤醜；其食少者，色猶悅
<lb n="0037c18" ed="T"/>澤，好醜端<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0037027" n="0037027"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0037027" n="0037027"/><anchor xml:id="beg0037027" n="0037027"/>正<anchor xml:id="end0037027"/>，於是始有；其端正者，生憍慢
<lb n="0037c19" ed="T"/>心，輕醜陋者；其醜陋者，生嫉惡心，憎端正
<lb n="0037c20" ed="T"/>者。衆生於是各共忿諍，是時甘泉自然枯涸，
<lb n="0037c21" ed="T"/>其後此地生自然地肥，色味具足，香潔可食，
<lb n="0037c22" ed="T"/>是時衆生復取食之，久住世間。其食多者，顏
<lb n="0037c23" ed="T"/>色麤醜；其食少者，色猶悅澤。其端正者，生憍
<lb n="0037c24" ed="T"/>慢心，輕醜陋者；其醜陋者，生嫉惡心，憎端
<lb n="0037c25" ed="T"/>正者，衆生於是各共諍訟，是時地肥遂不復
<lb n="0037c26" ed="T"/>生。</p><p xml:id="pT01p0037c2602" cb:place="inline">「其後此地復生麤厚地肥，亦香美可食，不
<lb n="0037c27" ed="T"/>如前者，是時衆生復取食之，久住世間。其
<lb n="0037c28" ed="T"/>食多者，色轉麤醜，其食少者，色猶悅澤，端正
<lb n="0037c29" ed="T"/>醜陋，迭相是非，遂生諍訟，地肥於是遂不復

<lb n="0038a01" ed="T"/>生；其後此地生自然粳米，無有糠糩，色味
<lb n="0038a02" ed="T"/>具足，香潔可食；是時衆生復取食之，久住
<lb n="0038a03" ed="T"/>於世，便有男女，互共相視，漸有情欲，轉相
<lb n="0038a04" ed="T"/>親近，其餘衆生見已，語言：『汝所爲非！汝所爲
<lb n="0038a05" ed="T"/>非！』卽<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038001" n="0038001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038001" n="0038001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038001" n="0038001"/>排<anchor xml:id="end0038001"/>擯驅遣出於人外，過三月已，然後
<lb n="0038a06" ed="T"/>還歸。」</p><p xml:id="pT01p0038a0603" cb:place="inline">佛吿婆悉吒：「昔所非者，今以爲是。時，
<lb n="0038a07" ed="T"/>彼衆生習於非法，極情恣欲，無有時節，以
<lb n="0038a08" ed="T"/>慙愧故，遂造屋舍，世間於是始有房舍。翫
<lb n="0038a09" ed="T"/>習非法，婬欲轉增，便有胞胎，因不淨生，世
<lb n="0038a10" ed="T"/>間胞胎始於是也。時，彼衆生食自然粳米，
<lb n="0038a11" ed="T"/>隨取隨生，無可窮盡。時，彼衆生有懈惰者，
<lb n="0038a12" ed="T"/>默自念言：『朝食朝取，暮食暮取，於我勞勤，今
<lb n="0038a13" ed="T"/>欲倂取，以終一日。』卽尋倂取；於後等侶喚共
<lb n="0038a14" ed="T"/>取<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038002" n="0038002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038002" n="0038002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038002" n="0038002"/>米<anchor xml:id="end0038002"/>，其人答曰：『我已倂取，以供一日，汝欲
<lb n="0038a15" ed="T"/>取者，自可隨意。』彼人復自念言：『此人<g ref="#CB00834">𭶑</g>慧，能
<lb n="0038a16" ed="T"/>先儲積，我今亦欲積粮，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038003" n="0038003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038003" n="0038003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038003" n="0038003"/>以<anchor xml:id="end0038003"/>供三日。』其人卽
<lb n="0038a17" ed="T"/>儲三日餘粮。有餘衆生復來語言：『可共取
<lb n="0038a18" ed="T"/>米。』答言：『吾<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038004" n="0038004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038004" n="0038004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038004" n="0038004"/>已<anchor xml:id="end0038004"/>先積三日餘粮，汝欲取者可
<lb n="0038a19" ed="T"/>往自取。』彼人復念：『此人<g ref="#CB00834">𭶑</g>慧，先積餘粮，以供
<lb n="0038a20" ed="T"/>三日，吾當效彼，積粮以供五日。』卽便往取。</p>
<lb n="0038a21" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT01p0038a2101">「時，彼衆生競儲積已，粳米荒穢，轉生糠糩，刈
<lb n="0038a22" ed="T"/>已不生。時，彼衆生見此不悅，遂成憂迷，各
<lb n="0038a23" ed="T"/>自念言：『我本初生，以念爲食，神足飛空，身光
<lb n="0038a24" ed="T"/>自照，於世<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038005" n="0038005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038005" n="0038005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038005" n="0038005"/>久住<anchor xml:id="end0038005"/>，其後此地甘泉涌出，狀如

<lb n="0038a26" ed="T"/>其食多者，顏色麤醜；其食少者，色猶悅澤。由

<lb n="0038a28" ed="T"/>是非，迭相憎嫉，是時甘泉自然枯竭，其後此

<lb n="0038b05" ed="T"/>食色悅，復生是非，共相憎嫉，是時地肥遂
<lb n="0038b06" ed="T"/>不復現。更生自然粳米，無有糠糩，時，我曹
<lb n="0038b07" ed="T"/>等復取食之，久住於世，其懈怠者，競共儲積，
<lb n="0038b08" ed="T"/>由是粳米荒穢，轉生糠糩，刈已不生，今當
<lb n="0038b09" ed="T"/>如何？』復<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038006" n="0038006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038006" n="0038006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038006" n="0038006"/>自<anchor xml:id="end0038006"/>相謂言：『當共分地，別立幖幟。』卽
<lb n="0038b10" ed="T"/>尋分地，別立<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038007" n="0038007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038007" n="0038007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038007" n="0038007"/>幖幟<anchor xml:id="end0038007"/>。</p><p xml:id="pT01p0038b1008" cb:place="inline">「婆悉吒！<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038008" n="0038008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038008" n="0038008"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038008" n="0038008"/>猶<anchor xml:id="end0038008"/>此因緣，始
<lb n="0038b11" ed="T"/>有田地名生。彼時衆生別封田地，各立疆畔，
<lb n="0038b12" ed="T"/>漸生盜心，竊他禾稼，其餘衆生見已，語言：
<lb n="0038b13" ed="T"/>『汝所爲非！汝所爲非！自有田地，而取他物，
<lb n="0038b14" ed="T"/>自今已後，勿復爾也。』其彼衆生猶盜不已，
<lb n="0038b15" ed="T"/>其餘衆生復重呵責而猶不已，便以手加
<lb n="0038b16" ed="T"/>之，吿諸人言：『此人自有田稼，而盜他物。』
<lb n="0038b17" ed="T"/>其人復吿：『此人打我。』時，彼衆人見二人諍
<lb n="0038b18" ed="T"/>已，愁憂不悅，懊惱而言：『衆生轉惡，世間乃
<lb n="0038b19" ed="T"/>有此不善，生穢惡不淨，此是生、老、病、死之
<lb n="0038b20" ed="T"/>原，煩惱苦報墮三惡道，由有田地致
<lb n="0038b21" ed="T"/>此諍訟。今者寧可立一人爲主以治理
<lb n="0038b22" ed="T"/>之，可護者護，可責者責，衆共減米，以供給
<lb n="0038b23" ed="T"/>之，使理諍訟。』</p><p xml:id="pT01p0038b2306" cb:place="inline">「時，彼衆中自選一人，形體長
<lb n="0038b24" ed="T"/>大，顏貌端正，有威德者，而語之言：『汝今爲
<lb n="0038b25" ed="T"/>我等作平等主，應護者護，應責者責，應遣
<lb n="0038b26" ed="T"/>者遣，當共集米，以相供給。』時，彼一人聞衆
<lb n="0038b27" ed="T"/>人言，卽與爲主，斷理諍訟，衆人卽共集米
<lb n="0038b28" ed="T"/>供給。時，彼一人復以善言慰勞衆人，衆人
<lb n="0038b29" ed="T"/>聞已，皆大歡喜，皆共稱言：『善哉！大王！善哉！大
<pb n="0038c" ed="T" xml:id="T01.0001.0038c"/>
<lb n="0038c01" ed="T"/>王！』於是，世間便有王名，以正法治民，故名
<lb n="0038c02" ed="T"/>刹利，於是世間始有刹利名生。</p><p xml:id="pT01p0038c0213" cb:place="inline">「時，彼衆中
<lb n="0038c03" ed="T"/>獨有一人作如是念：『家爲大患，家爲毒刺，
<lb n="0038c04" ed="T"/>我今寧可捨此居家，獨在山林，閑靜修道。』
<lb n="0038c05" ed="T"/>卽捨居家，入於山林，寂默思惟，至時持器
<lb n="0038c06" ed="T"/>入村乞食，衆人見已，皆樂供養，歡喜稱讚：『善
<lb n="0038c07" ed="T"/>哉！此人能捨家居，獨處山林，靜默修道，捨
<lb n="0038c08" ed="T"/>離衆惡。』於是，世間始有婆羅門名生。彼婆羅
<lb n="0038c09" ed="T"/>門中有不樂閑靜坐禪思惟者，便入人間，
<lb n="0038c10" ed="T"/>誦習爲業，又自稱言：『我是不禪人！』於是，世
<lb n="0038c11" ed="T"/>人稱不禪婆羅門。由入人間故，名爲人間
<lb n="0038c12" ed="T"/>婆羅門，於是，世間有婆羅門種；彼衆生中
<lb n="0038c13" ed="T"/>有人好營居業，多積財寶，因是衆人名爲
<lb n="0038c14" ed="T"/>居士；彼衆生中有多機巧，多所造作，於是
<lb n="0038c15" ed="T"/>世間始有首陀羅工巧之名。</p><p xml:id="pT01p0038c1512" cb:place="inline">「婆悉吒！今此世
<lb n="0038c16" ed="T"/>間有四種名，第五有沙門衆名。所以然者？
<lb n="0038c17" ed="T"/>婆悉吒！刹利衆中，或時有人自厭己法，剃
<lb n="0038c18" ed="T"/>除鬚髮，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038009" n="0038009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038009" n="0038009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038009" n="0038009"/>而披法服<anchor xml:id="end0038009"/>，於是始有沙門名生。

<lb n="0038c20" ed="T"/>己法，剃除鬚髮，法服修道，名爲沙門。婆悉

<lb n="0038c22" ed="T"/>善身壞命終，必受苦報。婆羅門種、居士種、首
<lb n="0038c23" ed="T"/>陀羅種，身行不善，口行不善，意行不善，身
<lb n="0038c24" ed="T"/>壞命終，必受苦報。婆悉吒！刹利種中，有身行
<lb n="0038c25" ed="T"/>善，口、意行善，身壞命終，必受樂報。婆羅門、居
<lb n="0038c26" ed="T"/>士、首陀羅種中，身行善，口、意行善，身壞命終，
<lb n="0038c27" ed="T"/>必受樂報。婆悉吒！刹利<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038010" n="0038010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038010" n="0038010"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038010" n="0038010"/>衆中<anchor xml:id="end0038010"/>，身行二種，

<lb n="0039a02" ed="T"/>除鬚髮，法服修道，修七覺意，道成不久。所
<lb n="0039a03" ed="T"/>以者何？彼族姓子法服出家，修無上梵行，
<lb n="0039a04" ed="T"/>於現法中自身作證：『生死已盡，梵行已立，所
<lb n="0039a05" ed="T"/>作已辦，不復受有。』婆羅門、居士、首陀羅種中，

<lb n="0039a15" ed="T"/>非不善受。我時卽印可其言，所以者何？今

<lb n="0039b21" ed="T"/>今欲剃除鬚髮，服三法衣，出家爲道，以四
<lb n="0039b22" ed="T"/>天下委付於汝，宜自勉力，存恤民物。』是時，
<lb n="0039b23" ed="T"/>太子受王敎已，時，堅固念王卽剃除鬚髮，
<lb n="0039b24" ed="T"/>服三法衣，出家修道。</p><p xml:id="pT01p0039b2409" cb:place="inline">「時，王出家過七日已，彼
<lb n="0039b25" ed="T"/>金輪寶忽然不現，其典輪者往白王言：『大王！
<lb n="0039b26" ed="T"/>當知今者輪寶忽然不現。』時王不悅，卽往
<lb n="0039b27" ed="T"/>詣堅固念王所，到已白王：『父王！當知今者
<lb n="0039b28" ed="T"/>輪寶忽然不現。』時，堅固念王報其子曰：『汝勿
<lb n="0039b29" ed="T"/>懷憂以爲不悅，此金輪寶者非汝父產，汝但

<lb n="0039c01" ed="T"/>勤行聖王正法，行正法已，於十五日月滿時，
<lb n="0039c02" ed="T"/>沐浴香湯，婇女圍遶，昇正法殿上，金輪神
<lb n="0039c03" ed="T"/>寶自然當現，輪有千輻，光色具足，天匠所

<lb n="0039c07" ed="T"/>正法；又當以法誨諸婇女，又當以法護視

<lb n="0039c16" ed="T"/>口言質直，意念質直；身行淸淨，口言淸淨，意

<lb n="0040a03" ed="T"/>浴香湯，昇寶殿上，婇女圍遶，自然金輪忽現
<lb n="0040a04" ed="T"/>在前，輪有千輻，光色具足，天匠所造，非世
<lb n="0040a05" ed="T"/>所有，眞金所成，輪徑丈四，是則名爲轉輪聖
<lb n="0040a06" ed="T"/>王。今此輪現，將無是耶？今我寧可試此輪
<lb n="0040a07" ed="T"/>寶。』</p><p xml:id="pT01p0040a0702" cb:place="inline">「時，轉輪王卽召四兵，向金輪寶偏露右
<lb n="0040a08" ed="T"/>臂，右膝著地，復以右手摩捫金輪，語言：『汝
<lb n="0040a09" ed="T"/>向東方，如法而轉，勿違常則。』輪卽東轉。時，
<lb n="0040a10" ed="T"/>王卽將四兵隨從其後，金輪寶前有四神導，
<lb n="0040a11" ed="T"/>輪所住處，王卽止駕。爾時，東方諸小國王見
<lb n="0040a12" ed="T"/>大王至，以金鉢盛銀粟，銀鉢盛金粟，來趣
<lb n="0040a13" ed="T"/>王所，拜首白言：『善來，大王！今此東方土地豐
<lb n="0040a14" ed="T"/>樂，人民熾盛，志性仁和，慈孝忠順，唯願聖王
<lb n="0040a15" ed="T"/>於此治正，我等當給使左右，承受所當。』時，
<lb n="0040a16" ed="T"/>轉輪大王語小王言：『止！止！諸賢！汝等則爲
<lb n="0040a17" ed="T"/>供養我已，但當以正法治，勿使偏枉，無
<lb n="0040a18" ed="T"/>令國內有非法行，此卽名曰我之所治。』</p><p xml:id="pT01p0040a1816" cb:place="inline">「時，
<lb n="0040a19" ed="T"/>諸小王聞此敎已，卽從大王巡行諸國，至
<lb n="0040a20" ed="T"/>東海表，次行南方、西方、北方，隨輪所至，其諸
<lb n="0040a21" ed="T"/>國王各獻國土，亦如東方諸小國比。時，轉輪
<lb n="0040a22" ed="T"/>王旣隨金輪，周行四海，以道開化，安慰民
<lb n="0040a23" ed="T"/>庶，已還本國。時，金輪寶在宮門上虛空中
<lb n="0040a24" ed="T"/>住，時，轉輪王踊躍而言：『此金輪寶眞爲我瑞，
<lb n="0040a25" ed="T"/>我今眞爲轉輪聖王，是爲金輪寶成就。』</p><p xml:id="pT01p0040a2516" cb:place="inline">「其王
<lb n="0040a26" ed="T"/>久治世已，時，金輪寶卽於虛空忽離本處，
<lb n="0040a27" ed="T"/>其典輪者速往白王：『大王！當知今者輪寶

<lb n="0040b16" ed="T"/>天下怨訴，國土損減，人民凋落。時，有一婆羅
<lb n="0040b17" ed="T"/>門大臣往白王言：『大王！當知今者國土損
<lb n="0040b18" ed="T"/>減，人民凋落，轉不如常。王今國內多有知識，
<lb n="0040b19" ed="T"/>聰慧博達，明於古今，備知先王治<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0040003" n="0040003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0040003" n="0040003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0040003" n="0040003"/>政<anchor xml:id="end0040003"/>之法，

<lb n="0040b24" ed="T"/>貧困，遂相侵奪，盜賊滋甚，伺察所得，將詣
<lb n="0040b25" ed="T"/>王所白言：『此人爲賊，願王治之。』王卽問言：
<lb n="0040b26" ed="T"/>『汝實爲賊耶？』答曰：『實爾！我貧窮飢餓，不能
<lb n="0040b27" ed="T"/>自存，故爲賊耳。』時，王卽出庫物以供給之，
<lb n="0040b28" ed="T"/>而吿之曰：『汝以此物供養父母，幷恤親族，

<lb n="0040c04" ed="T"/>餓，不能自存，故爲賊耳。』時，王復出庫財以
<lb n="0040c05" ed="T"/>供給之，復吿之曰：『汝以此物供養父母，幷
<lb n="0040c06" ed="T"/>恤親族，自今已後，勿復爲賊。』</p><p xml:id="pT01p0040c0612" cb:place="inline">「復有人聞有
<lb n="0040c07" ed="T"/>作賊者，王給財寶，於是復行劫盜他物，復
<lb n="0040c08" ed="T"/>爲伺察所得，將詣王所白言：『此人爲賊，願
<lb n="0040c09" ed="T"/>王治之。』王復問言：『汝實爲賊耶？』答曰：『實爾！
<lb n="0040c10" ed="T"/>我貧窮飢餓，不能自存，故爲賊耳。』時王念
<lb n="0040c11" ed="T"/>言：『先爲賊者，吾見貧窮，給其財寶，謂當止
<lb n="0040c12" ed="T"/>息，而餘人聞，轉更相<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0040006" n="0040006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0040006" n="0040006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0040006" n="0040006"/>効<anchor xml:id="end0040006"/>，盜賊<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0040007" n="0040007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0040007" n="0040007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0040007" n="0040007"/>日<anchor xml:id="end0040007"/>滋，如是無

<lb n="0040c16" ed="T"/>訖已載之出城，刑於曠野。』國人盡知彼爲
<lb n="0040c17" ed="T"/>賊者，王所收繫，令於街巷，刑之曠野。時，人
<lb n="0040c18" ed="T"/>展轉自相謂言：『我等設爲賊者，亦當如是，
<lb n="0040c19" ed="T"/>與彼無異。』於是，國人爲自防護，遂造兵<anchor xml:id="beg_69" type="star"/>杖<anchor xml:id="end_69"/>、
<lb n="0040c20" ed="T"/>刀劍、弓矢，迭相殘害，攻劫掠奪。自此王來始
<lb n="0040c21" ed="T"/>有貧窮，有貧窮已始有劫盜，有劫盜已始
<lb n="0040c22" ed="T"/>有兵<anchor xml:id="beg_6a" type="star"/>杖<anchor xml:id="end_6a"/>，有兵<anchor xml:id="beg_6b" type="star"/>杖<anchor xml:id="end_6b"/>已始有殺害，有殺害已
<lb n="0040c23" ed="T"/>則顏色<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0040011" n="0040011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0040011" n="0040011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0040011" n="0040011"/>憔悴<anchor xml:id="end0040011"/>，壽命短促。時，人正壽四萬歲，其
<lb n="0040c24" ed="T"/>後轉少，壽二萬歲，然其衆生有壽、有夭、有苦、
<lb n="0040c25" ed="T"/>有樂。彼有苦者，便生邪婬、貪取之心，多設
<lb n="0040c26" ed="T"/>方便，圖謀他物。是時，衆生貧窮劫盜，兵<anchor xml:id="beg_6c" type="star"/>杖<anchor xml:id="end_6c"/>
<lb n="0040c27" ed="T"/>殺害，轉<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0040012" n="0040012"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0040012" n="0040012"/><anchor xml:id="beg0040012" n="0040012"/>轉<anchor xml:id="end0040012"/>滋甚，人命轉減，壽一萬歲。</p><p xml:id="pT01p0040c2715" cb:place="inline">「一萬歲
<lb n="0040c28" ed="T"/>時，衆生復相劫盜，爲伺察所得，將詣王所
<lb n="0040c29" ed="T"/>白言：『此人爲賊，願王治之。』王問言：『汝實作

<lb n="0041a01" ed="T"/>賊耶？』答曰：『我不<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0041001" n="0041001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0041001" n="0041001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0041001" n="0041001"/>作<anchor xml:id="end0041001"/>！』便於衆中故作妄語。

<lb n="0041a04" ed="T"/>便有貪取、邪婬，以貪取、邪婬故便有妄語，
<lb n="0041a05" ed="T"/>有妄語故其壽轉減，至于千歲；千歲之時，便
<lb n="0041a06" ed="T"/>有口三惡行始出于世，一者兩舌，二者惡口，
<lb n="0041a07" ed="T"/>三者綺語，此三惡業展轉熾盛，人壽稍減至
<lb n="0041a08" ed="T"/>五百歲；五百歲時，衆生復有三惡行起，一者
<lb n="0041a09" ed="T"/>非法婬，二者非法貪，三者邪見，此三惡業展
<lb n="0041a10" ed="T"/>轉熾盛，人壽稍減，三百、二百，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0041002" n="0041002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0041002" n="0041002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0041002" n="0041002"/>我今時<anchor xml:id="end0041002"/>人，乃至百
