<lb n="0037b20" ed="T"/>知非耶？」答：「我實知非，恥墮負處，故妄語耳！」諸
<lb n="0037b21" ed="T"/>長老比丘種種呵責：「佛常讚歎不妄語，亦敎
<lb n="0037b22" ed="T"/>人不妄語。汝今云何爲勝負故，作此妄語？」以
<lb n="0037b23" ed="T"/>是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問沙蘭：「汝實爾
<lb n="0037b24" ed="T"/>不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責已，吿諸比丘：

<lb n="0037c02" ed="T"/>僧，吿諸比丘：「若比丘從心想說，犯波逸提者，

<lb n="0037c14" ed="T"/>丘語餘人言：「我已壞彼讀誦、坐禪行道。」諸長
<lb n="0037c15" ed="T"/>老比丘種種呵責：「汝云何毀壞諸比丘，令廢
<lb n="0037c16" ed="T"/>學業？」以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問六群
<lb n="0037c17" ed="T"/>比丘：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責

<lb n="0038a25" ed="T"/>聞之，心皆散亂，廢退學業，更相忿恚，不復共

<lb n="0038a29" ed="T"/>我惡。」諸長老比丘聞，種種呵責六群比丘：「汝

<lb n="0038b01" ed="T"/>等云何兩舌鬪亂！」以是白佛。佛以是事集比

<lb n="0038b03" ed="T"/>尊！」佛種種呵責：「汝愚癡人！如何同在一法，而

<lb n="0038c03" ed="T"/>亦爾。各生疑意，謂其必欲作不淨行；遂相道
<lb n="0038c04" ed="T"/>說，聞乎遠近。諸不信樂佛法者，便譏呵言：「沙
<lb n="0038c05" ed="T"/>門釋子行於非法，過於世間蕩逸之人！無沙
<lb n="0038c06" ed="T"/>門行，破沙門法！」諸長老比丘聞，種種呵責，以
<lb n="0038c07" ed="T"/>是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問<name role="" type="person">跋難陀</name>：「汝實
<lb n="0038c08" ed="T"/>爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責已，吿諸比
<lb n="0038c09" ed="T"/>丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0038c0917" cb:place="inline">「『若

<lb n="0038c12" ed="T"/>出，爲敷座設美飮食，食訖以小床於前坐，白
<lb n="0038c13" ed="T"/>言：「大德！爲我說法。」比丘觀之，知此婦人須臾
<lb n="0038c14" ed="T"/>之間<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0038013" n="0038013"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0038013" n="0038013"/><anchor xml:id="beg0038013" n="0038013"/>刀<anchor xml:id="end0038013"/>風當發，死墮地獄；若爲說法，便於座
<lb n="0038c15" ed="T"/>上遠塵離垢。雖見知此，而作是念：「佛制不聽
<lb n="0038c16" ed="T"/>爲女人說法，乃至沒命不應有犯。」便答言：「姊
<lb n="0038c17" ed="T"/>妹且安，不得有說。」語已而去。去未久，婦人果
<lb n="0038c18" ed="T"/>風發而死。比丘愍之，還至僧房向餘人說。諸
<lb n="0038c19" ed="T"/>比丘將至佛所，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘
<lb n="0038c20" ed="T"/>僧，問彼比丘：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛
<lb n="0038c21" ed="T"/>又問比丘：「汝若爲說法，幾語得解。」答言：「五、六
<lb n="0038c22" ed="T"/>語。」於是佛讚少欲知足、讚戒、讚持戒已，吿諸
<lb n="0038c23" ed="T"/>比丘：「從今聽諸比丘，爲女人說法至五六語。

<lb n="0039a06" ed="T"/>可爲此兒說法，我因得解。」答言：「佛未聽我因
<lb n="0039a07" ed="T"/>小兒，爲女人說法。」以是白佛，佛以是事集比
<lb n="0039a08" ed="T"/>丘僧，吿諸比丘：「從今聽因有知男子，爲女人
<lb n="0039a09" ed="T"/>說法。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0039a0903" cb:place="inline">時諸比丘作是念：「佛雖聽我因有知男
<lb n="0039a10" ed="T"/>子，爲女人說法，而有知男子雖知難遇。」復不
<lb n="0039a11" ed="T"/>爲說。以是白佛，佛以是事集比丘僧，吿諸比
<lb n="0039a12" ed="T"/>丘：「從今聽因別知善惡語男子，爲女人說法。

<lb n="0039a19" ed="T"/>丘：「從今聽與女人受三歸五戒、八分戒，說十
<lb n="0039a20" ed="T"/>善、十不善道。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0039a2006" cb:place="inline">比丘尼亦如是。式叉摩那、沙彌

<lb n="0039a23" ed="T"/>爲女人說五六語竟，語言：「姊妹！法正齊此。」從
<lb n="0039a24" ed="T"/>坐起去。更有因緣，還復來坐，爲說不犯。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0039a2416" cb:place="inline">若說
<lb n="0039a25" ed="T"/>五六語竟，更有女人來，爲後女人說。如是相

<lb n="0039b04" ed="T"/>後六群比丘無勢力，諸善比丘有勢力；衆僧
<lb n="0039b05" ed="T"/>應有羯磨事，六群比丘作衣時至，諸比丘言：
<lb n="0039b06" ed="T"/>「今當呼六群比丘共行僧事。若不捨衣來，自
<lb n="0039b07" ed="T"/>當囑授，我等便得如法行事。」卽便集僧，遣人
<lb n="0039b08" ed="T"/>語六群比丘：「汝等可來，僧今集會。」六群比丘
<lb n="0039b09" ed="T"/>言：「我等有事，今遣囑授。」卽囑授一比丘來詣
<lb n="0039b10" ed="T"/>大衆，僧應與作五種羯磨者，與作五種羯磨；
<lb n="0039b11" ed="T"/>應與解五種羯磨者，與解五種羯磨。羯磨已，
<lb n="0039b12" ed="T"/>所囑授比丘還到六群比丘所。六群問言：「僧
<lb n="0039b13" ed="T"/>作何事？」答言：「我等所欲羯磨，僧都不作；所不
<lb n="0039b14" ed="T"/>欲者，僧反作之。」六群比丘便往<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0039009" n="0039009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0039009" n="0039009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0039009" n="0039009"/>彼<anchor xml:id="end0039009"/>羯磨比

<lb n="0039b16" ed="T"/>知爲汝作羯磨，故囑授耳！若知者，當廢事往。
<lb n="0039b17" ed="T"/>何緣使彼成此羯磨？」復往解羯磨比丘所語
<lb n="0039b18" ed="T"/>言：「我不與汝解羯磨，不受汝懺悔！」諸長老比
<lb n="0039b19" ed="T"/>丘聞，呵責六群比丘：「云何僧如法斷事竟，還
<lb n="0039b20" ed="T"/>發起？」將至佛所，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘
<lb n="0039b21" ed="T"/>僧，問六群比丘：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛

<lb n="0039c10" ed="T"/>彼居士作是念：「佛久乃來此，尋當復去。我等
<lb n="0039c11" ed="T"/>應親近諸比丘學誦經偈，問所不解。世尊去後，
<lb n="0039c12" ed="T"/>得有所怙。」卽到諸比丘所，作是語：「大德！敎我
<lb n="0039c13" ed="T"/>誦讀經偈。」諸比丘言：「佛未聽我等敎白衣誦
<lb n="0039c14" ed="T"/>經。」以是白佛，佛言：「聽敎白衣誦經。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0039c1414" cb:place="inline">時諸比丘
<lb n="0039c15" ed="T"/>種種國出家，誦讀經偈音句不正，諸居士便
<lb n="0039c16" ed="T"/>譏呵言：「云何比丘晝夜親承，而不知男、女、黃
<lb n="0039c17" ed="T"/>門、二根人語及多少語法？」諸比丘聞，各各羞
<lb n="0039c18" ed="T"/>恥，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問諸比丘：
<lb n="0039c19" ed="T"/>「汝等實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛卽遙責諸居
<lb n="0039c20" ed="T"/>士：「汝愚癡人！如何譏呵異國誦經，音句不正？」
<lb n="0039c21" ed="T"/>吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是戒應如

<lb n="0039c24" ed="T"/>嫌我音句，不從我受！汝今復來，徒自勞苦！」答
<lb n="0039c25" ed="T"/>言：「大德！我不毀佛法，不求餘福田。豈可以彼
<lb n="0039c26" ed="T"/>人有過，而不敎我耶？」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0039c2609" cb:place="inline">復有諸沙彌亦欲受經，
<lb n="0039c27" ed="T"/>諸比丘言：「須受具戒，當敎授汝。」諸沙彌言：「我
<lb n="0039c28" ed="T"/>等出家應誦經偈，如何受具戒，乃當敎授？」諸
<lb n="0039c29" ed="T"/>比丘以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，吿諸比

<lb n="0040a08" ed="T"/>比丘所，共諸比丘同屋坐禪、或共經行，初夜
<lb n="0040a09" ed="T"/>後夜都不睡臥。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0040a0907" cb:place="inline">時諸比丘五日則一竟夜說
<lb n="0040a10" ed="T"/>法，疲極而臥。有一比丘不專繫念，便大睡眠，
<lb n="0040a11" ed="T"/>蹋衣離身，形起露現。居士見之以衣還覆，如
<lb n="0040a12" ed="T"/>是至三，便瞋呵言：「此等常聞種種呵欲，而今
<lb n="0040a13" ed="T"/>發露形起。如是若不樂道，何不還俗？」彼比丘
<lb n="0040a14" ed="T"/>聞，生羞恥心；諸長老比丘聞，亦大慚愧，以是
<lb n="0040a15" ed="T"/>白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問彼比丘：「汝實爾
<lb n="0040a16" ed="T"/>不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責彼比丘：「我常
<lb n="0040a17" ed="T"/>讚歎不亂心眠，無有五惡。汝今何故而不繫
<lb n="0040a18" ed="T"/>念？若比丘於經行、坐禪、坐立、臥處，作非威儀，
<lb n="0040a19" ed="T"/>人見不喜，不生信心，已信者退，則非爲世而
<lb n="0040a20" ed="T"/>作大明。」吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是
<lb n="0040a21" ed="T"/>戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0040a2106" cb:place="inline">「若比丘，與未受具戒人共宿，波逸
<lb n="0040a22" ed="T"/>提。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0040a2202" cb:place="inline">後諸居士，復欲就諸比丘坐禪行道，諸比
<lb n="0040a23" ed="T"/>丘驅出不聽。諸居士言：「大德！莫見驅遣，我等
<lb n="0040a24" ed="T"/>不求餘福田，唯歸大德。豈可以一人有過，都
<lb n="0040a25" ed="T"/>見棄忽！」諸居士中有勢力者便突入房，諸比

<lb n="0040b05" ed="T"/>羅睺羅言：「我先掃除，敷置臥具，暫至佛所，
<lb n="0040b06" ed="T"/>聽受法敎。如何便欲不復還我？」彼比丘言：「汝
<lb n="0040b07" ed="T"/>雖料理，我是上座應得此住。」羅睺羅言：「得共
<lb n="0040b08" ed="T"/>我住不？」彼言：「不得！」求入坐立及住簷前，皆亦
<lb n="0040b09" ed="T"/>不得。於是羅睺羅作是念：「我至餘房，亦當如

<lb n="0040b16" ed="T"/>彼比丘：「汝實不容羅睺羅不？」答言：「實爾。世

<lb n="0040b18" ed="T"/>師子？」時諸比丘因此，復以上諸居士入房露
<lb n="0040b19" ed="T"/>宿白佛。佛種種讚少欲知足、讚戒、讚持戒

<lb n="0040c04" ed="T"/>虛。」佛言：「虛者，得波羅夷。」種種呵責實有比丘
<lb n="0040c05" ed="T"/>言：「汝等云何<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0040015" n="0040015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0040015" n="0040015"/><anchor xml:id="beg0040015" n="0040015"/>向未受具戒人自說得過人
<lb n="0040c06" ed="T"/>法<anchor xml:id="end0040015"/>？」呵已，吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是

<lb n="0040c17" ed="T"/>僧與別住者，或行摩那埵、或行本日、或有出
<lb n="0040c18" ed="T"/>罪者。時六群比丘於僧中皆調弄之，諸比丘
<lb n="0040c19" ed="T"/>倍增羞恥。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0040c1905" cb:place="inline">復有一比丘犯故出不淨，僧與別
<lb n="0040c20" ed="T"/>住。時彼比丘檀越請僧中食，別爲彼比丘敷
<lb n="0040c21" ed="T"/>好坐具，六群比丘先往請家，在好坐具上坐，
<lb n="0040c22" ed="T"/>居士言：「莫坐是處！我供養比丘，當於上坐。」六
<lb n="0040c23" ed="T"/>群比丘言：「彼比丘不應坐此！」居士言：「應與不
<lb n="0040c24" ed="T"/>應，我自知之！」六群比丘言：「先應坐此，而今乃
<lb n="0040c25" ed="T"/>應在最下坐。」居士復問：「何故如是？」答言：「彼比
<lb n="0040c26" ed="T"/>丘有罪。」居士復問：「爲犯何罪？」答言：「犯故出不
<lb n="0040c27" ed="T"/>淨。」居士便譏呵言：「此等沙門常說除欲想、滅
<lb n="0040c28" ed="T"/>欲熱、斷欲覺；而今如此，爲道作穢。無沙門行，
<lb n="0040c29" ed="T"/>破沙門法！」諸長老比丘聞，種種呵責六群比

<lb n="0041a09" ed="T"/>未受具戒人說，犯波逸提者，無有是處。從今

<lb n="0041a13" ed="T"/>爲不見佛法僧。」諸比丘作是念：「若向未受具
<lb n="0041a14" ed="T"/>戒人說他麁罪，爲要須羯磨？爲不必耶？」以是
<lb n="0041a15" ed="T"/>白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，吿諸比丘：「若僧不
<lb n="0041a16" ed="T"/>羯磨，不得向未受具戒人說他麁罪。從今是
<lb n="0041a17" ed="T"/>戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0041a1706" cb:place="inline">「若比丘，知他比丘麁罪，向未受

<lb n="0041a24" ed="T"/>受具戒人已聞彼比丘犯麁罪，問比丘。比丘
<lb n="0041a25" ed="T"/>反問：「汝所聞云何？」彼言：「我聞如是如是！」然後

<lb n="0041c07" ed="T"/>樂佛法，無大講堂，佛與大衆當於何住？」卽集
<lb n="0041c08" ed="T"/>共議，便自斫伐草木，而營理之。時諸居士譏
<lb n="0041c09" ed="T"/>呵言：「我等白衣斫伐草木，出家之人何緣復
<lb n="0041c10" ed="T"/>爾？此等常說慈忍，護念衆生，而今斫伐，傷
<lb n="0041c11" ed="T"/>害無道。無沙門行，破沙門法！」佛旣至已，到新
<lb n="0041c12" ed="T"/>講堂，就座而坐，問諸比丘：「此堂誰造？」答言：
<lb n="0041c13" ed="T"/>「我等所造。」又問：「草木誰所斫伐？」答言：「亦是我
<lb n="0041c14" ed="T"/>等。」佛種種呵責言：「汝愚癡人，不應作此！草木
<lb n="0041c15" ed="T"/>之中，人生命想。汝作此事，使人懷惡！」呵已，吿
<lb n="0041c16" ed="T"/>諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是戒應如是

<lb n="0041c19" ed="T"/>豈不制殺生草木耶？」答言：「我等使人爲之，不
<lb n="0041c20" ed="T"/>違佛制。」諸長老比丘言：「自殺、使人殺，有何等
<lb n="0041c21" ed="T"/>異？」以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問諸比丘：

<lb n="0041c27" ed="T"/>用之福。」諸比丘言：「佛不聽我自殺草木、若使
<lb n="0041c28" ed="T"/>人殺。云何得成？」於是諸比丘，無房舍住，庭草
<lb n="0041c29" ed="T"/>沒人，又欠齒木，不知云何，以是白佛。佛以是

<lb n="0042a10" ed="T"/>沙彌、沙彌尼，無故殺生草木，突吉羅。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0042a1015" cb:place="inline">若爲火
<lb n="0042a11" ed="T"/>燒、若析、若斫，知必不生，不犯<note place="inline">十一事竟</note>。</p>
<lb n="0042a12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT22p0042a1201">佛在<name role="" type="person">舍衛城</name>。爾時六群比丘數數犯罪：上床、
<lb n="0042a13" ed="T"/>下床皆不如法，數數食，別衆食，非時入聚落
<lb n="0042a14" ed="T"/>不白善比丘。諸比丘見，語言：「汝等莫數數犯
<lb n="0042a15" ed="T"/>此諸罪，當自見罪，向人悔過。勿負信施，長夜
<lb n="0042a16" ed="T"/>受苦！」六群比丘言：「我犯何罪？」諸比丘言：「汝犯
<lb n="0042a17" ed="T"/>如是如是罪。」六群比丘不答犯不犯，更說餘
<lb n="0042a18" ed="T"/>事。諸比丘言：「我不問汝，汝何以不答犯不犯，
<lb n="0042a19" ed="T"/>而說是事？」六群比丘言：「我知汝等不問是事，
<lb n="0042a20" ed="T"/>我自說耳！」諸比丘種種呵責，以是白佛。佛以
<lb n="0042a21" ed="T"/>是事集比丘僧，問六群比丘：「汝等實爾不？」答
<lb n="0042a22" ed="T"/>言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責已，吿諸比丘：「今爲

<lb n="0042a29" ed="T"/>異？」種種呵責已，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘

<lb n="0042b16" ed="T"/>隨欲恚癡畏。諸長老比丘聞，呵責言：「佛已
<lb n="0042b17" ed="T"/>前制，汝何故猶誣說僧所差人！」以是白佛。佛
<lb n="0042b18" ed="T"/>以是事集比丘僧，問慈地：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實
<lb n="0042b19" ed="T"/>爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責：「人前、獨語，有何等異？」呵
<lb n="0042b20" ed="T"/>已，吿諸比丘：「從今是戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0042b2014" cb:place="inline">「<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0042011" n="0042011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0042011" n="0042011"/>若比丘，誣

<lb n="0042b23" ed="T"/>語語皆波逸提；若僧差而不羯磨及餘人，作
<lb n="0042b24" ed="T"/>此誣說，語語突吉羅。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0042b2409" cb:place="inline">比丘尼亦如是。式叉摩
<lb n="0042b25" ed="T"/>那、沙彌、沙彌尼，突吉羅。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0042b2510" cb:place="inline">若實隨欲恚癡畏，語
<lb n="0042b26" ed="T"/>言：「我當說彼聽。」不犯<note place="inline">十三<anchor xml:id="beg_6f" type="star"/>竟<anchor xml:id="end_6f"/></note>。</p>

<lb n="0042c01" ed="T"/>急覓，或得大床、或得小床、或得拘攝、或得被
<lb n="0042c02" ed="T"/>褥。諸比丘見，問言：「汝何從得此臥具諸物？」答
<lb n="0042c03" ed="T"/>以上事。諸長老比丘呵責言：「汝所作非法！爲
<lb n="0042c04" ed="T"/>僧作臥具人難得；旣敷，又無能隨收斂者。云
<lb n="0042c05" ed="T"/>何去時不擧，致使漂沒？若當遂失，便空此一
<lb n="0042c06" ed="T"/>房！」呵已，白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問彼比丘：
<lb n="0042c07" ed="T"/>「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種如上呵責
<lb n="0042c08" ed="T"/>已，吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是戒應
<lb n="0042c09" ed="T"/>如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0042c0904" cb:place="inline">「若比丘，露地敷僧臥具，去時不擧，波
<lb n="0042c10" ed="T"/>逸提。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0042c1003" cb:place="inline">爾時六群比丘使守園人、沙彌露地敷
<lb n="0042c11" ed="T"/>僧臥具，去時不敎擧，爲鳥啄嚙、埿雨爛破。諸
<lb n="0042c12" ed="T"/>長老比丘見，語言：「汝不聞佛制不聽露地敷
<lb n="0042c13" ed="T"/>僧臥具，去時不擧耶？」答言：「我使人敷，不違
<lb n="0042c14" ed="T"/>佛制。」諸比丘言：「自敷、使人，有何等異？」以是
<lb n="0042c15" ed="T"/>白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問六群比丘：「汝
<lb n="0042c16" ed="T"/>實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責已，吿

<lb n="0042c22" ed="T"/>應擧。諸比丘不知云何，以是白佛。佛以是事
<lb n="0042c23" ed="T"/>集比丘僧，吿諸比丘：「前比丘應囑後比丘，後
<lb n="0042c24" ed="T"/>比丘應擧。從今是戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0042c2413" cb:place="inline">「若比丘，於露
<lb n="0042c25" ed="T"/>地自敷僧臥具，若使人敷；若他敷，若坐、若臥，
<lb n="0042c26" ed="T"/>去時，不自擧、不敎人擧、不囑擧，波逸提。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0042c2616" cb:place="inline">有諸

<lb n="0043a03" ed="T"/>眠寢語。諸比丘以是白佛，佛言：「不聽曬臥具，
<lb n="0043a04" ed="T"/>於邊坐禪、熟眠，犯者突吉羅！」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043a0412" cb:place="inline">復有諸比丘曬
<lb n="0043a05" ed="T"/>僧臥具，不卽收擧，日曝損壞。諸比丘以是白
<lb n="0043a06" ed="T"/>佛。佛言：「若不時收擧，突吉羅。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043a0612" cb:place="inline">復有諸比丘見
<lb n="0043a07" ed="T"/>僧臥具，敷在露地，以不自敷、不使人敷、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0043a0701" n="0043a0701"/><anchor xml:id="beg0043a0701" n="0043a0701"/>己<anchor xml:id="end0043a0701"/>不
<lb n="0043a08" ed="T"/>坐臥，而不收擧。諸比丘以是白佛。佛言：「若見
<lb n="0043a09" ed="T"/>僧臥具敷在露地，而不擧者，波逸提。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043a0915" cb:place="inline">有諸白
<lb n="0043a10" ed="T"/>衣來入僧坊，索僧臥具，欲露地敷。諸比丘不
<lb n="0043a11" ed="T"/>與，便大譏嫌。以是白佛。佛言：「聽與！」旣與，欲
<lb n="0043a12" ed="T"/>得早擧，敎令速去，白衣復瞋。以是白佛。佛
<lb n="0043a13" ed="T"/>言：「不應敎令速去，應伺候去時擧。若不擧，波
<lb n="0043a14" ed="T"/>逸提。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043a1403" cb:place="inline">復有白衣請僧，借僧臥具，於家敷之。諸
<lb n="0043a15" ed="T"/>比丘坐，去不擧。佛言：「應擧。若不擧，波逸提。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043a1517" cb:place="inline">若
<lb n="0043a16" ed="T"/>諸比丘到比丘尼僧坊，露地敷比丘尼僧臥
<lb n="0043a17" ed="T"/>具，謂非僧臥具，而不擧者，亦波逸提。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043a1715" cb:place="inline">復有諸
<lb n="0043a18" ed="T"/>比丘自擔床席，諸居士譏呵言：「此諸沙門如
<lb n="0043a19" ed="T"/>諸伎兒、如作幻人！」諸比丘以是白佛。佛言：「不
<lb n="0043a20" ed="T"/>聽自擔，犯者突吉羅！」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043a2009" cb:place="inline">又大會時，露地敷僧臥
<lb n="0043a21" ed="T"/>具，諸比丘一坐一起，輒皆擧之，由是速壞，以
<lb n="0043a22" ed="T"/>是白佛。佛言：「若不雨，聽事都畢，然後擧之。」佛

<lb n="0043a26" ed="T"/>和尙阿闍梨等諸大德，及病比丘，犯者突吉
<lb n="0043a27" ed="T"/>羅！」諸比丘囑一比丘，一比丘獨擧疲頓，以是
<lb n="0043a28" ed="T"/>白佛。佛言：「隨臥具多少，若少，囑少比丘；若多，
<lb n="0043a29" ed="T"/>囑多比丘。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043a2905" cb:place="inline">諸比丘不知云何名受囑、不受囑，

<lb n="0043b27" ed="T"/>座可在前房，我等住於後屋。」六群比丘言：「此
<lb n="0043b28" ed="T"/>亦不得！」復求在簷下、庭中露住，皆悉不聽。彼
<lb n="0043b29" ed="T"/>旣不聽，此不肯去，便強牽出，十七群比丘卽

<lb n="0043c01" ed="T"/>大喚。諸比丘出，問：「汝何故大喚？」答言：「六群比

<lb n="0043c04" ed="T"/>六群比丘：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種
<lb n="0043c05" ed="T"/>呵責已，吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是

<lb n="0043c08" ed="T"/>沙彌牽出。諸比丘見，問言：「佛不制牽比丘出
<lb n="0043c09" ed="T"/>僧房耶？」答言：「我不自牽。」諸比丘言：「自牽、使人，
<lb n="0043c10" ed="T"/>有何等異？」以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問
<lb n="0043c11" ed="T"/>六群比丘：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種

<lb n="0043c15" ed="T"/>諸比丘：「善哉，長老！牽我出房。」諸比丘言：「佛不
<lb n="0043c16" ed="T"/>聽我牽比丘出房。」復有比丘，浴室中浴，熱悶
<lb n="0043c17" ed="T"/>倒地。諸比丘不敢牽出，氣絕而死，幷以白佛。
<lb n="0043c18" ed="T"/>佛以是事集比丘僧，吿諸比丘：「若病人須牽
<lb n="0043c19" ed="T"/>出房，牽出犯波逸提者，無有是處。從今是戒
<lb n="0043c20" ed="T"/>應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0043c2005" cb:place="inline">「若比丘，瞋不喜，於僧房中自牽比
<lb n="0043c21" ed="T"/>丘出，若使人牽，作是語：『出去，滅去！莫此中住！』

<lb n="0044a05" ed="T"/>四衢道中，共諸居士、外道、沙門、婆羅門，論說
<lb n="0044a06" ed="T"/>王事、鬪戰事、利害事，如是等種種俗事。彼諸
<lb n="0044a07" ed="T"/>人等皆譏呵言：「我等俗人家事因緣故，在此
<lb n="0044a08" ed="T"/>中有所論說；沙門釋子亦復在此論說俗事，
<lb n="0044a09" ed="T"/>與我何異？」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0044a0905" cb:place="inline">投暮來還，於所住處與守園人、諸

<lb n="0044a16" ed="T"/>具在其中住；初夜、後夜，高聲經唄，更相問難；

<lb n="0044a26" ed="T"/>耶？」答曰：「我使白衣，不違此制。」諸比丘言：「自
<lb n="0044a27" ed="T"/>敷、使人，有何等異？」以是白佛。佛以是事集比
<lb n="0044a28" ed="T"/>丘僧，問六群比丘：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」
<lb n="0044a29" ed="T"/>佛種種呵責已，吿諸比丘：「從今是戒應如是

<lb n="0044b10" ed="T"/>來比丘無有住處，先敷臥具比丘呼入共住，
<lb n="0044b11" ed="T"/>彼恐犯墮不敢入。以是白佛。佛以是事集比
<lb n="0044b12" ed="T"/>丘僧，吿諸比丘：「若不相觸惱，犯墮，無有是處。
<lb n="0044b13" ed="T"/>從今是戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0044b1309" cb:place="inline">「若比丘，知他先敷臥具，
<lb n="0044b14" ed="T"/>後來強自敷、若使人敷，作是念：『若不樂者，自

<lb n="0044b20" ed="T"/>此比丘身體重大，不一其心頓身床上，床脚
<lb n="0044b21" ed="T"/>下脫打下比丘頭；頭破大喚，閣上比丘卽下
<lb n="0044b22" ed="T"/>辭謝，閣下比丘呵責言：「先住比丘，我初不聞
<lb n="0044b23" ed="T"/>坐起之聲。汝云何適來便有是事？汝豈不聞
<lb n="0044b24" ed="T"/>世尊讚歎繫念耶？」諸長老比丘聞，卽來問之，
<lb n="0044b25" ed="T"/>答以上事。諸比丘種種呵責，以是白佛。佛以
<lb n="0044b26" ed="T"/>是事集比丘僧，問彼比丘：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實
<lb n="0044b27" ed="T"/>爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責已，吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比
