<lb n="0755b05" ed="T"/>進比丘持戒具足，或得須陀洹、斯陀含、阿那
<lb n="0755b06" ed="T"/>含乃至阿羅漢，或凡夫比丘持戒淸淨，以波
<lb n="0755b07" ed="T"/>羅夷法謗之，憎嫉他行，自稱己是淸淨人，
<lb n="0755b08" ed="T"/>如是謗諸賢聖，偷竊聖法，是名第三大賊。</p>
<lb n="0755b09" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0755b0901">「重物者，如盜戒無異，乃至五<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0755006" n="0755006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0755006" n="0755006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0755006" n="0755006"/>摩沙迦盜取，
<lb n="0755b10" ed="T"/>是名重物。佛吿諸比丘：『有五種重物，不應
<lb n="0755b11" ed="T"/>與人，僧亦不得與，衆亦不得與，一人亦
<lb n="0755b12" ed="T"/>不得與，若與者得偷蘭遮罪。何謂爲五？一
<lb n="0755b13" ed="T"/>者園，二者<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0755007" n="0755007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0755007" n="0755007"/><anchor xml:id="beg0755007" n="0755007"/>地<anchor xml:id="end0755007"/>，三者鐵物，四者木物，五者土
<lb n="0755b14" ed="T"/>物，以此諸重物，不得妄與人。』佛吿諸比
<lb n="0755b15" ed="T"/>丘：『五種不得分，僧衆一人園爲初，若分得

<lb n="0755b17" ed="T"/>廣說，今此略說。以取者，以此重物而取白
<lb n="0755b18" ed="T"/>衣意，希望白衣不可與人，而偷取以餉致
<lb n="0755b19" ed="T"/>白衣，佞取其意，此是第四大賊也。以此重
<lb n="0755b20" ed="T"/>物餉致白衣者，名汚他家，因汚他家得
<lb n="0755b21" ed="T"/>突吉羅罪，應驅出衆。復有比丘，取僧物
<lb n="0755b22" ed="T"/>如己物無異，行用與人得偷蘭遮罪，若以
<lb n="0755b23" ed="T"/>偷心取者，隨<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0755009" n="0755009"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0755009" n="0755009"/><anchor xml:id="beg0755009" n="0755009"/>宜<anchor xml:id="end0755009"/>多少結罪，此是名爲第五
<lb n="0755b24" ed="T"/>大賊。賊無過此賊，聖利法者，此法極細微，
<lb n="0755b25" ed="T"/>若金銀珍寶亦可偷取，此法不可偷取，是
<lb n="0755b26" ed="T"/>故律本說，聖利法者，而自說有，於身中無
<lb n="0755b27" ed="T"/>聖利法，自言聖利法已在我身。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0755b2713" cb:place="inline">問曰：「此無
<lb n="0755b28" ed="T"/>離本處，云何名爲賊？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0755b2809" cb:place="inline">答曰：「不能得名爲
<lb n="0755b29" ed="T"/>賊。何以故？爲因空誑妄語，而得大利養

<lb n="0755c01" ed="T"/>故，以方便取之。是故律本說，佛吿諸比丘：
<lb n="0755c02" ed="T"/>『盜取人飮食者，此<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0755010" n="0755010"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0755010" n="0755010"/><anchor xml:id="beg0755010" n="0755010"/>亦<anchor xml:id="end0755010"/>名大賊。』何以故？以
<lb n="0755c03" ed="T"/>無實故假名有實，言：『我是阿羅漢。』聖法在
<lb n="0755c04" ed="T"/>他，而假偷在己。譬如獵師欲殺群鹿，若
<lb n="0755c05" ed="T"/>以人形往者，鹿見必走，以方便故，以草木
<lb n="0755c06" ed="T"/>纏身，身非草木，而現示是草木形，諸群鹿
<lb n="0755c07" ed="T"/>見者謂之草木，而來就之，卽殺取。比丘亦
<lb n="0755c08" ed="T"/>復如是，非阿羅漢，假示是阿羅漢，現阿羅
<lb n="0755c09" ed="T"/>漢相，信心檀越謂是眞實，以餚饍飮食而
<lb n="0755c10" ed="T"/>供養之，亦如獵師假形<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0755011" n="0755011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0755011" n="0755011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0755011" n="0755011"/>謀<anchor xml:id="end0755011"/>鹿，如此比丘

<lb n="0755c18" ed="T"/>物，如此之虛假，定無一可取。惡比丘亦復
<lb n="0755c19" ed="T"/>如是。第二偈者，何以如來作如是說：『寧吞
<lb n="0755c20" ed="T"/>鐵火丸，而不吞檀越供養施食。』何以故？吞
<lb n="0755c21" ed="T"/>鐵火丸肝腸爛死，不以此因緣墮於地
<lb n="0755c22" ed="T"/>獄，是故作如是說。訶責婆裘比丘已，吿諸
<lb n="0755c23" ed="T"/>比丘，說戒時作如是言：『若比丘空誑妄語爲
<lb n="0755c24" ed="T"/>初。』佛結第四波羅夷堅已，復次隨結，除
<lb n="0755c25" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0755016" n="0755016"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0755016" n="0755016"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0755016" n="0755016"/>增上慢者。如是佛已爲比丘說隨結已，

<lb n="0755c27" ed="T"/>阿羅漢想，而謂已見，如是未至謂至，未得
<lb n="0755c28" ed="T"/>謂得。未得句者，以道諦未得。作眞實者，
<lb n="0755c29" ed="T"/>以慧眼覆見眞實。增上慢者，作是言：『我已

<lb n="0756a01" ed="T"/>得聖利法。』於中生慢，或言過慢，或言增慢，
<lb n="0756a02" ed="T"/>自念言：『我於阿羅漢法，我已作之。』云何慢？

<lb n="0756a07" ed="T"/>眼覆觀，無有未得謂得狐疑。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0756a0712" cb:place="inline">「云何狐疑？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0756a0716" cb:place="inline">「我
<lb n="0756a08" ed="T"/>得須陀洹、斯陀含、阿那含爲初，如是於四
<lb n="0756a09" ed="T"/>道果慢不起，復不起慢於破戒人。云何不
<lb n="0756a10" ed="T"/>起？於聖利法無有分故。如禪人好眠爲
<lb n="0756a11" ed="T"/>事，此人不起。起慢人者，先持戒具足而入禪
<lb n="0756a12" ed="T"/>定，得禪定已，未分別名色，始入毘婆舍那，
<lb n="0756a13" ed="T"/>三想具足心絕勇猛，或得舍摩陀，或二十年
<lb n="0756a14" ed="T"/>或三十年中不起，因勇猛行毘婆舍那力故，
<lb n="0756a15" ed="T"/>自念言：『我得須陀洹道、斯陀含、阿那含。』增上
<lb n="0756a16" ed="T"/>慢如是，若能善持舍摩<anchor xml:id="beg_113" type="star"/>陀<anchor xml:id="end_113"/>，非但二十三十
<lb n="0756a17" ed="T"/>年，乃至八十年百年煩惱不起。是以生增上
<lb n="0756a18" ed="T"/>慢言：『我得阿羅漢。』是故如來除增上慢，不
<lb n="0756a19" ed="T"/>入空誑妄語聖利法。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0756a1909" cb:place="inline">答曰：「言禪定解脫三昧
<lb n="0756a20" ed="T"/>入空慧眼，如是禪定爲初。一切諸法，是名
<lb n="0756a21" ed="T"/>爲聖利法。惡比丘以此法爲己有，或以己
<lb n="0756a22" ed="T"/>身現爲法，有聖利滿足見者，世間過世間，
<lb n="0756a23" ed="T"/>用慧知諸法，如肉眼見無異。慧眼者，三知
<lb n="0756a24" ed="T"/>也。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0756a2402" cb:place="inline">問曰：「慧與眼爲一爲異？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0756a2411" cb:place="inline">答曰：「一也，慧卽
<lb n="0756a25" ed="T"/>眼，眼卽慧。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0756a2505" cb:place="inline">問曰：「若爾者，何不直言慧？何須
<lb n="0756a26" ed="T"/>言眼，亦不須言慧？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0756a2608" cb:place="inline">答曰：「不然，所以如眼
<lb n="0756a27" ed="T"/>不異，故名慧眼。過人法向男女說者，此是
<lb n="0756a28" ed="T"/>指示說處也，非天、梵、魔，亦非夜叉、餓鬼、畜
<lb n="0756a29" ed="T"/>生。我如是知、如是見者，此說其因緣，知如

<lb n="0756b01" ed="T"/>是見如是，禪定爲初，如是見如是我知。若
<lb n="0756b02" ed="T"/>撿挍若不撿挍者，此令人知已得罪也，當
<lb n="0756b03" ed="T"/>時說已得波羅夷罪。已得竟，或有撿挍或

<lb n="0756b10" ed="T"/>得爲暮得？』復問處：『何處得也？爲樹下、爲
<lb n="0756b11" ed="T"/>阿蘭若、爲空閑得耶？』問已復問：『若煩惱已
<lb n="0756b12" ed="T"/>滅，去幾餘有幾？以何道滅之？以須陀洹道，
<lb n="0756b13" ed="T"/>爲斯陀含道？於一一道中，汝得何法？』若有

<lb n="0756b19" ed="T"/>得須陀洹、斯陀含？若答悉著者，若有小小
<lb n="0756b20" ed="T"/>異者，卽不信。何以故？若有智慧聰明比丘，

<lb n="0756c01" ed="T"/>比丘，如霹靂著身，亦無恐怖，若有恐怖，則
<lb n="0756c02" ed="T"/>非阿羅漢；若不恐怖，一毛不竪，如師子王，
<lb n="0756c03" ed="T"/>此比丘若說聖利法善者，王及諸大臣有供
<lb n="0756c04" ed="T"/>養<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0756011" n="0756011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0756011" n="0756011"/><anchor xml:id="beg0756011" n="0756011"/>者<anchor xml:id="end0756011"/>，皆悉堪受。惡比丘者破戒也，比丘有
<lb n="0756c05" ed="T"/>戒者善比丘也。令人知我者，以惡心而假
<lb n="0756c06" ed="T"/>現聖利，無有實想，得波羅夷。已樂自令淨
<lb n="0756c07" ed="T"/>者，自念言：『我已得波羅夷罪，我今云何得
<lb n="0756c08" ed="T"/>淨也？』如來所以結戒，比丘犯波羅夷罪，於
<lb n="0756c09" ed="T"/>天禪定解脫智慧住樂道者，皆悉障礙不復
<lb n="0756c10" ed="T"/>得。如律本中說半偈：</p>
<lb n="0756c11" ed="T"/><lg xml:id="lgT24p0756c1101"><l>「『沙門不持戒，</l><l>死必入地獄。』</l></lg>
<lb n="0756c12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0756c1201">「若於比丘中戒不具足，還作白衣、優婆塞、
<lb n="0756c13" ed="T"/>沙彌戒、持五戒淸信士，如此於涅槃道無
<lb n="0756c14" ed="T"/>有障礙，是故於白衣相淨。是故破戒比丘
<lb n="0756c15" ed="T"/>樂淨者，還作沙彌及白衣淸信士。是故律本
<lb n="0756c16" ed="T"/>中說，樂欲得淨。我不知言知、不見言見，我
<lb n="0756c17" ed="T"/>空誑妄語，空誑妄語者，此無義語也，依止前
<lb n="0756c18" ed="T"/>三波羅夷，若人得此罪，名爲波羅夷。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0756c1815" cb:place="inline">法師

<lb n="0756c21" ed="T"/>方便令人得知，入禪定者，入第一禪定、第

<lb n="0756c26" ed="T"/>所說。若言我入三昧得道，發語知者，已得
<lb n="0756c27" ed="T"/>波羅夷罪。或言我得智慧，或言得三達智，
<lb n="0756c28" ed="T"/>或言得三十七菩提<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0756015" n="0756015"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0756015" n="0756015"/><anchor xml:id="beg0756015" n="0756015"/>黨<anchor xml:id="end0756015"/>法，得初力、得善作、

<lb n="0757a01" ed="T"/>如是爲初，此是須陀洹道，以第三道離瞋
<lb n="0757a02" ed="T"/>恚欲，以第四道離愚癡，是故律本中說，我
<lb n="0757a03" ed="T"/>已離欲，若如是說，得波羅夷罪。</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757a0313" cb:place="inline">「或言六通
<lb n="0757a04" ed="T"/>中我一一已得，亦得波羅夷罪。若言我前世
<lb n="0757a05" ed="T"/>已得六通，我今欲得，如此不得重罪。或言
<lb n="0757a06" ed="T"/>我得四辯犯重。或言我入滅盡三昧不犯
<lb n="0757a07" ed="T"/>重。何以故？滅盡三昧，非聖人定、非凡人定，
<lb n="0757a08" ed="T"/>若有人疑，是阿那含、阿羅漢，令人知我如
<lb n="0757a09" ed="T"/>是，令人知人卽知。又言我已從迦葉佛時
<lb n="0757a10" ed="T"/>得須陀洹道，不犯重罪，何以故？如來<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0757001" n="0757001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0757001" n="0757001"/><anchor xml:id="beg0757001" n="0757001"/>以<anchor xml:id="end0757001"/>

<lb n="0757a12" ed="T"/>昧亦如是。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757a1205" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「空誑妄語罪相已結定，
<lb n="0757a13" ed="T"/>今至有三轉，取第一禪爲初，乃至離五蓋
<lb n="0757a14" ed="T"/>一，此是第一轉。第二轉取第二定爲初，第
<lb n="0757a15" ed="T"/>三轉取第三定爲初，我如是入如是定，如
<lb n="0757a16" ed="T"/>是起如是作，已如是通達無礙，有如是說，
<lb n="0757a17" ed="T"/>悉得重罪。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757a1705" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「妄語有三種。何謂爲三？
<lb n="0757a18" ed="T"/>一者自念言：『我今欲妄語。』二者開口成妄
<lb n="0757a19" ed="T"/>語，三者妄語已自念言：『我已妄語。』是名三種
<lb n="0757a20" ed="T"/>妄語。復有妄語，初念言：『我今妄語。』臨發言
<lb n="0757a21" ed="T"/>而實語，不成妄語，如此不得重罪。復有
<lb n="0757a22" ed="T"/>妄語，我欲禪發言而禪，我欲入定，如此不
<lb n="0757a23" ed="T"/>犯重。復有妄語，初發思妄語，發口言妄語，
<lb n="0757a24" ed="T"/>語已妄語，如此三相具足，是妄語是爲眞實
<lb n="0757a25" ed="T"/>妄語。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757a2503" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「若如此不成妄語。何以故？心
<lb n="0757a26" ed="T"/>心起滅如一刹那，前心非後心，後心非前心，
<lb n="0757a27" ed="T"/>是故一心不具足三相。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757a2710" cb:place="inline">答曰：「不爾，所以如
<lb n="0757a28" ed="T"/>來結戒，心心相續如一無異，是故犯重。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757a2816" cb:place="inline">問
<lb n="0757a29" ed="T"/>曰：「三相何者爲正？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757a2908" cb:place="inline">答曰：「初發爲正。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757a2914" cb:place="inline">法師曰：

<lb n="0757b01" ed="T"/>「我今斷說，何者得罪？言我今正得者，卽得
<lb n="0757b02" ed="T"/>罪，若言曾得、欲得不犯重，此三轉品竟。欲
<lb n="0757b03" ed="T"/>說者，我欲說第一禪定，後發語我入第二
<lb n="0757b04" ed="T"/>禪定，此是語誤，第三、第四禪定亦如是誤，悉
<lb n="0757b05" ed="T"/>犯重罪。何以故？爲其地故。如言我欲捨
<lb n="0757b06" ed="T"/>僧，而誤捨法，我欲捨法，誤言捨佛，戒亦
<lb n="0757b07" ed="T"/>卽失，今空誑妄語小小有異。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757b0712" cb:place="inline">問曰：「何謂爲
<lb n="0757b08" ed="T"/>異？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757b0802" cb:place="inline">答曰：「捨戒雖現身相，戒亦不去，要須
<lb n="0757b09" ed="T"/>發語而失。若向人說我得道人，未卽解語，
<lb n="0757b10" ed="T"/>良久方解，不卽知故不犯，不犯重得偷蘭
<lb n="0757b11" ed="T"/>遮罪。又有比丘向人說，此人亦不知禪
<lb n="0757b12" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0757003" n="0757003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0757003" n="0757003"/><anchor xml:id="beg0757003" n="0757003"/>想<anchor xml:id="end0757003"/>，亦未曾得禪，不解禪義，隨世間語禪
<lb n="0757b13" ed="T"/>定而已。若比丘說，此人聞已言：『此比丘已得
<lb n="0757b14" ed="T"/>禪定、已入禪定。』若如是知者，卽犯重罪，欲
<lb n="0757b15" ed="T"/>說品竟。次方便轉者，隨律文句解說，而向
<lb n="0757b16" ed="T"/>白衣說者，言若人受檀越飮食衣服房舍湯
<lb n="0757b17" ed="T"/>藥者得阿羅漢，以方便不自說名字故，
<lb n="0757b18" ed="T"/>犯偷蘭遮罪，若檀越不解語犯突吉羅罪。」</p>
<lb n="0757b19" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT24p0757b1901">法師曰：「如是種種方便，欲令人解，罪相輕
<lb n="0757b20" ed="T"/>重，汝自當知。我今說無罪者，除增上慢
<lb n="0757b21" ed="T"/>者無罪，不欲向人說、誤說無罪，實得、向、同
<lb n="0757b22" ed="T"/>意說不犯，最初未制戒婆裘河比丘不犯，
<lb n="0757b23" ed="T"/>顚狂、心亂不犯，此因緣本起從身心口，此是
<lb n="0757b24" ed="T"/>性罪。受者，樂受。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757b2407" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「此是律本所說，今
<lb n="0757b25" ed="T"/>次隨結。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757b2504" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「次第至隨結，若有難解者，
<lb n="0757b26" ed="T"/>我今當解說。增上慢句者，前已說，次第二人
<lb n="0757b27" ed="T"/>令人疑句，我<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0757004" n="0757004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0757004" n="0757004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0757004" n="0757004"/>今<anchor xml:id="end0757004"/>阿練若處住，人當疑我得
<lb n="0757b28" ed="T"/>阿羅漢，或疑我得斯陀含乃至須陀洹，以此
<lb n="0757b29" ed="T"/>疑故，當大得利養，若初作如是心時，得
<pb n="0757c" ed="T" xml:id="T24.1462.0757c"/>
<lb n="0757c01" ed="T"/>突吉羅罪，從寺往阿練若處，步步得突吉
<lb n="0757c02" ed="T"/>羅罪，至阿練若處起作，皆得突吉羅罪。後
<lb n="0757c03" ed="T"/>有人疑、無人疑，得利養及不得利養，皆
<lb n="0757c04" ed="T"/>突吉羅罪。又有比丘受頭陀法：『我不宜在
<lb n="0757c05" ed="T"/>聚落，宜在阿練若處，此是淸淨處，若淸淨
<lb n="0757c06" ed="T"/>我當得一一道果，及阿練若處若<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0757005" n="0757005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0757005" n="0757005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0757005" n="0757005"/>入<anchor xml:id="end0757005"/>已，不
<lb n="0757c07" ed="T"/>得阿羅漢果我終不出。』又自念言：『如來讚
<lb n="0757c08" ed="T"/>歎阿練若住處，若我在阿練若處，諸同學見
<lb n="0757c09" ed="T"/>我，亦樂入阿練若處。』若如是住者便無罪。
<lb n="0757c10" ed="T"/>第三句者，我欲入聚落乞食，著衣持鉢現
<lb n="0757c11" ed="T"/>聖利<anchor xml:id="beg_114" type="star"/>想<anchor xml:id="end_114"/>乃至食竟，悉突吉羅罪，若得利養
<lb n="0757c12" ed="T"/>若不得利養，悉突吉羅罪。又自念言：『我欲
<lb n="0757c13" ed="T"/>入聚落乞食學聖人法，爲今世後世，諸同
<lb n="0757c14" ed="T"/>學見我持鉢乞食，讚歎言善，此是眞如來
<lb n="0757c15" ed="T"/>法，若我等不行此法，實有慚愧。』若生如是
<lb n="0757c16" ed="T"/>心乞食無罪。第四句者，向檀越言：『若人
<lb n="0757c17" ed="T"/>住在檀越寺。』爲不說名字故，不得波羅
<lb n="0757c18" ed="T"/>夷罪。令人疑者，此句易可解耳。言煩
<lb n="0757c19" ed="T"/>惱，若向白衣說煩惱盡，隨語得波羅夷
<lb n="0757c20" ed="T"/>罪。若空靜處說言：『我得阿羅漢。』得突吉
<lb n="0757c21" ed="T"/>羅罪。若檀越所供養比丘，此比丘是阿羅
<lb n="0757c22" ed="T"/>漢，此句易可解耳，不須廣說。</p><p xml:id="pT24p0757c2212" cb:place="inline">「病句者，非
<lb n="0757c23" ed="T"/>人所能堪忍，唯我能忍此苦，此文句者無
<lb n="0757c24" ed="T"/>罪。若言非凡人所能堪忍，唯我一人能忍
<lb n="0757c25" ed="T"/>此苦，若作如是語者，得偷蘭遮罪。婆羅門
<lb n="0757c26" ed="T"/>句者，此婆羅門信心於法，是故言善來羅漢，
<lb n="0757c27" ed="T"/>如是飮食供養，一一皆喚爲羅漢；爲信心
<lb n="0757c28" ed="T"/>故，喚爲羅漢，受如此供養供給，一一悉不
<lb n="0757c29" ed="T"/>犯。佛<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0757006" n="0757006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0757006" n="0757006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0757006" n="0757006"/>吿<anchor xml:id="end0757006"/>比丘：『如此讚歎之言，應生慚愧

<lb n="0758a01" ed="T"/>心而受，受已當勤行道以求羅漢。』次還俗
<lb n="0758a02" ed="T"/>句者，如我等輩於俗法已斷，此非貢高語，
<lb n="0758a03" ed="T"/>是故無罪。障礙句者，於白衣法已障亦言
<lb n="0758a04" ed="T"/>已離，於律本罪想已說。從寺出者，若人先
<lb n="0758a05" ed="T"/>從此寺出，此比丘得阿羅漢。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0758a0512" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「此是
<lb n="0758a06" ed="T"/>略說耳，今當廣說。云何廣說？若言從寺出，
<lb n="0758a07" ed="T"/>或從房出，或從戒壇出，或言渡江，如是衆
<lb n="0758a08" ed="T"/>多僧已有制。若比丘前出者，此比丘是羅漢，
<lb n="0758a09" ed="T"/>若欲令人知前出犯波羅夷。若有因緣師
<lb n="0758a10" ed="T"/>僧遣去，及父母急難因緣出去不犯。若因
<lb n="0758a11" ed="T"/>此事出欲現羅漢想亦不犯。若乘車及以
<lb n="0758a12" ed="T"/>神力出不犯。律本中說，若步出犯，若立制
<lb n="0758a13" ed="T"/>已，卽日出不犯。若阿練若比丘立制，若坐
<lb n="0758a14" ed="T"/>此樹下者得阿羅漢，若在此經行處，此比
<lb n="0758a15" ed="T"/>丘亦得阿羅漢，我等應以香華供養。若有
<lb n="0758a16" ed="T"/>惡比丘，樂欲得此供養，樹下坐者及往經
<lb n="0758a17" ed="T"/>行處，得波羅夷罪。若有白衣作寺，若比丘
<lb n="0758a18" ed="T"/>入我寺者，是阿羅漢，若有惡比丘入此寺
<lb n="0758a19" ed="T"/>者，犯波羅夷罪。若衆僧立制，於夏三月中，
<lb n="0758a20" ed="T"/>莫語莫眠、莫出莫受檀越供養，若如是非
<lb n="0758a21" ed="T"/>法制，不從不犯。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0758001" n="0758001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0758001" n="0758001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0758001" n="0758001"/>長老勒佉<g ref="#CB00145">㝹</g>者，身相具足，
<lb n="0758a22" ed="T"/>如梵王身故，名勒佉<g ref="#CB00145">㝹</g>。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0758a2210" cb:place="inline">問曰：「此勒佉<g ref="#CB00145">㝹</g>何
<lb n="0758a23" ed="T"/>時出家？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0758a2304" cb:place="inline">答曰：「與千梵志同善來出家，得具
<lb n="0758a24" ed="T"/>足戒。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0758a2403" cb:place="inline">又問曰：「此勒佉<g ref="#CB00145">㝹</g>，因聞何法而得阿
<lb n="0758a25" ed="T"/>羅漢？」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0758a2503" cb:place="inline">答曰：「因聞《光明經》卽得阿羅漢，目連
<lb n="0758a26" ed="T"/>從出家，七日便卽得道。發含笑者，是小笑
<lb n="0758a27" ed="T"/>也。因何而笑？已在律本，不須重說。<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0758002" n="0758002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0758002" n="0758002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0758002" n="0758002"/>骨骨

<lb n="0758b02" ed="T"/>佛慧眼自念己身，如此細微衆生我今得
<lb n="0758b03" ed="T"/>見。』念已生歡喜心，故發含笑。復自念言：『如
<lb n="0758b04" ed="T"/>此餓鬼之苦，我今得脫，我得善利。』如修多
<lb n="0758b05" ed="T"/>羅中說，佛吿諸比丘：『因緣果報不可思議，
<lb n="0758b06" ed="T"/>若思議者則成顚狂。』是故如此因緣不可
<lb n="0758b07" ed="T"/>思議，如律本中說，勒佉<g ref="#CB00145">㝹</g>問目連：『以何因
<lb n="0758b08" ed="T"/>緣而發含笑？』目連答言：『若欲問者，於佛前
<lb n="0758b09" ed="T"/>而問。』骨骨相連者，<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0758004" n="0758004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0758004" n="0758004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0758004" n="0758004"/>其<anchor xml:id="end0758004"/>骨形長一由旬，無筋
<lb n="0758b10" ed="T"/>肉也。衆鳥飛逐者，爲是眞鳥、爲化鳥？此是
<lb n="0758b11" ed="T"/>夜叉鬼，鬼口純鐵爲嘴。發大叫聲者，此是
<lb n="0758b12" ed="T"/>號哭大苦惱聲也。此骨若有人來觸者，如新
<lb n="0758b13" ed="T"/>破癰瘡，苦痛如是。咄哉者，歎其苦也。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0758b1315" cb:place="inline">法師

<lb n="0758b16" ed="T"/>眼也。』是故律本中說，目連已成天眼，得見
<lb n="0758b17" ed="T"/>如是。佛吿諸比丘：『我已曾見如是衆生，我
<lb n="0758b18" ed="T"/>於菩提樹下得一切智，我見無量無邊不
<lb n="0758b19" ed="T"/>可思議世界衆生住處，猶如手掌中見阿摩
<lb n="0758b20" ed="T"/>勒果。』殺牛人者，殺牛爲業，殺已<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0758006" n="0758006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0758006" n="0758006"/><anchor xml:id="beg0758006" n="0758006"/>剔<anchor xml:id="end0758006"/>肉賣，
<lb n="0758b21" ed="T"/>餘骨相連懸置鉤上，以此果報久在地獄，
<lb n="0758b22" ed="T"/>良久得出，餘業未盡，今受此形。肉段句

<lb n="0758c15" ed="T"/>故？若人有罪，輒受人財貨，覆藏其咎，若無
<lb n="0758c16" ed="T"/>物者，開露其罪，故受此形。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0758c1611" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「若有智
<lb n="0758c17" ed="T"/>慧人作官長者，愼勿曲理，受罪果報如
<lb n="0758c18" ed="T"/>此。姦婬句者，此人生時好作姦婬，人所愛
<lb n="0758c19" ed="T"/>惜細滑，而輒與人私通，死入地獄，從地獄
<lb n="0758c20" ed="T"/>出受餓鬼形，恒入屎坑。要婆羅門句者，此
<lb n="0758c21" ed="T"/>易可解耳。無皮女句者，女人皮細滑非己
<lb n="0758c22" ed="T"/>有，是丈夫許，而偷與餘人，因此果報死入
<lb n="0758c23" ed="T"/>地獄，先觸樂後觸苦，今受如此果報。醜臭

<lb n="0759a21" ed="T"/>憶五百劫，於二中間不憶。如修多羅中

<lb n="0759a23" ed="T"/>佛吿諸比丘：『我聲聞弟子憶過去事，嚴好比

<lb n="0759b12" ed="T"/>計成合爲二十，此比丘尼亦不破戒，復有
<lb n="0759b13" ed="T"/>弱脊長根，含他人根，坐他人根，此是四，都
<lb n="0759b14" ed="T"/>合成二十四，最後四是隨結。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0759b1412" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「何以

<lb n="0759b29" ed="T"/>王見此地好，就道士乞爲立國，以道士

<lb n="0759c01" ed="T"/>名號爲舍衛。如<name role="" type="person">王舍城</name>。昔有轉輪王，更相
<lb n="0759c02" ed="T"/>代謝止住此城，以其名故，號爲<name role="" type="person">王舍城</name>。舍
<lb n="0759c03" ed="T"/>衛亦復如是。舍衛又名多有，何謂多有？諸
<lb n="0759c04" ed="T"/>國珍寶及雜異物，皆來歸聚此國，故名多

<lb n="0760a08" ed="T"/>名先見，此夢虛不實。天人夢者，有善知
<lb n="0760a09" ed="T"/>識天人，有惡知識天人，若善知識天人現善
<lb n="0760a10" ed="T"/>夢，令人得善。惡知識者，令人得惡想現
<lb n="0760a11" ed="T"/>惡夢，此夢眞實。想夢者，此人前身，或有福
<lb n="0760a12" ed="T"/>德或有罪，若福德者現善夢，罪者現惡夢，

<lb n="0760b16" ed="T"/>中說，戶孔爲初，內色與外色觸，卽成堪
<lb n="0760b17" ed="T"/>用，虛空中動，亦無內亦無外色，自動故得
<lb n="0760b18" ed="T"/>罪。<anchor xml:id="beg_118" type="star"/>蟲<anchor xml:id="end_118"/>者，此<anchor xml:id="beg_119" type="star"/>蟲<anchor xml:id="end_119"/>身有毛，若觸痒而起卽成

<lb n="0760b20" ed="T"/>天或作栽種，若作如是者，皆悉得罪，若故

<lb n="0760b22" ed="T"/>而不出不得罪，若自流出非故出者亦無
<lb n="0760b23" ed="T"/>罪。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0760b2302" cb:place="inline">法師曰：「次句易解，若比丘得罪，往至毘
<lb n="0760b24" ed="T"/>尼師所，毘尼師次第問：『先勅，勿覆藏語。先
<lb n="0760b25" ed="T"/>勅，我如醫師汝如病者，而實頭痛而假言
<lb n="0760b26" ed="T"/>脚痛，醫師設藥病亦不差。』卽呵責言：『師無
<lb n="0760b27" ed="T"/>驗不解設藥，是故汝可一一向我說，若重
<lb n="0760b28" ed="T"/>結重，若輕結輕。』毘尼師先觀十一欲、十一方

<lb n="0761a01" ed="T"/>精出無罪，因靜處坐得餘罪。若坐欲心起
<lb n="0761a02" ed="T"/>因動腰，得僧<anchor xml:id="beg_11d" type="star"/>殘<anchor xml:id="end_11d"/>罪，是名坐樂。語樂者，與

<lb n="0761a08" ed="T"/>觸故得突吉羅罪，若摩挲故出精犯罪，是
<lb n="0761a09" ed="T"/>名樂家。折林者，男子與女結誓，或以香華
<lb n="0761a10" ed="T"/>檳榔，更相往還餉致言：『以此結親。』何以故？
<lb n="0761a11" ed="T"/>香華檳榔者，皆從林出，故名折林。若女人
<lb n="0761a12" ed="T"/>答：『餉善，大德餉極香美，我今答後餉，令此大
<lb n="0761a13" ed="T"/>德念我。』比丘聞此已，欲起精出不犯。若因
<lb n="0761a14" ed="T"/>便故出犯罪，又因不出得偷蘭遮罪。」</p><p xml:id="pT24p0761a1415" cb:place="inline">法師
<lb n="0761a15" ed="T"/>曰：「是名爲十一。毘尼師善觀已，有罪無罪、
<lb n="0761a16" ed="T"/>若輕若重，輕者言輕，重者說重，如律本所
<lb n="0761a17" ed="T"/>治者，若如是作善。譬如醫師，善觀諸病隨
<lb n="0761a18" ed="T"/>病投藥，病者得愈醫師得<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0761004" n="0761004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0761004" n="0761004"/><anchor xml:id="beg0761004" n="0761004"/>賞<anchor xml:id="end0761004"/>。故出不<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0761005" n="0761005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0761005" n="0761005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0761005" n="0761005"/>淨<anchor xml:id="end0761005"/>

<lb n="0761a20" ed="T"/>不犯，若觸若痒無出心無罪，有出心有
<lb n="0761a21" ed="T"/>罪，除夢中者。若比丘夢與女人共作婬
<lb n="0761a22" ed="T"/>事，或夢共抱共眠，如是欲法次第汝自當
<lb n="0761a23" ed="T"/>知。若精出無罪，若正出而覺，因此樂出，或
<lb n="0761a24" ed="T"/>以手捉，或兩髀<anchor xml:id="beg_120" type="star"/>挾<anchor xml:id="end_120"/>，犯罪。是故有智慧比
<lb n="0761a25" ed="T"/>丘，若眠夢愼莫動善，若精出恐汚衣席，以

<lb n="0761b06" ed="T"/>房四面周圍當中住處善莊嚴者，其中巧妙
<lb n="0761b07" ed="T"/>種種翫飾，治欲謀人不思善法。一窓開者，
<lb n="0761b08" ed="T"/>若開一窓餘處悉闇，若閉此窓開餘窓，此
<lb n="0761b09" ed="T"/>處復闇。如是語已婆羅門尼自念言：『此婆羅
<lb n="0761b10" ed="T"/>門意欲樂出家，應覆藏而發露者。』所以發
<lb n="0761b11" ed="T"/>露者，欲遮婆羅門出家心故。何處高德作
<lb n="0761b12" ed="T"/>如是惡事？高德者，姓貴德高，亦言大富貴
<lb n="0761b13" ed="T"/>姓。女者，有夫女人，或無夫女，或無子女。
