<lb n="0054a16" ed="T"/>責，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問迦留陀
<lb n="0054a17" ed="T"/>夷：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責已，

<lb n="0054c11" ed="T"/>乘車載諸飮食，欲供佛及僧；逐佛已來五月
<lb n="0054c12" ed="T"/>餘日，猶未得設。家信見追，不得復住，欲以食
<lb n="0054c13" ed="T"/>具，散布道中，令佛及僧<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0054c1301" n="0054c1301"/><anchor xml:id="beg0054c1301" n="0054c1301"/>蹈<anchor xml:id="end0054c1301"/>上而過，於我宿心

<lb n="0054c15" ed="T"/>語阿難：「汝可將婆羅門看供食家，若有所無
<lb n="0054c16" ed="T"/>敎令作之。」阿難受敎，將婆羅門看供食家，見
<lb n="0054c17" ed="T"/>無有粥及油蜜煎餠。彼便作七種粥、二種餠，
<lb n="0054c18" ed="T"/>晨朝白佛，餠粥已辦。佛語阿難：「汝助下之。」阿
<lb n="0054c19" ed="T"/>難受敎，助下粥餠。時有外道母人抱一小女，
<lb n="0054c20" ed="T"/>阿難以其有兒，偏與二餠。諸外道言：「此比丘

<lb n="0055a06" ed="T"/>養，何假沙門？」諸長老比丘聞，種種呵責，以此
<lb n="0055a07" ed="T"/>白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問諸比丘：「汝等實
<lb n="0055a08" ed="T"/>爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責：「有衣、無衣，
<lb n="0055a09" ed="T"/>有何等異？」種種呵責已，吿諸比丘：「從今是戒

<lb n="0055b04" ed="T"/>美食，倒鉢而去！爲是國王？爲是大臣？夫出家
<lb n="0055b05" ed="T"/>者，爲求解脫，乞食趣足；而今云何反著美味？
<lb n="0055b06" ed="T"/>無沙門行，破沙門法！」諸長老比丘聞，種種呵
<lb n="0055b07" ed="T"/>責，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問六群比
<lb n="0055b08" ed="T"/>丘：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責

<lb n="0055b28" ed="T"/>說法，非行欲時。」便還出外，欲心轉盛，須臾復

<lb n="0055c06" ed="T"/>肯去，誰知汝輩修於梵行？」諸長老比丘聞，種
<lb n="0055c07" ed="T"/>種呵責，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問跋
<lb n="0055c08" ed="T"/>難陀：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責

<lb n="0055c19" ed="T"/>復語<name role="" type="person">跋難陀</name>：「我誠不疑大德，大德不當，愼此

<lb n="0056a12" ed="T"/>不得免！若王不敬信，當斷其頭！」時王遙見六
<lb n="0056a13" ed="T"/>群比丘，亦復不憙，卽遣人問：「諸大德！何以在
<lb n="0056a14" ed="T"/>此？」答言：「我等聞灌頂王出軍之時，軍容嚴飾，
<lb n="0056a15" ed="T"/>未曾所見，故來看耳！」王作是念：「誰能以此白
<lb n="0056a16" ed="T"/>佛？」復作是念：「若白、不白，佛自當知！」卽以石蜜、
<lb n="0056a17" ed="T"/>乾薑，寄六群比丘言：「大德！爲我持此奉上世
<lb n="0056a18" ed="T"/>尊，致敬無量！」軍盡之後，各還所住，以王所寄
<lb n="0056a19" ed="T"/>奉上於佛，白佛言：「王致敬無量！」佛問六群：「汝

<lb n="0056b14" ed="T"/>在其中？」或復有言：「此輩比丘不信樂佛法，得
<lb n="0056b15" ed="T"/>美食處，便住耳！無沙門行，破沙門法！」諸長老
<lb n="0056b16" ed="T"/>比丘聞，種種呵責，以是白佛。佛以是事集諸

<lb n="0056c19" ed="T"/>外道不捨本見，於正法出家，亦得四沙門果，

<lb n="0056c22" ed="T"/>是語，應捨是惡邪見！佛種種方便呵欲，說欲
<lb n="0056c23" ed="T"/>如赤骨聚，乃至如毒。若受五欲，爲欲所燒，欲
<lb n="0056c24" ed="T"/>覺所迷；及諸外道不捨本見，得四沙門果，皆
<lb n="0056c25" ed="T"/>無是處！」諸比丘如是諫，更增邪見，堅持不捨。
<lb n="0056c26" ed="T"/>諸比丘便到舍利弗所，白言：「大德阿梨吒作
<lb n="0056c27" ed="T"/>是邪見。」具說如上。「願哀愍故諫喩令捨！」舍利
<lb n="0056c28" ed="T"/>弗默然許之，卽到其所，共相問訊，却坐一面，
<lb n="0056c29" ed="T"/>問言：「汝實作是語不？」答言：「實爾！」更廣說如前。

<lb n="0057a01" ed="T"/>舍利弗諫言：「汝莫作是語！汝之所說非法、非

<lb n="0057a04" ed="T"/>此比丘，捨惡邪見！」佛便勅一比丘：「汝呼阿梨
<lb n="0057a05" ed="T"/>吒來！」卽受敎往語：「大師呼汝！」阿梨吒卽來，頭
<lb n="0057a06" ed="T"/>面禮足，在一面住。佛問阿梨吒：「汝實作是語
<lb n="0057a07" ed="T"/>不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛又問：「汝作云何解我所
<lb n="0057a08" ed="T"/>說？」答亦如前。佛言：「汝愚癡人！莫謗如來，莫誣
<lb n="0057a09" ed="T"/>如來！何以故？我說障道法，實能障道！若受五
<lb n="0057a10" ed="T"/>欲，欲火所燒，欲覺所迷；及外道不捨本見，得
<lb n="0057a11" ed="T"/>四沙門果，無有是處。」世尊爲說，彼猶不捨。佛
<lb n="0057a12" ed="T"/>復語言：「我已見汝作惡邪見！是爲謗我，是爲
<lb n="0057a13" ed="T"/>誣我！汝還所住，我自更問餘諸比丘。」阿梨吒
<lb n="0057a14" ed="T"/>去。佛欲明彼比丘惡邪見故，問諸比丘：「汝等
<lb n="0057a15" ed="T"/>解我所說，如阿梨吒不？」諸比丘言：「我等不如
<lb n="0057a16" ed="T"/>是解。」又問：「云何？」答言：「佛說障道法，實能障道！」
<lb n="0057a17" ed="T"/>廣說如上。佛言：「善哉，汝等善解我意！」吿諸比
<lb n="0057a18" ed="T"/>丘：「應使一比丘，與阿梨吒親善者，於屛處軟
<lb n="0057a19" ed="T"/>語諫言：『汝莫作是語！莫謗佛，莫誣佛！佛說障
<lb n="0057a20" ed="T"/>道法，實能障道。汝捨是惡邪見！』若捨者善；若
<lb n="0057a21" ed="T"/>不捨，應衆多比丘往諫如上，若捨者善；若不
<lb n="0057a22" ed="T"/>捨，復應僧往諫亦如上，若捨者善。」諸比丘受
<lb n="0057a23" ed="T"/>敎，如是三反，堅持不捨。諸比丘以是白佛。佛
<lb n="0057a24" ed="T"/>以是事集比丘僧，遙責阿梨吒已，吿諸比丘：
<lb n="0057a25" ed="T"/>「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0057a2516" cb:place="inline">「若比
<lb n="0057a26" ed="T"/>丘，作是語：『如我解佛所說，障道法不能障道。』

<lb n="0057b05" ed="T"/>僧往諫；若捨者，應作三突吉羅悔過。若不捨，

<lb n="0057b07" ed="T"/>比丘，生惡邪見，作是語：『如我解佛所說，障道

<lb n="0057c07" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT22p0057c0701">雖捨惡邪見，僧未解羯磨，亦波逸提；若作惡
<lb n="0057c08" ed="T"/>邪見，僧未羯磨，突吉羅。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0057c0810" cb:place="inline">比丘尼亦如是。式叉
<lb n="0057c09" ed="T"/>摩那、沙彌、沙彌尼，突吉羅。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0057c0911" cb:place="inline">若不知，及不如法
<lb n="0057c10" ed="T"/>羯磨，不犯<note place="inline">四十九<anchor xml:id="beg_a0" type="star"/>竟<anchor xml:id="end_a0"/></note>。</p>

<lb n="0057c14" ed="T"/>中說。佛便勅一比丘：「汝呼彼二沙彌來！」卽受
<lb n="0057c15" ed="T"/>敎往語：「大師呼汝！」二沙彌卽隨敎來，頂禮佛
<lb n="0057c16" ed="T"/>足，却住一面。佛問二沙彌：「汝實作是語不？」答
<lb n="0057c17" ed="T"/>言：「實爾。世尊！」又問沙彌：「汝云何解我所說法？」
<lb n="0057c18" ed="T"/>沙彌答亦如阿梨吒所說。佛吿諸比丘：「此沙
<lb n="0057c19" ed="T"/>彌，應呼僧中敎捨，第二、第三敎，若捨者善；不
<lb n="0057c20" ed="T"/>捨者，僧應白四羯磨滅擯。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0057c2011" cb:place="inline">一比丘唱言：「大德

<lb n="0058a11" ed="T"/>比丘後行！如餘沙彌得共比丘二宿，汝亦無
<lb n="0058a12" ed="T"/>是事。癡人出去，滅去，莫此中住！』若比丘，知如
<lb n="0058a13" ed="T"/>法擯沙彌，畜、使、共住、共語，波逸提。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0058a1314" cb:place="inline">比丘尼亦
<lb n="0058a14" ed="T"/>如是。式叉摩那、沙彌、沙彌尼，突吉羅<note place="inline">五十<anchor xml:id="beg_a2" type="star"/>竟<anchor xml:id="end_a2"/></note>。</p>

<lb n="0058a16" ed="T"/>惡比丘故，亦不憙見烏。諸白衣捉彈來看，時
<lb n="0058a17" ed="T"/>有群烏集于屋上，語言：「此烏成就弊惡比丘
<lb n="0058a18" ed="T"/>十法：一者、慳惜；二者、貪餘；三者、強顏；四者、耐
<lb n="0058a19" ed="T"/>辱；五者、蛆弊；六者、無慈悲；七者、悕望；八者、無厭；
<lb n="0058a20" ed="T"/>九者、藏積；十者、憙忘。此烏有是十法，汝等欲
<lb n="0058a21" ed="T"/>殺不？」有不信罪福者，答言：「欲殺！」卽取其彈，語
<lb n="0058a22" ed="T"/>諸人言：「欲彈何處？」有言：「可彈左眼！」卽著左眼
<lb n="0058a23" ed="T"/>而死；又言：「可彈右眼！」卽著右眼而死；如是須
<lb n="0058a24" ed="T"/>臾，乃至數十。諸不信樂佛法者，便譏呵言：「此
<lb n="0058a25" ed="T"/>輩沙門常說慈愍，護念衆生；而今殘害無道。
<lb n="0058a26" ed="T"/>無沙門行，破沙門法！」諸長老比丘聞，種種呵
<lb n="0058a27" ed="T"/>責，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問迦留陀
<lb n="0058a28" ed="T"/>夷：「汝實爾不？」答言：「實爾。世尊！」佛種種呵責已，
<lb n="0058a29" ed="T"/>吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今是戒應如

<lb n="0058b15" ed="T"/>不犯波羅夷、僧伽婆尸沙、波逸提、波羅提提舍

<lb n="0058c17" ed="T"/>時，我已遮之。僧不從我，我便起去，是不成解
<lb n="0058c18" ed="T"/>羯磨。汝今自可更求僧解！」諸長老比丘聞，種
<lb n="0058c19" ed="T"/>種呵責，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問六

<lb n="0059a24" ed="T"/>未解法耳！王莫見此，生不信敬於餘比丘，長
<lb n="0059a25" ed="T"/>夜受苦！」十七群比丘種種戲已，立水上著衣。
<lb n="0059a26" ed="T"/>夫人白王言：「王試看我所事福田！」著衣已，以
<lb n="0059a27" ed="T"/>甁水擲空中，飛而逐之，從樓上過，猶如鴈王。
<lb n="0059a28" ed="T"/>夫人復白王：「更看我所事福田。」王大歡喜，信
<lb n="0059a29" ed="T"/>敬轉增。於是夫人吿那隣伽婆羅門：「汝往佛

<lb n="0059b10" ed="T"/>室宿，或一比丘，一女人；或多比丘，少女人；或
<lb n="0059b11" ed="T"/>少比丘，多女人，同室宿生染著心，有反俗者、
<lb n="0059b12" ed="T"/>作外道者。諸居士見，譏呵言：「此等沙門與女
<lb n="0059b13" ed="T"/>人同室宿，與白衣何異？無沙門行，破沙門法！」</p>
<lb n="0059b14" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT22p0059b1401">時有一年少婦人夫喪，作是念：「我今當於何
<lb n="0059b15" ed="T"/>許，更求良對。」復作是念：「我今不能門到戶至，
<lb n="0059b16" ed="T"/>當作一客舍，令在家、出家人任意宿止，於中擇
<lb n="0059b17" ed="T"/>取。」卽便作之；宣令道路，須宿者宿。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0059b1714" cb:place="inline">時<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0059008" n="0059008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0059008" n="0059008"/>阿那

<lb n="0059b19" ed="T"/>卽往求宿。阿那律先好容貌，旣得道後，顏色
<lb n="0059b20" ed="T"/>倍常。寡婦見之，作是念：「我今便爲已得好婿！」
<lb n="0059b21" ed="T"/>卽指語處：「可於中宿！」阿那律卽前入室，結<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0059009" n="0059009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0059009" n="0059009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0059009" n="0059009"/>加<anchor xml:id="end0059009"/>

<lb n="0059b25" ed="T"/>「若由我者，可盡聽宿！」賈客便前。寡婦復作是
<lb n="0059b26" ed="T"/>念：「當更迎比丘入內，若不爾者，後來無期。」卽
<lb n="0059b27" ed="T"/>於內更敷好床，然燈，語阿那律言：「可進入內。」
<lb n="0059b28" ed="T"/>阿那律便入，結<anchor xml:id="beg_a9" type="star"/>加<anchor xml:id="end_a9"/>趺坐，繫念在前。寡婦於衆

<lb n="0059c04" ed="T"/>年在盛時，禮儀備擧，多饒財寶；欲爲大德給
<lb n="0059c05" ed="T"/>事所當，願垂見納！」阿那律答之如初，寡婦復
<lb n="0059c06" ed="T"/>作是念：「男子所惑<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0059011" n="0059011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0059011" n="0059011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0059011" n="0059011"/>唯<anchor xml:id="end0059011"/>在於色，我當露形在其

<lb n="0059c08" ed="T"/>坐，作赤骨觀。寡婦復作是念：「我雖如此彼猶
<lb n="0059c09" ed="T"/>未降。」便欲上床，與之共坐。於是阿那律踊昇
<lb n="0059c10" ed="T"/>虛空，寡婦便大羞恥，生慚愧心，疾還著衣，合
<lb n="0059c11" ed="T"/>掌悔過，白言：「大德！我實愚癡，於今不敢復生
<lb n="0059c12" ed="T"/>此意！願見哀恕，受我悔過！」阿那律言：「受汝懺
<lb n="0059c13" ed="T"/>悔！」因爲說種種妙法，初中後善，善義、善味，具
<lb n="0059c14" ed="T"/>足淸白，梵行之相。寡婦聞已，遠塵離垢，得法
<lb n="0059c15" ed="T"/>眼淨。阿那律卽如其像，往至佛所，兼以前比
<lb n="0059c16" ed="T"/>丘事具白世尊。佛以是事集比丘僧，問諸比

<lb n="0060a08" ed="T"/>此邑常有一惡毒龍，破壞田苗。我恒願得大

<lb n="0060b19" ed="T"/>飮皆波逸提。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0060b1906" cb:place="inline">有非酒，酒色、酒味、酒香，飮使人
<lb n="0060b20" ed="T"/>醉，若飮，突吉羅；有非酒，酒色、酒香、酒味，不令
<lb n="0060b21" ed="T"/>人醉，欲飮，聽屛處飮。</p><p xml:id="pT22p0060b2109" cb:place="inline">若比丘飮酒，咽咽波逸
<lb n="0060b22" ed="T"/>提。比丘尼亦如是。式叉摩那、沙彌、沙彌尼，突

<lb n="0060c08" ed="T"/>講堂中說。吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，從今
<lb n="0060c09" ed="T"/>是戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0060c0907" cb:place="inline">「若比丘，自掘地取土，波逸提。」</p>
<lb n="0060c10" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT22p0060c1001">時六群比丘使守園人、沙彌掘地取土。諸比

<lb n="0060c12" ed="T"/>答言：「我使人掘！」諸比丘言：「使人掘、自掘。有何
<lb n="0060c13" ed="T"/>等異？」以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，問六群

<lb n="0060c18" ed="T"/>不爲我速成此福？」答言：「佛不聽我等自掘地、
<lb n="0060c19" ed="T"/>使人掘，云何得成？」以是白佛。佛以是事集比
<lb n="0060c20" ed="T"/>丘僧，吿諸比丘：「若須土，應語淨人言：『知是，看
<lb n="0060c21" ed="T"/>是。我須是，與我是。』從今是戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0060c2116" cb:place="inline">「若比
<lb n="0060c22" ed="T"/>丘，自掘地；若使人掘，言：『掘是！』波逸提。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0060c2215" cb:place="inline">比丘尼

<lb n="0061a06" ed="T"/>佛。佛以是事集比丘僧，吿諸比丘：「若比丘默
<lb n="0061a07" ed="T"/>聽諍理，辯是非，犯波逸提者，無有是處。從今
<lb n="0061a08" ed="T"/>是戒應如是說：</p><p xml:id="pT22p0061a0807" cb:place="inline">「若比丘，共諍已默聽，作是念：

<lb n="0061a17" ed="T"/>書畫，恐壞其眼；若算，恐其指痛；若計，恐其心
<lb n="0061a18" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0061002" n="0061002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0061002" n="0061002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0061002" n="0061002"/>病<anchor xml:id="end0061002"/>。」復共議：「當使於釋子中出家，現世無爲，
<lb n="0061a19" ed="T"/>後世長樂。」彼十七群童子欲出家，共相語言：
<lb n="0061a20" ed="T"/>「我要當待優波離來，與共辭別。」</p><p xml:id="pT22p0061a2013" cb:place="inline">時優波離行
<lb n="0061a21" ed="T"/>還，到諸童子所。諸童子言：「汝知不？我等欲於
<lb n="0061a22" ed="T"/>如來法中出家，待汝辭別。」優波離聞，亦樂共
<lb n="0061a23" ed="T"/>去，還白父母；父母卽聽，作是念：「當令誰作師？」
<lb n="0061a24" ed="T"/>又作是念：「畢陵伽婆蹉，從賊中拔其將還，今
<lb n="0061a25" ed="T"/>當與爲弟子。」便各將其子，詣畢陵伽婆蹉，白
<lb n="0061a26" ed="T"/>言：「大德！大德於此兒有大恩，今以奉給，願納
<lb n="0061a27" ed="T"/>爲弟子！」畢陵伽婆蹉卽便度之，與受具足戒。
<lb n="0061a28" ed="T"/>旣受戒已，夜不能獨至廁上，及<anchor xml:id="beg_ba" type="star"/>洗<anchor xml:id="end_ba"/>手處，恒自
<lb n="0061a29" ed="T"/>送之。有時闇中見師不識，便謂是鬼，失聲大

<lb n="0061b09" ed="T"/>致有破戒！」呵已，吿諸比丘：「今爲諸比丘結戒，

<lb n="0061b13" ed="T"/>佛以是事集比丘僧，問諸比丘：「童子迦葉有
<lb n="0061b14" ed="T"/>所得不？」答言：「得須陀洹！」佛言：「此人乃是第一
<lb n="0061b15" ed="T"/>受具足戒，然不名白四羯磨如法受戒。今聽
<lb n="0061b16" ed="T"/>數胎中年，足爲二十；若猶不滿，又聽以閏月
<lb n="0061b17" ed="T"/>足；若復不滿，又聽以沙門年足。從今是戒應

<lb n="0061b22" ed="T"/>二十，生念欲與受具戒，及作方便，至第四羯

<lb n="0061b29" ed="T"/>共請佛及僧，夏四月安居，世尊默然許之。諸

<lb n="0061c01" ed="T"/>人各隨力設供，或一家，作一日乃至十日；或
<lb n="0061c02" ed="T"/>二家，共作一日；乃至十家，或但作前食，或但
<lb n="0061c03" ed="T"/>作後食，或但作怛鉢那，或但作粥，或作浴者，

<lb n="0061c06" ed="T"/>人言：「竟誰受我施？」答言：「未有受者！」又問：「佛
<lb n="0061c07" ed="T"/>及僧未受何等施？」答言：「唯未受藥！」便請佛及
<lb n="0061c08" ed="T"/>僧，施夏坐藥，或自送，或使人送。又到六群比
<lb n="0061c09" ed="T"/>丘所言：「大德！須藥恣意來取。」六群比丘作是
<lb n="0061c10" ed="T"/>念：「今王請佛及僧，安居四月給藥，或使人送，
<lb n="0061c11" ed="T"/>乃至自送；而令我等自往取之，觀王此心是
<lb n="0061c12" ed="T"/>輕我等！我等當伺其五親會時，從索最難得
<lb n="0061c13" ed="T"/>藥，彼必不辦，使其羞恥！」復作是念：「此王福德，
<lb n="0061c14" ed="T"/>或能無藥不有，先當訪索人所無者，然後從
<lb n="0061c15" ed="T"/>乞。」卽訪索之，唯無一種，於是伺王五親會時，
<lb n="0061c16" ed="T"/>便從其乞。王卽令人國中遍覓，悉不能得。王
<lb n="0061c17" ed="T"/>語六群比丘：「諸處求索，絕不可得。」六群比丘
<lb n="0061c18" ed="T"/>便語王言：「王自請佛及僧四月給藥，而今不
<lb n="0061c19" ed="T"/>能與我一種！」王言：「大德！非不欲與，亦非無物，
<lb n="0061c20" ed="T"/>但訪索此藥，絕不可得！又四月已過，何爲相
<lb n="0061c21" ed="T"/>苦？」六群比丘便於衆前，折辱王言：「先請我等
<lb n="0061c22" ed="T"/>隨所求藥，而今不能得此一種。」餘比丘聞，問
<lb n="0061c23" ed="T"/>六群比丘：「汝說何等？」六群比丘以實而答，諸
<lb n="0061c24" ed="T"/>比丘種種呵責，以是白佛。佛以是事集比丘
