<lb n="0748a16" ed="T"/>兒，以籃貯懸繫屋間，坐住攬至而盪一處，
<lb n="0748a17" ed="T"/>手不移動，比丘坐禪亦復如是。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0748a1713" cb:place="inline">又曰：「譬如
<lb n="0748a18" ed="T"/>守門人，人出入不先遙問，臨到門限然後
<lb n="0748a19" ed="T"/>問之，亦不問所從來及所持雜物，但知其
<lb n="0748a20" ed="T"/>出入而已。比丘坐禪亦復如是，不先逆取

<lb n="0748a25" ed="T"/>看鋸齒，令其正直不觀往還，出息入息亦
<lb n="0748a26" ed="T"/>復如是。現思禪法辦立方便，如大木在地，

<lb n="0748b07" ed="T"/>法，辦立方便往至上處，得如是者，然後
<lb n="0748b08" ed="T"/>按阿那波那念，名爲成就。若比丘入阿那
<lb n="0748b09" ed="T"/>波那念者，此比丘光徹世間，如月從雲得
<lb n="0748b10" ed="T"/>出，光明照於世間。此禪定中有人初作而
<lb n="0748b11" ed="T"/>現瑞相，有人用數息而現瑞相。其瑞云何？
<lb n="0748b12" ed="T"/>此比丘或坐地或坐床上，無有敷具，其坐
<lb n="0748b13" ed="T"/>處柔<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0748013" n="0748013"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0748013" n="0748013"/><anchor xml:id="beg0748013" n="0748013"/>濡<anchor xml:id="end0748013"/>，猶如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0748014" n="0748014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0748014" n="0748014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0748014" n="0748014"/>木綿華無異。何以故？已數

<lb n="0748b15" ed="T"/>心無極故，猶處虛空，出息轉細如有如無，
<lb n="0748b16" ed="T"/>如人打磬初麁後細，坐禪比丘數息亦復如

<lb n="0748b18" ed="T"/>禪定，與餘禪定有異。餘禪定先細後麁，若
<lb n="0748b19" ed="T"/>此比丘入禪，禪相不現，莫從坐起，安心正
<lb n="0748b20" ed="T"/>坐更自思惟。云何思惟？以知禪相不現，而言：
<lb n="0748b21" ed="T"/>『此出息入息，何處有何處無？誰有誰無？』而言：
<lb n="0748b22" ed="T"/>『人在母腹中，無出入息，於水中無出入息，
<lb n="0748b23" ed="T"/>長壽天無出入息，死屍無出入息，入第四禪
<lb n="0748b24" ed="T"/>定無出入息，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0748016" n="0748016"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0748016" n="0748016"/><anchor xml:id="beg0748016" n="0748016"/>色<anchor xml:id="end0748016"/>無色界無出入息，滅盡三
<lb n="0748b25" ed="T"/>昧無出入息。』作是念已，自呵責身：『汝智慧
<lb n="0748b26" ed="T"/>人，非在母腹中，亦非在水，亦非在色無色
<lb n="0748b27" ed="T"/>天，亦非在滅盡三昧，亦非在長壽天，亦非
<lb n="0748b28" ed="T"/>在死屍，亦非入第四禪定，有出息入息極
<lb n="0748b29" ed="T"/>細微，而不能自知。』但更正心，若長鼻者，安

<lb n="0748c05" ed="T"/>如是。』若思念之，禪定卽現，此阿那波那禪

<lb n="0748c11" ed="T"/>人，牛已疲極，其人亦復疲極，解牛而放，放

<lb n="0749b11" ed="T"/>名爲四，亦名爲五，無六無七。初者，欲界
<lb n="0749b12" ed="T"/>心，著心色界心，以此心故，滅五支起五
<lb n="0749b13" ed="T"/>支，具足十相及三善，得第一禪已，卽於觀
<lb n="0749b14" ed="T"/>中思念滅已，得第二禪，如是相滅，得第三

<lb n="0750a24" ed="T"/>脫心者，從煩惱處卽得解脫，從第二禪定
<lb n="0750a25" ed="T"/>離思念，從第三禪定離喜，從第四禪定
<lb n="0750a26" ed="T"/>離苦樂，如是從次第得脫。從定起已，見
<lb n="0750a27" ed="T"/>滅滅法，於毘婆舍那時見無常而捨常法，
<lb n="0750a28" ed="T"/>復見苦復捨樂想，復見無我復捨樂想，心
<lb n="0750a29" ed="T"/>不樂著，因不樂著故，而觀離欲，從欲而
<pb n="0750b" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1462.0750b"/>
<lb n="0750b01" ed="T"/>觀滅想，從起想而觀棄捨，從取心卽解
<lb n="0750b02" ed="T"/>脫。是故律本說，出息入息心卽解脫。如是觀
<lb n="0750b03" ed="T"/>心，此是說四，汝自當知。於第四四中觀無
<lb n="0750b04" ed="T"/>常者，無常想，應當知觀無常，應當知恒觀

<lb n="0750b22" ed="T"/>第三波羅夷。若比丘故斷人命，如是爲初，
<lb n="0750b23" ed="T"/>爲聲聞弟子凡聖雜故，不得罵諸比丘言

<lb n="0750c07" ed="T"/>人身。初心者，初受生心，此語現五欲界，是故

<lb n="0751a06" ed="T"/>「現在相續、過去未滅，譬如人從外値熱而
<lb n="0751a07" ed="T"/>來，入室安坐已，熱氣已滅、冷氣而來，相續不
<lb n="0751a08" ed="T"/>斷，心亦如是，過去生相續、現在不絕，若斷

<lb n="0751a28" ed="T"/>唱言：『汝用此生何？爲不如死。』而取鐵鎚石
<lb n="0751a29" ed="T"/>木繩毒藥種種死具，而近其身讚言：『汝在

<lb n="0751b07" ed="T"/>丘故，餘後句次第易解。若毒藥或刺斫，種
<lb n="0751b08" ed="T"/>種死具不卽死，後因此死者，是比丘得波
<lb n="0751b09" ed="T"/>羅夷罪。我今現羺羊四。云何爲羺羊四？有
<lb n="0751b10" ed="T"/>一比丘，見<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0751014" n="0751014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0751014" n="0751014"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0751014" n="0751014"/>羺羊眠一處，而作憶識：『我夜當
<lb n="0751b11" ed="T"/>殺此羺羊。』移眠餘處。於羺羊處，或父或母
<lb n="0751b12" ed="T"/>或阿羅漢來補，以衣覆體而眠。此比丘往
<lb n="0751b13" ed="T"/>至，夜闇不別是人，言是羺羊，取刀而斫殺，
<lb n="0751b14" ed="T"/>或得父死，或得母死，或得阿羅漢死，得波
<lb n="0751b15" ed="T"/>羅夷逆罪。何以故？初作殺羊心，臨下刀時
<lb n="0751b16" ed="T"/>生心言：『不期是羊、不期是人，我正斷此
<lb n="0751b17" ed="T"/>命。』是故得波羅夷逆罪。有一比丘來補羊
<lb n="0751b18" ed="T"/>處而眠，殺者言：『此是。』卽殺，得波羅夷罪，不
<lb n="0751b19" ed="T"/>得逆罪。夜叉鬼神來補羊處，殺者而言：『此
<lb n="0751b20" ed="T"/>是。』卽殺，得偷蘭遮罪，不得五逆罪。若羊，得
<lb n="0751b21" ed="T"/>波夜提罪。若心期殺父母、阿羅漢，次第而得，
<lb n="0751b22" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0751015" n="0751015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0751015" n="0751015"/><anchor xml:id="beg0751015" n="0751015"/>得<anchor xml:id="end0751015"/>波羅夷逆罪。知父在軍中，望軍而射，
<lb n="0751b23" ed="T"/>著父死，得波羅夷逆罪，若非父波羅夷罪。</p>
<lb n="0751b24" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0751b2401">「敎殺長人得短人，敎殺絳衣人而殺白
<lb n="0751b25" ed="T"/>衣人，敎者得脫重罪，殺者得波羅夷。若敎
<lb n="0751b26" ed="T"/>言隨得而殺，隨死俱得罪。敎人今日殺，受
<lb n="0751b27" ed="T"/>敎者明日殺；若敎明日殺，而卽今日殺；敎
<lb n="0751b28" ed="T"/>中前殺，中後殺，殺者得波羅夷罪，敎者脫
<lb n="0751b29" ed="T"/>重罪。若敎隨時殺，若殺俱得重罪。敎言：『若

<lb n="0751c01" ed="T"/>有人來至此處，汝當殺。』所期人未來，敎者

<lb n="0751c04" ed="T"/>敎者心生念：『我當先殺伴。』下刀還得所期
<lb n="0751c05" ed="T"/>人，殺者敎者俱得重罪。若展轉敎殺，犯不

<lb n="0751c07" ed="T"/>殺比丘，敎時未得道，臨殺時此比丘已得
<lb n="0751c08" ed="T"/>羅漢，敎者殺者俱得波羅夷逆罪。不靜謂靜
<lb n="0751c09" ed="T"/>者，不靜眼不見，謂言是靜。若供養時，於怨
<lb n="0751c10" ed="T"/>家比丘中，與諸比丘共來，於前而坐，爲闇
<lb n="0751c11" ed="T"/>所蔽而不知來，而作是言：『此某甲名字，賊
<lb n="0751c12" ed="T"/>何不殺之？毒蛇何不<anchor xml:id="beg_105" type="star"/>嚙<anchor xml:id="end_105"/>之？人何不毒藥
<lb n="0751c13" ed="T"/>之？我意極樂此人死。』如是之語，是名不靜

<lb n="0751c20" ed="T"/>或令投身山巖，如此之死，死已必當得物，
<lb n="0751c21" ed="T"/>或復得人身財富無量，或得生天，此是以
<lb n="0751c22" ed="T"/>身敎之。或搖手或搖足或攝眼，唱言者，開
<lb n="0751c23" ed="T"/>口出聲隨意所讚，敎其令死。此人知其讚
<lb n="0751c24" ed="T"/>歎時，得突吉羅罪，隨其讚取死，苦痛而不
<lb n="0751c25" ed="T"/>死，得偷蘭遮罪，若死波羅夷罪。若此人不
<lb n="0751c26" ed="T"/>解其讚，餘人解而言：『我死必得生天。』卽取
<lb n="0751c27" ed="T"/>死，讚者無罪。若爲二人讚者，隨死得波羅

<lb n="0752a11" ed="T"/>種死者，得波羅夷罪，若父母死得波羅夷逆
<lb n="0752a12" ed="T"/>罪，若後生悔心燒經，得初作經突吉羅罪。
<lb n="0752a13" ed="T"/>若衆多比丘共作讚死經，若有讀經有死
<lb n="0752a14" ed="T"/>者，衆多比丘悉得波羅夷，若隨得其父母
<lb n="0752a15" ed="T"/>死，得波羅夷逆罪。若造作讚死經，有人偷
<lb n="0752a16" ed="T"/>取讀，因此有死者，造作比丘得波羅夷罪。
<lb n="0752a17" ed="T"/>若遭<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0752002" n="0752002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0752002" n="0752002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0752002" n="0752002"/>浛<anchor xml:id="end0752002"/>或遺落去失，有人拾得，依經取死，

<lb n="0752a19" ed="T"/>命初事。若比丘有殺心，掘地作坑，令某甲
<lb n="0752a20" ed="T"/>墮中死，初掘出地得突吉羅罪，若墮坑受
<lb n="0752a21" ed="T"/>苦得偷蘭遮罪，若死者得波羅夷罪，若餘
<lb n="0752a22" ed="T"/>人墮死者，比丘無罪。若爲一切作坑，人墮
<lb n="0752a23" ed="T"/>死得波羅夷，若父母墮死得波羅夷逆罪。若
<lb n="0752a24" ed="T"/>坑深，有人擔食糧落坑中不卽死，後噉食
<lb n="0752a25" ed="T"/>盡必定死，無有出期，初落坑，作坑者已得
<lb n="0752a26" ed="T"/>波羅夷罪。若作坑本擬殺人，人不來而自
<lb n="0752a27" ed="T"/>悞落坑死，初作坑時得突吉羅罪。復有人
<lb n="0752a28" ed="T"/>落坑，手脚折不卽死，又得出坑已，後因此
<lb n="0752a29" ed="T"/>而死，作坑者得波羅夷罪，若因餘因緣死

<lb n="0752b01" ed="T"/>不犯。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0752b0103" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「敎人作坑，犯不犯如前所說。
<lb n="0752b02" ed="T"/>若作坑取鬼神，初作坑時及鬼神落中受
<lb n="0752b03" ed="T"/>苦，得突吉羅罪，若死者偷蘭遮，人與畜生
<lb n="0752b04" ed="T"/>落死不犯。若後有悔心，自塡塞坑，又餘緣
<lb n="0752b05" ed="T"/>敗壞不犯。若作種種殺具使人死，犯不犯
<lb n="0752b06" ed="T"/>如前說。不故作者，或餘事作坑，有落者不
<lb n="0752b07" ed="T"/>犯。或說苦空無常不淨觀，人聞此而自取
<lb n="0752b08" ed="T"/>死不犯。廣說律本竟。</p><p xml:id="pT24p0752b0809" cb:place="inline">「今說殺戒因緣。或從
<lb n="0752b09" ed="T"/>身心起得罪，或口心作得罪，或用身心口

<lb n="0752b17" ed="T"/>丘，愼勿讚死，正可說言：『長老持戒具足，莫
<lb n="0752b18" ed="T"/>戀著住處及諸衣物、知識朋友，但存念三
<lb n="0752b19" ed="T"/>寶及念身不淨，三界中愼莫懈怠，隨壽命
<lb n="0752b20" ed="T"/>長短。』若此病比丘因語而死，如是因說法

<lb n="0753a06" ed="T"/>答言：『汝可按殺，兒自墮。』比丘敎按，女人以
<lb n="0753a07" ed="T"/>熱氣熨之，比丘無罪；若比丘敎自按殺，女
<lb n="0753a08" ed="T"/>人喚餘人爲按殺，比丘無罪；若但敎按卽
<lb n="0753a09" ed="T"/>死，隨其自按，若餘人按死者，比丘得重罪。
<lb n="0753a10" ed="T"/>無兒女句者，一切女人無不受胎者，何以
<lb n="0753a11" ed="T"/>喚爲無兒？若欲受胎時，一切女人受胎，若
<lb n="0753a12" ed="T"/>有罪業衆生入胎，一彈指之頃卽滅，是故無
<lb n="0753a13" ed="T"/>兒。或女人四大不和，風吹而滅，或兒處有
<lb n="0753a14" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0753002" n="0753002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0753002" n="0753002"/><anchor xml:id="beg0753002" n="0753002"/>蟲<anchor xml:id="end0753002"/>，亦生<anchor xml:id="beg_10a" type="star"/>蟲<anchor xml:id="end_10a"/>噉而滅，是故名爲無兒。此比

<lb n="0753a18" ed="T"/>丘尼、式叉摩尼、沙彌、沙彌尼合藥者無罪。若
<lb n="0753a19" ed="T"/>諸同學自有藥者爲合，若無藥自有亦與，若
<lb n="0753a20" ed="T"/>自無者，亦可爲往自恣請檀越家求藥，不
<lb n="0753a21" ed="T"/>得復往餘家。復有五種得與藥。何謂爲五？

<lb n="0753b05" ed="T"/>藥，一者兄，二者弟，三者姊，四者妹，五者叔

<lb n="0753b07" ed="T"/>舅，十者伯舅，此等自有藥者爲合，若無可

<lb n="0753b12" ed="T"/>藥？可與外甥與弟子，汝自與汝父母。若

<lb n="0753b16" ed="T"/>藥，自與得。和<anchor xml:id="beg_10d" type="star"/>上<anchor xml:id="end_10d"/>看弟子亦如是。若餘人有
<lb n="0753b17" ed="T"/>病，或賊或軍人被創，來投入寺，比丘若有
<lb n="0753b18" ed="T"/>眷屬，就眷屬乞藥得與，若無眷屬，有善
<lb n="0753b19" ed="T"/>優婆塞，就乞亦得與。若有檀越供養衆僧

<lb n="0753c07" ed="T"/>作供養。』」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0753c0704" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「如是智慧人，能利益衆生，
<lb n="0753c08" ed="T"/>於己亦無罪，如是作善。若白衣言：『大德！請

<lb n="0753c13" ed="T"/>吉羅罪。若國王及聚落大檀越有病者，遣人

<lb n="0754a18" ed="T"/>敎一比丘來入房中，令其安樂住止，是故
<lb n="0754a19" ed="T"/>無罪。若有殺心令入死者犯重罪，不死
<lb n="0754a20" ed="T"/>犯偷蘭遮罪。不但惡夜叉，或有毒蛇虎狼

<lb n="0754a26" ed="T"/>覺知，伺夜當殺之。』而先觀住處，知已而還，
<lb n="0754a27" ed="T"/>至夜往怨家比丘所，而多有伴，此比丘闇
