<lb n="0710c08" ed="T"/>世尊作是念言：『此婆羅門及其眷屬，請我夏
<lb n="0710c09" ed="T"/>坐，三月之中爲魔所嬈未聞法要，我今以

<lb n="0711a05" ed="T"/>王，樹上有鼠，從上來下鳴喚覺王，蛇<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0711a0501" n="0711a0501"/><anchor xml:id="beg0711a0501" n="0711a0501"/>卽<anchor xml:id="end0711a0501"/>還
<lb n="0711a06" ed="T"/>縮；王覺已復眠，蛇又更出而欲螫王，鼠復
<lb n="0711a07" ed="T"/>鳴喚下來覺王。王起已，見樹下窟中大毒蛇，
<lb n="0711a08" ed="T"/>卽生驚怖，四顧求諸妓女又復不見，王自
<lb n="0711a09" ed="T"/>念言：『我今復活，由鼠之恩。』王便思惟欲報
<lb n="0711a10" ed="T"/>鼠恩。時山邊有村，王卽命村中，自今以後
<lb n="0711a11" ed="T"/>我之祿限，悉迴供鼠，因此鼠故，卽號此村，
<lb n="0711a12" ed="T"/>名爲迦蘭陀村。迦蘭陀子者，是時村中有一
<lb n="0711a13" ed="T"/>長者，有金錢四十億，王卽賜長者位，因村
<lb n="0711a14" ed="T"/>名故，號迦蘭陀長者。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0711a1409" cb:place="inline">法師問曰：「長者獨名

<lb n="0711a29" ed="T"/>『云何因緣得入聽法？何以故？四衆圍遶至心

<lb n="0711b01" ed="T"/>聽法，不可移動難得入故。』是時迦蘭陀子

<lb n="0713a04" ed="T"/>母生之義。』故生大苦惱悶絕躃地。勿觸惱

<lb n="0713a15" ed="T"/>胎時，於兒胞處生一血聚，七日自破從此
<lb n="0713a16" ed="T"/>血出，若血出不斷者，男精不住卽共流出，
<lb n="0713a17" ed="T"/>若盡出者，以男精還復其處，然後成胎。譬
<lb n="0713a18" ed="T"/>如田家耕治調熟，然大過水以穀下中，穀
<lb n="0713a19" ed="T"/>浮水上流出四面。何以故？水大穀不著泥
<lb n="0713a20" ed="T"/>故，不成根株。女人亦復如是，若血盡已男
<lb n="0713a21" ed="T"/>精得住，卽便有胎。捉婦臂者，此是抱將
<lb n="0713a22" ed="T"/>入深處共爲欲事。爾時佛從菩提樹下，二
<lb n="0713a23" ed="T"/>十年中未爲諸弟子結戒，諸弟子旣新涉學
<lb n="0713a24" ed="T"/>故，佛未爲制戒，<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>不知罪相，謂之無
<lb n="0713a25" ed="T"/>罪，若<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>以知罪相者，乃可沒命何敢
<lb n="0713a26" ed="T"/>有犯。三行不淨者，三過捉婦共作不淨，
<lb n="0713a27" ed="T"/>行不淨故而便有胎。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0713a2709" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「有與無？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0713a2715" cb:place="inline">答曰：

<lb n="0713c04" ed="T"/>見，是故大叫喚。展轉相承傳至于梵天者，
<lb n="0713c05" ed="T"/>置無色界，餘者悉聞知。時子漸漸長大與母
<lb n="0713c06" ed="T"/>俱共出家者，續種年八歲，與續種母出家，
<lb n="0713c07" ed="T"/>母依比丘尼，續種依比丘僧，各得<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0713015" n="0713015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0713015" n="0713015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0713015" n="0713015"/>善知識。
<lb n="0713c08" ed="T"/>是故律本說，卽共出家，次第得阿羅漢果。卽
<lb n="0713c09" ed="T"/>生悔心者，前旣作不淨行故，恒日夜生悔
<lb n="0713c10" ed="T"/>心。於利我不得利者，於佛法中修習梵
<lb n="0713c11" ed="T"/>行得三達智，我不得此利，是名於利我不
<lb n="0713c12" ed="T"/>得此利。我得惡利者，餘人出家得善利，我
<lb n="0713c13" ed="T"/>不得善利得惡利。梵行者總持戒定慧藏，
<lb n="0713c14" ed="T"/>而我不得總持。羸瘦者，爲自悔所行，飮食
<lb n="0713c15" ed="T"/>不通，是故血肉<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0713016" n="0713016"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0713016" n="0713016"/><anchor xml:id="beg0713016" n="0713016"/>燋<anchor xml:id="end0713016"/>小。形體色變者，如樹葉

<lb n="0713c17" ed="T"/>悉現。心亦蔽塞者，心孔悉閉也。羞恥低頭者，
<lb n="0713c18" ed="T"/>於淸淨行自觀不善而生羞恥。時諸比丘
<lb n="0713c19" ed="T"/>各出房前遊戲，見<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>羸瘦而問：『先面
<lb n="0713c20" ed="T"/>貌休滿者，身體美滿手足平正肥壯，今何以
<lb n="0713c21" ed="T"/>羸瘦？』諸比丘語<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>：『汝於梵行中何所
<lb n="0713c22" ed="T"/>憂恨，爲不樂出家耶？』<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>答：『諸長老，我
<lb n="0713c23" ed="T"/>於梵行非不樂，於淸淨法懃心修治，爲我
<lb n="0713c24" ed="T"/>已作惡法故。已作惡者，已得惡法，恒在眼
<lb n="0713c25" ed="T"/>前見。』諸比丘語<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>言：『汝所作足可狐

<lb n="0713c28" ed="T"/>諸比丘作方便，釋<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>意而作是言：『不
<lb n="0713c29" ed="T"/>爾，長老！佛以種種方便說法離欲者，所以

<lb n="0714a01" ed="T"/>佛爲一切衆生，於三界中說五欲法，皆令
<lb n="0714a02" ed="T"/>離欲、不使得合，語異而義同。說法令愛盡
<lb n="0714a03" ed="T"/>者，令至涅槃不住三界，是故不令愛。佛

<lb n="0714a06" ed="T"/>義易解。佛種種說法令離迷惑者，佛所以
<lb n="0714a07" ed="T"/>爲衆生說法，令除迷惑斷渴愛者，所以
<lb n="0714a08" ed="T"/>一切衆生渴於五欲，佛說法令衆生斷除渴

<lb n="0714a11" ed="T"/>愛欲所纏縛；盡者，滅爲愛盡，而得涅槃
<lb n="0714a12" ed="T"/>者。三界中四生五道七識，住九衆生居，從此
<lb n="0714a13" ed="T"/>至彼、從彼還<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0714003" n="0714003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0714003" n="0714003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714003" n="0714003"/>此<anchor xml:id="end0714003"/>，猶如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0714004" n="0714004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0714004" n="0714004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714004" n="0714004"/>綖<anchor xml:id="end0714004"/>繡衣孔更相貫
<lb n="0714a14" ed="T"/>穿纏縛，不解愛卽纏縛，盡卽滅也，愛盡者卽
<lb n="0714a15" ed="T"/>涅槃也。又<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0714005" n="0714005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0714005" n="0714005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714005" n="0714005"/>涅槃者<anchor xml:id="end0714005"/>，涅者言不，槃者言<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0714006" n="0714006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0714006" n="0714006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714006" n="0714006"/>織<anchor xml:id="end0714006"/>，謂
<lb n="0714a16" ed="T"/>不<anchor xml:id="beg_68" type="star"/>織<anchor xml:id="end_68"/>義。佛說除欲者，五塵欲、煩惱欲，皆悉
<lb n="0714a17" ed="T"/>令除。知欲者，一切諸欲應一一知已而調
<lb n="0714a18" ed="T"/>伏之，是名爲知。渴欲者，於諸欲中極求欲。
<lb n="0714a19" ed="T"/>思欲者，有所思與欲共。思煩悶欲者，於五
<lb n="0714a20" ed="T"/>欲中思未得，而生煩悶。此說皆道諦所說，
<lb n="0714a21" ed="T"/>前句說世間法，後句說出世間法。長老是不
<lb n="0714a22" ed="T"/>信人不信令信者，爲作惡法故，未信心人
<lb n="0714a23" ed="T"/>不得令信。長老信心者，更迴轉其心。迴轉
<lb n="0714a24" ed="T"/>心者，於法中<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0714007" n="0714007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0714007" n="0714007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714007" n="0714007"/>信心<anchor xml:id="end0714007"/>而生悔恨，若人以道信
<lb n="0714a25" ed="T"/>心，譬如<name role="" type="person">須彌山</name>，四方風搖不能轉動，此信
<lb n="0714a26" ed="T"/>心者亦復如是。是故律本所說，有人如此、
<lb n="0714a27" ed="T"/>無人如此。</p><p xml:id="pT24p0714a2705" cb:place="inline">「時諸比丘以事白世尊，諸比丘
<lb n="0714a28" ed="T"/>以<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>所作惡法，而白佛令知，心不希
<lb n="0714a29" ed="T"/>佛獨譽已，亦不令佛賤薄遣<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>出於
<pb n="0714b" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1462.0714b"/>
<lb n="0714b01" ed="T"/>淸淨法中，又不以此惡法鬪亂故，但依實
<lb n="0714b02" ed="T"/>理而言。諸比丘各自念言：『垢法已起。』白世
<lb n="0714b03" ed="T"/>尊言：『今垢法已起，願爲聲聞弟子結戒。』以
<lb n="0714b04" ed="T"/>此因緣集比丘僧者，以<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>所行惡過
<lb n="0714b05" ed="T"/>聖人法，是故集比丘僧。佛卽賤薄<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>
<lb n="0714b06" ed="T"/>者，若人作惡法應薄賤，如來卽薄賤；有人
<lb n="0714b07" ed="T"/>能持戒精進者應讚嘆，如來卽讚嘆。如此
<lb n="0714b08" ed="T"/>善惡行者，佛不覆藏。如<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>者應薄賤，
<lb n="0714b09" ed="T"/>是故律本所說，應薄賤，如來以慈悲心薄
<lb n="0714b10" ed="T"/>賤，佛言：『汝癡人空無所有。癡者，應作而不
<lb n="0714b11" ed="T"/>作，不應作而作，不順從作卽不淨，以不
<lb n="0714b12" ed="T"/>淨故，卽非沙門法。』佛問：『以何因緣作如
<lb n="0714b13" ed="T"/>此事？』佛言：『我說離欲，一一如前說。』佛見須
<lb n="0714b14" ed="T"/>提那已作惡法，以慈悲之心而言癡人，譬
<lb n="0714b15" ed="T"/>如慈父母見子作惡，亦呵罵其子：『癡人，何
<lb n="0714b16" ed="T"/>以作如此事？』是故律本所說，癡人，汝可以
<lb n="0714b17" ed="T"/>男根<anchor xml:id="beg_69" type="star"/>內<anchor xml:id="end_69"/>毒蛇口，勿<anchor xml:id="beg_6a" type="star"/>內<anchor xml:id="end_6a"/>女根中。毒蛇口者，

<lb n="0714b24" ed="T"/>不死，若死者現身暫小受苦，不爲此因緣
<lb n="0714b25" ed="T"/>墮地獄受大苦痛。不善諸法者，惡人法。山
<lb n="0714b26" ed="T"/>野人法者，於山野中人法。大罪者，大煩惱。

<lb n="0714c01" ed="T"/>淸淨法中，而<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>作垢故，名<name role="" type="person">須提那</name>於
<lb n="0714c02" ed="T"/>淨法中最初犯垢。如來以種種方便者，種
<lb n="0714c03" ed="T"/>種薄賤。此人難養者，於覆藏法，自不能護
<lb n="0714c04" ed="T"/>其身，是名難養。不知足者，爲住於覆藏
<lb n="0714c05" ed="T"/>處故，名不知足，若得珍寶如<name role="" type="person">須彌山</name>，亦不
<lb n="0714c06" ed="T"/>稱意故，名不知足。說身聚集一處者，共
<lb n="0714c07" ed="T"/>集一處而相讚嘆，或煩惱讚嘆。懶<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0714c0701" n="0714c0701"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714c0701" n="0714c0701"/>惰<anchor xml:id="end0714c0701"/>者，有
<lb n="0714c08" ed="T"/>八所作悉具足，如來方便讚嘆少欲知足易
<lb n="0714c09" ed="T"/>養易長；少欲者，無慳貪心，若於一供養隨
<lb n="0714c10" ed="T"/>其所得，若持易養者，能制六情不隨六塵，
<lb n="0714c11" ed="T"/>是名易養。易長者，於四供養知量知足，是
<lb n="0714c12" ed="T"/>名易長，若麁若細趣得而受，爲少欲故，卽
<lb n="0714c13" ed="T"/>是知足。淨者，爲少欲知足，是名淨；已淨故，
<lb n="0714c14" ed="T"/>不染塵垢，卽是抖擻，因抖擻塵垢，是名端
<lb n="0714c15" ed="T"/>正。又言，三業俱淨、棄除三不善業，無人毀
<lb n="0714c16" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0714010" n="0714010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0714010" n="0714010"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714010" n="0714010"/>呰<anchor xml:id="end0714010"/>，是名端正。不聚者，身覆藏煩惱，令開
<lb n="0714c17" ed="T"/>發、使分散，是名不聚。以不聚故，卽勇猛精
<lb n="0714c18" ed="T"/>進。佛爲諸比丘制戒，善者能信受隨應比
<lb n="0714c19" ed="T"/>丘。何以故？若少欲知足人者，卽能受持，是
<lb n="0714c20" ed="T"/>故佛爲說戒本，如五色華次第貫穿，亦如
<lb n="0714c21" ed="T"/>七寶珠貫<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0714011" n="0714011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0714011" n="0714011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714011" n="0714011"/>之<anchor xml:id="end0714011"/>次第，今世後世說令恐怖。若
<lb n="0714c22" ed="T"/>人樂學者住<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0714c2201" n="0714c2201"/><anchor xml:id="beg0714c2201" n="0714c2201"/>於<anchor xml:id="end0714c2201"/>學地，而得阿羅漢，或得斯陀
<lb n="0714c23" ed="T"/>含、阿那含、須陀洹，若無因緣者亦得生天。
<lb n="0714c24" ed="T"/>若佛說長阿含短阿含，善者能信受。戒者
<lb n="0714c25" ed="T"/>學地。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0714c2503" cb:place="inline">「何謂爲學地？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0714c2508" cb:place="inline">答曰：「禪定三昧法。何謂
<lb n="0714c26" ed="T"/>爲學地？因十法。因十法故，而爲結戒，令
<lb n="0714c27" ed="T"/>衆僧安隱。安隱者，不傾危，若人能受如來
<lb n="0714c28" ed="T"/>所說禁戒者，當來世極大安樂，是名安隱。
<lb n="0714c29" ed="T"/>佛言：『若人受我語者，我爲結戒；若人不受
<pb n="0715a" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1462.0715a"/>
<lb n="0715a01" ed="T"/>我語，我不說戒，但說根本因緣，亦不強伏。』
<lb n="0715a02" ed="T"/>是故律本所說，因十法故，令衆僧安樂，此
<lb n="0715a03" ed="T"/>作不得罪、此作得罪，此時應作、此時不應
<lb n="0715a04" ed="T"/>作，爲樂學故，莫令狐疑。是故律本所說，
<lb n="0715a05" ed="T"/>慚愧比丘，不言制不慚愧比丘。以此法故，
<lb n="0715a06" ed="T"/>令慚愧得安樂。何以故？不慚愧比丘，不得
<lb n="0715a07" ed="T"/>入衆集僧布薩自恣。慚愧比丘得安樂。何
<lb n="0715a08" ed="T"/>以故？得聞禪定三昧。不慚愧比丘不得，觸
<lb n="0715a09" ed="T"/>嬈故。故律本說，慚愧比丘得安樂，斷今世
<lb n="0715a10" ed="T"/>惱漏故，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715001" n="0715001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715001" n="0715001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0715001" n="0715001"/>今世惱漏者，爲不覆五情，卽於今
<lb n="0715a11" ed="T"/>身作<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715002" n="0715002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715002" n="0715002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0715002" n="0715002"/>不淨<anchor xml:id="end0715002"/>行，或人捉或打或殺或自悔過；
<lb n="0715a12" ed="T"/>如是種種苦惱斷，令得度脫。制不慚愧比
<lb n="0715a13" ed="T"/>丘，不慚愧者，破戒。又言：『已作不善法故，而
<lb n="0715a14" ed="T"/>不羞恥，如此人，佛制之。』若如來制已，作惡
<lb n="0715a15" ed="T"/>法反問他人：『見我何所作？何所聞？我得何
<lb n="0715a16" ed="T"/>罪？』如是惱亂衆僧。若結戒者，衆僧以毘
<lb n="0715a17" ed="T"/>尼法，呵責破戒比丘，不得動轉。是故律本
<lb n="0715a18" ed="T"/>說，制不慚愧比丘，慚愧者，得安樂住。若有
<lb n="0715a19" ed="T"/>慚愧比丘樂學法戒，此應作、此不應作。斷
<lb n="0715a20" ed="T"/>滅未來漏者，爲不斷五情故，而行惡法，
<lb n="0715a21" ed="T"/>後身墮地獄中，受諸種種苦毒，非直一受
<lb n="0715a22" ed="T"/>而已，輪轉在中無央數劫。如來爲此說戒
<lb n="0715a23" ed="T"/>斷此因緣，未信心者令信，如來所以結戒，
<lb n="0715a24" ed="T"/>若善比丘隨順戒律威儀具足，若未信心見
<lb n="0715a25" ed="T"/>之卽生信心，而作是言：『此沙門釋家種子，
<lb n="0715a26" ed="T"/>懃心精進、難作能作、所作極重。』見如是作已
<lb n="0715a27" ed="T"/>而生信心。若外道見毘尼藏而作是言：『佛
<lb n="0715a28" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715003" n="0715003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715003" n="0715003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0715003" n="0715003"/>諸<anchor xml:id="end0715003"/>比丘亦有<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715004" n="0715004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715004" n="0715004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0715004" n="0715004"/>圍陀<anchor xml:id="end0715004"/>，如我無異。』而生敬心。
<lb n="0715a29" ed="T"/>是故律本所說，未信令信，已信者令增長。</p>

<lb n="0715b01" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0715b0101">「若有信心出家，隨禁戒所說，人見所行甚
<lb n="0715b02" ed="T"/>爲恭敬。又言：『云何盡形壽日止一食而修
<lb n="0715b03" ed="T"/>梵行，護持禁戒，見如是已信心增長。』是故
<lb n="0715b04" ed="T"/>律本所說，已信者令增長。令正法久住者，
<lb n="0715b05" ed="T"/>正法有三種。何謂爲三？一者、學正法久住，
<lb n="0715b06" ed="T"/>二者、信受正法久住，三者、得道正法久住。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0715b0617" cb:place="inline">問
<lb n="0715b07" ed="T"/>曰：「何謂學正法久住？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0715b0709" cb:place="inline">答曰：「學三藏一切久住。
<lb n="0715b08" ed="T"/>佛所說，是名正法。於三藏中，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715005" n="0715005"/>十二頭陀、
<lb n="0715b09" ed="T"/>十四威儀、八十二大威儀戒、禪定三昧，是名
<lb n="0715b10" ed="T"/>信受正法久住。四沙門道果及涅槃者，是名
<lb n="0715b11" ed="T"/>得道正法久住。如來結戒故，令比丘隨順；若
<lb n="0715b12" ed="T"/>隨順者，具足而得聖利，是故學爲初正法久
<lb n="0715b13" ed="T"/>住。爲愛重律者，有結戒故，覆藏毘尼、棄捨
<lb n="0715b14" ed="T"/>毘尼、調直毘尼、結戒毘尼，此四毘尼極爲愛
<lb n="0715b15" ed="T"/>重。是故律本所說，愛重毘尼藏。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0715b1513" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「以
<lb n="0715b16" ed="T"/>一切語句，若初中後句，汝自當知，於戒中
<lb n="0715b17" ed="T"/>罪福，比丘應學。是故律本說，佛語<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715006" n="0715006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715006" n="0715006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0715006" n="0715006"/>諸<anchor xml:id="end0715006"/>比丘：
<lb n="0715b18" ed="T"/>『汝當說戒。』問曰：『此語云何？』佛語比丘：『我
<lb n="0715b19" ed="T"/>已結戒，汝當說、當持、當學、當敎餘人，作
<lb n="0715b20" ed="T"/>如是說：「若比丘行婬欲法，得波羅夷罪，
<lb n="0715b21" ed="T"/>不得共住。」如是斷根法，堅固作已，初結波
<lb n="0715b22" ed="T"/>羅夷，爲欲隨結獼猴，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715007" n="0715007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715007" n="0715007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0715007" n="0715007"/>今<anchor xml:id="end0715007"/>說其根本。』如是

<lb n="0715b27" ed="T"/>時大林中多諸比丘行慈悲心，爲慈悲故，多
<lb n="0715b28" ed="T"/>畜生無所畏，麞鹿獼猴、孔雀翡翠雁雉諸雜
<lb n="0715b29" ed="T"/>禽獸，於<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715009" n="0715009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715009" n="0715009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0715009" n="0715009"/>禪房前經行遊戲。是時有一比丘，

<lb n="0715c01" ed="T"/>於獼猴群有一雌獼猴，形狀肥壯可愛，此
<lb n="0715c02" ed="T"/>比丘以飮食誘，共行不淨法，是比丘行不
<lb n="0715c03" ed="T"/>淨法。遊行觀看<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715010" n="0715010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715010" n="0715010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0715010" n="0715010"/>房舍者，諸比丘從餘國來
<lb n="0715c04" ed="T"/>問訊世尊，因而往到此。是時比丘早朝得
<lb n="0715c05" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715011" n="0715011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715011" n="0715011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0715011" n="0715011"/>阿揵多食<note place="inline"><anchor xml:id="beg_70" type="star"/>漢<anchor xml:id="end_70"/>言客比丘食</note>，食竟而作是念：『我等宜
<lb n="0715c06" ed="T"/>往觀諸比丘房舍。』是故律本言，往觀房舍，
<lb n="0715c07" ed="T"/>往至諸比丘所。是獼猴先與一比丘作不
<lb n="0715c08" ed="T"/>淨行，獼猴見諸比丘來，意謂諸比丘悉如先
<lb n="0715c09" ed="T"/>比丘無異，卽往到諸比丘所，而以欲心行
<lb n="0715c10" ed="T"/>調，如先所共行婬比丘無異，到已便以欲
<lb n="0715c11" ed="T"/>根向諸比丘，現其婬相，擧尾現示待。恐諸
<lb n="0715c12" ed="T"/>比丘皆有婬意。于久不見，便自作其婬形
<lb n="0715c13" ed="T"/>狀，示諸比丘。諸比丘知獼猴欲爲婬事，諸
<lb n="0715c14" ed="T"/>比丘言：『我等可在屛處，伺乞食道人還，當
<lb n="0715c15" ed="T"/>見其所行。』<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715012" n="0715012"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715012" n="0715012"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0715012" n="0715012"/>定是長老，定者實不虛，如劫
<lb n="0715c16" ed="T"/>盜人具收其<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715013" n="0715013"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715013" n="0715013"/><anchor xml:id="beg0715013" n="0715013"/>藏<anchor xml:id="end0715013"/>不敢隱蔽。實爲長老不
<lb n="0715c17" ed="T"/>作如此耶？女人欲根、畜生女根不異，佛所
<lb n="0715c18" ed="T"/>結戒皆爲此事。人女見者，若見若捉若摩，
<lb n="0715c19" ed="T"/>所爲不淨行者，畜生女亦如是，一切作悉是
<lb n="0715c20" ed="T"/>惡法。汝長老，汝以此方便而作，乃至共畜
<lb n="0715c21" ed="T"/>生，得波羅夷罪，不應共住。若共畜生女以
<lb n="0715c22" ed="T"/>作不淨行，亦言成波羅夷罪。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0715c2212" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「隨結
<lb n="0715c23" ed="T"/>令得堅固，戒有二法，一者、<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0715014" n="0715014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0715014" n="0715014"/>世間自然罪，
<lb n="0715c24" ed="T"/>二者、違聖人語得罪。若心崇於惡法者，卽
<lb n="0715c25" ed="T"/>是世間自然罪法，餘者如來所結戒罪，於世
<lb n="0715c26" ed="T"/>法隨制，以斷結令堅固，唯除夢中，於夢
<lb n="0715c27" ed="T"/>中不犯。制中隨結無性罪，展轉食、別衆食，
<lb n="0715c28" ed="T"/>無性罪隨結，不犯如是世間法。如是如來
<lb n="0715c29" ed="T"/>以爲諸比丘隨結戒已。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0715c2910" cb:place="inline">獼猴品竟。</p>

<lb n="0716a01" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0716a0101">「今起餘法，悉是因<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0716001" n="0716001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0716001" n="0716001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0716001" n="0716001"/>拔闍子而起，如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0716002" n="0716002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0716002" n="0716002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0716002" n="0716002"/>調達
<lb n="0716a02" ed="T"/>得拔闍子<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0716a0201" n="0716a0201"/><anchor xml:id="beg0716a0201" n="0716a0201"/>部<anchor xml:id="end0716a0201"/>黨而破和合僧，此是拔闍子
<lb n="0716a03" ed="T"/>起。又佛涅槃後一百歲，而作非法、非毘尼、非
<lb n="0716a04" ed="T"/>佛敎，皆是拔闍子起。如律本所說，佛已結戒
<lb n="0716a05" ed="T"/>竟，拔闍子<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0716003" n="0716003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0716003" n="0716003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0716003" n="0716003"/>恣<anchor xml:id="end0716003"/>食恣眠已而生欲意，又不捨
<lb n="0716a06" ed="T"/>戒、行婬欲法，而後眷屬壞敗。壞敗者，各逬
<lb n="0716a07" ed="T"/>散爲王所罰，或死亡別離，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0716004" n="0716004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0716004" n="0716004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0716004" n="0716004"/>是<anchor xml:id="end0716004"/>名眷屬壞敗。
<lb n="0716a08" ed="T"/>或病苦逼迫。病者，身體羸損，以羸損故，而
<lb n="0716a09" ed="T"/>生大苦。『大德阿難！我等非毀謗如來者，不
<lb n="0716a10" ed="T"/>說如來罪，不誹謗法，不毀衆僧。我輩自毀
<lb n="0716a11" ed="T"/>身，無福德、無威風。今當修持正法者，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0716005" n="0716005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0716005" n="0716005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0716005" n="0716005"/>三
<lb n="0716a12" ed="T"/>十八觀法。我等輩次第而觀菩提法者，此是
<lb n="0716a13" ed="T"/>阿羅漢道。慧因修集者，令增長。我等而住
<lb n="0716a14" ed="T"/>者，棄捨白衣所住，住淸淨處無所餘作。』阿
<lb n="0716a15" ed="T"/>難答言：『善哉！』是時阿難不知他心，但聞發
<lb n="0716a16" ed="T"/>大誓言。若得如是極爲大善，是故阿難答
<lb n="0716a17" ed="T"/>言：『善哉！』無有是處，此語斷。若應果者，卽言
<lb n="0716a18" ed="T"/>有處，以無果故，而無是處，是故佛答阿難：
<lb n="0716a19" ed="T"/>『無有是處。』如來已觀拔闍子等無有因緣，
<lb n="0716a20" ed="T"/>若佛與拔闍子等具足戒者，此等已得波羅
<lb n="0716a21" ed="T"/>夷罪，不應共住。是故律本所說，無有是處，
<lb n="0716a22" ed="T"/>若至莫與具足戒，若衆僧與具足戒者，非
<lb n="0716a23" ed="T"/>淸淨法，不成沙門，於沙彌地而住。若住沙
<lb n="0716a24" ed="T"/>彌地者，尊重正法所修而得，佛以憐愍此
<lb n="0716a25" ed="T"/>等故，不與具足戒，亦與具足戒。何以故？爲
<lb n="0716a26" ed="T"/>不破戒故，於淸淨法中恭敬尊重，此有因
<lb n="0716a27" ed="T"/>不久得道。是故律本說，若出家者，與具足
<lb n="0716a28" ed="T"/>戒，不與具足戒，此三法已具，如來爲欲結
<lb n="0716a29" ed="T"/>戒，吿諸比丘：『汝當如是說戒。』若比丘不應
<pb n="0716b" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1462.0716b"/>
<lb n="0716b01" ed="T"/>共住。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0716b0103" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「此律本已具，我今當分別說。
